Aliexpress, asking me to contact my local logistics company to provide confirmation that the package not delivered to my address, so I reached out to Parcelforce and they provided me with clear evidence that the package was delivered to an address 100 miles away from my address, when I sent the email to Aliexpress, they keep sending me reply saying I need to reach out to my local logistics company, I received same email over and over. I sent them 100 emails today I hope this will be enough. They are punch of thieves, scammers and liars
Without a doubt the worst online retail platform in the world, there are so many scammers meaning you buy at great risk of not receiving your purchase, their dispute team will do everything in their power to prevent a refund or to protect the consumer, their automatic response is to respond with your claim is invalid, when you do achieve a successful claim, you are forced to return the item at exorbitant shipping cost whis the seller will refuse to cover, and on this AliExpress WILL NOT HELP YOU, you will be on your own and WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY, stay away from them and deal with the online retailers that do sell the same product with real actual customer protection.

Aliexpress allowing members sellers to misleading customers by falsely advertising the goods are shipped from Europe and guaranteeing delivery 7-10, and never delivered
Recently I bought three products from different sellers in Aliexpress, who advertised that the products are available in warehouse in Europe and they guarantee delivery within 7-10, however, when the order delayed I contacted the seller and find out that the product will be at least taken over 30 days longer as it been shipped from China.
AliExpress allows their members seller misleading their customers by falls advertising.
Aliexpress can't rectify and acknowledge the issue or take appropriate action or even to refund my money fast and they can do to ask me to be patient and wait.
I will never do shopping in their platform after I get my money.

This fraudulent practice, i call it the "shipping game" on the platform became noticeable about 6 months ago. Now most merchants do it. Seller charges a base price, usually very low to catch your eye, and then blocks the standard shipping option and forces you to pay their own special (exorbitant) shipping markup and worse yet, per item! - even if its several 2 gramm items delivered in the same package. Some sellers are still honorable but they are the exception now. With AliExpress allowing this manipulation it is so much harder now to find a decent deal.
I submitted to them the following request:
I am requesting that AliExpress stop the features that allow sellers to manipulate shipping prices. Most of them started playing the "shipping game", post the item at a low nominal cost and then charge arbitrary, often exorbitant, shipping charges and charge shipping per item even if the item is small and several fit into a low cost shipping delivery. At the same time the standard AliExpress shipping is not available on these items. This is unethical, wastes people's time and turns people off. I have reduced my purchases or limited them

I recently brought 5 hoodies for my son, nephew and their friends. The hoodies were of poor quality (to my standards) so I requested a return. They sent me a shipping label, I shipped all 5 hoodies together and was only refunded for 1. The receipt shows the package weighed almost 5 lbs which is indicative of multiple items in the package because 1 hoodie does not weigh that much. Now they have the hoodies and my money.

I ordered good worth around £70 and didn't receive them. I opened a dispute with AliExpress and although I rang Evri several times all Evri would say is that the parcel is lost. I fed this back to AliExpress and they said I needed to pick it up from my local post office. I tried explaining that this wasn't the case but they just closed the disputes for each item and I didn't get a refund. If you're willing to take a chance on them then buy from them but that's the last time they get any money from me. I have since read other reviews and it seems as though they always side with sellers so if a seller has said they have posted something, you're screwed.

If there is 0 star, I will do it 100%. Aliexpress just scam my money. My first order with Aliexpress, and the item is not like what they sold. I tried to dispute and they said I can get full refund, the seller will have to pay for the return shipping fee. I came to Canada Post and the shipping fee (you have to choose the one with tracking number, without tracking number you wont get refund) is $75 with tracking number. It's higher than good's value. From Aliexpress policy, you need to contact the seller first to get confirm with them. Yes I did contact the seller so many times, from Dec 29,2024 until today Jan 16,2025, but the seller only read, not response anything. The return timeframe due on Jan 17,2025. Aliexpres will consider you passed the due date, then you can't get any refund. This is not my fault at all. This is the seller's fault because they didn't answer anything. Also, you won't never have chances to do review for the seller, as it will show 404 pages when you click to review. You never know how bad that seller was. That's how Aliexpress scamming your money. Be aware. Stop buying from them.

But 1 is as low as it goes. I ordered a chair on 12/1/24 through Paypal. I checked on the progress to see what date it would be here. I gave them every single number they asked or, order number, invoice number, transaction number, and tracking number. I talked to at least four different people and they could find absolutely nothing with all of the nu I sent them. I copied and pasted everything I had and they said they can't find my account. What is this? Bait with low prices, get the money and suddenly then can't find anything at all. Sounds a little scammy to me. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. I AM SORRY I DID.

One of the worst designed websites to navigate and I've had several issues with products not being delivered in time and/or tracking not being available. Not sure what type of courier services these guys are using, but I've also read reviews and other articles where this has been a huge issue! Furthermore, I keep getting emails regarding feedback and filling in a survey, but the link doesn't work. What kind of amateur operation is this? I've also clicked on their online help centre which just times out and comes back to the same page! They seems to offer a delivery guarantee, however I haven't seen any credits/coins deposited back to my account and since it's impossible to actually contact anyone there, unlike Amazon or Temu, one might need to weigh the options and go with more reputable sites. Judging from the overall review of AliExpress on Trustpilot, I'm starting to see a more clearer picture! Would not recommend!

SCAM Do not trust this site or its sellers. I spent almost $400 on furniture items that were delivered to the wrong address in the wrong city. UPS stated that the package was not even in my name. I contacted the seller and they stated that they would ship me a new one but it would ship anywhere from Jan1 to Jan 31. Very snarky and condescending. The AI help on AliExpress is no help and the actual person I spoke with who stated she would issue a refund did not. I placed my order in early December, for a gift and I have no gift and no refund. This is a complete scam. I read the posted reviews- which were positive BUT after a closer look they also have QUESTIONS & ANSWERS- this is where you can see the actual reviews and they are not positive.

I ordered some natural deodorant, and it is three inches long. The picture makes it look like a regular size bar of deodorant. There are no places to leave reviews. I see why.
