I've been a satisfied customer of dirt devil for many years, but that has changed. Brought 2 vacuums within one year and both with same issue. Called customer service, which directs you to their website www.dirtdevil.com to chat with customer support. I was chatting for over 2 hrs and still no resolution. The agent took 10, 20, 30, 40 mins to even reply to each of my responses. After 2 hrs on chat, still no resolution. Product no good, customer service even worse. Just look at the wait time for a response. One being over an hour. Stay away from dirt devil! Customer service is busy because their product is TRASH!

My husband ordered a power washer that he never received. After going back and forth with customer service via email, we were told to verify shipment throw US postal, which I did and two reps confirmed that the tracking number give was not valid. I was then told they mistakenly sent him a pair of sun glasses instead of the power washer and offered a 20% refund. WTF…a 20% refund for something ordered, but not received.
I recently brought my son a pair of Jordan Retro 11 cool grey ($330) and Nike Dunks black/white panda ($239) for Christmas and they both were fake, but Stadium Goods had their tag of authenticity on both pairs. I not only plan to return both for a full refund, but I've been in contact with Nike/Jordan Brand for counterfeit reporting - the serial number on the box is not even legit. I will report to BBB, law enforcement and whatever other agencies who investigate these type of CRIMES against hard working people. I did some research and Stadium Goods is owned by the same owner of Farfetch. Please be cautious and report these type crimes! It's a shame and I'm highly disappointed as I've ordered shoes from them in the past, but trusted their word of authenticity and I've even visited and brought shoes from their store located in NY.

Beware! If you do make a purchase, have authentication verified by a third party, in my case, I used 2 different third party vendors and both confirmed counterfeit product.

The outfit is a hot mess. The color of the shorts don't match the top, nowhere near close. The material of the shorts are thin and slinky.
I was sent a label yo return the product for a refund.
The outfit immediately caught my eyes. The picture is beautiful.

I did receive a full refund, and stuck with the most hideous dress I've ever seen. I will let my dog use it as a blanket this winter, that's if it doesn't scare him. Lol
VBridal has agreed to a full refund of the dress minus discount only after I made the below review and agreed to remove it upon receipt of refund. SMH. Let's give it a few days to see if I really get it. I did end up finding a really nice dress from a local vendor, which I ended up paying 8 times the cost of vbridal's dress, but it's very much worth not having to go through an unnecessary debacle. I will keep you posted.

My rating for this company and the quality of the products I received is -100. I ordered what I thought was my dream wedding dress to only receive the poorest replication of the beautiful dress on vbridal's site. The material was cut uneven in several areas, there were frayed strings every where, and get this, the front of the dress had a deep hole as if it was to be a pocket. Customer service only offered to refund 10% or give me 20% discount off my next order, asking that I understand their situation that dresses are made to order. A bunch of crap, I didn't get the dress I ordered, I received a damaged, poorly made, hideous dress that needs to be burned. Save yourself time and money, DO NOT ever order from this company. Now I'm forced to shop for another dress and my wedding is less than 10 weeks away.
