I made an order on November 18,2024, and as of January 26,2025, this order has not been received. There is no more tracking since December 18,2024! Aliexpress constantly pushes the reassessment date back 10 days in 10 days while refusing to refund despite the obvious! On January 26,2025, Aliexpress refused to reimburse me again. They offer a refund 4 months after purchase in March 2025. I understand very well that Aliexpress will do everything not to reimburse me!
This isn't the first time I've been scammed by Aliexpress but it was the last time, I learned my lesson! I will contact my credit card provider in order to file a complaint against Aliexpress and request a chargeback and I will get the money that Aliexpress refuses to give me back!

I made an on November 18,2024, and as of January 10,2025, this order has not been received. There is no tracking since 2024-12-18. Aliexpress's policy when there is no longer tracking is reimbursement! On the article, in my account, it is clearly written that there is no longer tracking and that I can request a refund. Despite this, on January 10,2025, Aliexpress refused to reimburse me. It offers a refund 4 months after purchase in March 2025. Aliexpress doesn't even respect its own policy! What was my surprise when I received the device only in Chinese symbols, the instructions and the "Lunata" applications in Asian languages only. I speak French and English, but not Mandarin. This fraudulent practice, i call it the "shipping game" on the platform became noticeable about 6 months ago. Now most merchants do it. Seller charges a base price, usually very low to catch your eye, and then blocks the standard shipping option and forces you to pay their own special (exorbitant) shipping markup and worse yet, per item! - even if its several 2 gramm items delivered in the same package. Some sellers are still honorable but they are the exception now. With AliExpress allowing this manipulation it is so much harder now to find a decent deal.

Most of them started playing the "shipping game", post the item at a low nominal cost and then charge arbitrary, often exorbitant, shipping charges and charge shipping per item even if the item is small and several fit into a low cost shipping delivery. If there is 0 star, I will do it 100%. Aliexpress just scam my money. My first order with Aliexpress, and the item is not like what they sold. I tried to dispute and they said I can get full refund, the seller will have to pay for the return shipping fee. I came to Canada Post and the shipping fee (you have to choose the one with tracking number, without tracking number you wont get refund) is $75 with tracking number. It's higher than good's value. From Aliexpress policy, you need to contact the seller first to get confirm with them. Yes I did contact the seller so many times, from Dec 29,2024 until today Jan 16,2025, but the seller only read, not response anything. The return timeframe due on Jan 17,2025. Aliexpres will consider you passed the due date, then you can't get any refund. This is not my fault at all. This is the seller's fault because they didn't answer anything. Also, you won't never have chances to do review for the seller, as it will show 404 pages when you click to review. You never know how bad that seller was. That's how Aliexpress scamming your money. Be aware. Stop buying from them.

I had the absolute worst experience with AliExpress customer service regarding a refund for order #**************. Two defective items were delivered, and while the seller was cooperative and agreed to issue a 20% refund, AliExpress has completely dropped the ball.
The seller confirmed that the refund was processed and is being held by AliExpress. Despite this, AliExpress customer service has repeatedly insisted the refund cannot be issued until the items are returned—a nonsensical response since the seller had already agreed otherwise.
I contacted AliExpress multiple times via chat and email, providing all necessary details and wasting hours of my time. Each interaction was met with robotic, unhelpful responses that clearly showed they didn't even bother to understand the issue.
To make matters worse, after all my efforts, AliExpress still refuses to process the refund, even though the seller complied with the agreement. This level of incompetence is mind-blowing and incredibly frustrating.

Total scam! I've been ordering from Ali for over 6 years and they've taken a complete nosedive! They used to protect their buyers but now AliExpress has become the scammer. "Choice" items are protected and guaranteed, fast shipping, refund in 30 days if no delivery. I placed a $200 order, all Choice items, It's been nearly 45 days and still no order yet they refuse to refund me! No idea where my package is! Choice items are guaranteed by AliExpress, not the seller. They've become just as fraudulent as the scam artists they host! I had ordered a Transformers that they were advertising all these coupons and I was able to get $15 off. The thing is it never shipped and I just got refunded about 10 days later. They are really quick with refunds but it was very disappointing thinking that I was going to get this exciting figure at a discount when it just never shipped in the end. Don't post it and pretend that it's available if you don't have it in stock because it is annoying and lets the buyer down when the order gets canceled. They are frauds, liars and thieves: I purchased an item for $123. It was a village house (tattoo house) and was shown with a light. When I got the house there was no light and the item was broken. I immediately took photos and contacted the seller Kafu House. They apologized for no light and offered $10 to go buy my own light and sent it immediately. They told me to try and fix the house and if it was not fixable they would return my whole amount and provide free return shipping. I said I would try and fix the item and if not I would want a full refund and to return the product. They very nicely agreed. When I glued the pieces back on the house they just fell right back off and of course this makes the house unusable. I sent them a message that I did want to return as we discussed and then they blocked me. I contacted Aliexpress (the fraud company) and they told me to contact the seller. I again, explained that I had been blocked. I sent them photos of the broken item, screenshots of the Kafu house conversation where they said if I could not fix to my satisfaction they would refund my money and photos of me being blocked. I then got an email saying pretty much tough luck and that I had been reimbursed $10. I think this is the scam. They do not include the whole item and then offer you a very small amount back for the missing piece. They promise to reimburse if you cannot fix the item and then they block you. Then Aliexpress says you have already been refunded. How do they figure $10 covers a broken $123 item. Fraud, Fraud, Fraud. I have contacted the online chat 4 times and each time they say they will take care of it and then I get a denied email and no way to contact them except through the chat that just takes you right back to where you started. Tonight I have a screenshot of the chat person saying Yes, I would receive my refund in full and immediately upon believing them and ending the chat I get an email saying too bad, no refund again. So I even have Aliexpress saying I would receive full refund, Kafu House (the seller) saying I would receive full refund and still they continue to play the FRAUD game.
