I recently purchased a pair of Nike Air Max 95 for $320. Within two weeks of receipt and after having worn them for a total of 6 hours, both soles peeled off the shoes. While SG were quick to respond their position was shocking, i. E. we are not in a position to replace the goods and/or provide a refund as (i) this is wear and tear damage (obviously laughable with respect to 6 hours of wear...) and (ii) under our T&Cs we are not liable for the quality of the products that we sell. Despite my obvious and valid rejection of SG's position they did not change their stance; instead, they hoped to provide a better experience next time around...

I will obviously never use SG again and I strongly recommend that others think twice about doing so. A truly shocking experience for what was supposed to be a pair of premium sneakers.

This is the most horrendous company i've ever ordered from. I never received my order and MONTHS have gone by without them offering any type of solution. They are not a real company and they have no interest in helping out their customers.

If you are used to flexible return times, do not shop at this website! You have to start a return within 3 days, and they will not take back anything if you have cut the tag off in order to actually try the item on. In a world where stores are relaxing return policies, this is the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were too small for me and I contacted them a few days later thinking that it was going to be like any other company and that I get 30 days to exchange them or get a refund. I was wrong. They give you around 24 hours to make up your mind and then you're stuck with whatever you have and the shoes were very expensive. I am so disgusted by their business practice and I would definitely not shop there again or advise anyone else to.

They will not exchange, even when they are the ones who made a mistake. I ordered 8.5 womens and they shipped me mens. I asked to exchange. Was told no. End of story and end of me ever purchasing from them again

THANKFULLY my credit card company declined this transaction last night when I tried to order sneakers that were well below the price everyone else was selling them for. I thought I lucked out! Ha! Boy I was wrong. You know that saying if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck? This morning the fraud department of credit card company called since they had declined it. I knew something was up that made them decline the transaction and deem it fraud. The company is in Hong Kong, not GA as their website states, with a full address so it looks legit. Stay far away from this "company" as you can see from the other reviews!

Purchased some shoes very expensive shoes paid for expedited shipping that was a waste of money because the shoes haven't shipped they wouldn't accommodate me for that then i spoke to a rep she hung up in my face the second person stated my situation isn't important enough to speak to a supervisor he hung up the third person was the same i wouldn't care if i spent 10 dollars my money is valuable and don't disregard me i will never order anything from this company ever again

I had a very bad experience with Stadium Goods. In Dec 2022, I purchased Nike sneakers for $269.00 for my granddaughter. They did not fit and I returned them after Christmas. I received the package I returned them in. The package was ripped open and knock-offs were returned to me in that ripped open package. They claimed the shoes I returned were not the same ones I purchased. I am a 78 yo grandmother and would not have even know how to find the knock-offs. They refused to give me a credit for$269.00. Amazon refused to back me up. Very bad experience!

I bought a pair of Air Jordan 1s and they were dirty, with a layer of dust, glitter, or God knows what. Upon closer inspection of the shoes, there were obvious inconsistencies with lettering that were consistent with replicas (fakes). The shoes had creases in places that they shouldn't have if they were brand new. I returned them and am currently awaiting my refund. This is the second pair that I have had to return for the same concerns. I will not purchase anymore shoes from them.

I placed 2 orders for a size 10 Yeezy Sliders. After completing the order I saw the size 10 was changed to a size 9. After contacting them they stated it was a glitch in their system. I now have another size 9 being shipped to me. I've tried calling them and my calls are not being answered

I recently brought my son a pair of Jordan Retro 11 cool grey ($330) and Nike Dunks black/white panda ($239) for Christmas and they both were fake, but Stadium Goods had their tag of authenticity on both pairs. I not only plan to return both for a full refund, but I've been in contact with Nike/Jordan Brand for counterfeit reporting - the serial number on the box is not even legit. I will report to BBB, law enforcement and whatever other agencies who investigate these type of CRIMES against hard working people. I did some research and Stadium Goods is owned by the same owner of Farfetch. Please be cautious and report these type crimes! It's a shame and I'm highly disappointed as I've ordered shoes from them in the past, but trusted their word of authenticity and I've even visited and brought shoes from their store located in NY.

Ordered from Stadium Goods. Daughter opened Christmas morning & needed a size up. Nope, Stadium Goods WILL NOT exchange. Never ordering from them again. Thanks, Stadium Goods. Christmas ruined.

Dont buy them, they are fake reps and i had to pay 186 dollars when they are only 110 ITS A SCAMMM! Do not buy here, it is all fake and not worth the money, and do reasearch before you buy from here cause all the reveiws are bad and they dont even look real. Scam SUE THIS PLACE

A lot of there shoes they have in stock but the styles are sold out so how do they get these I believe there not original

Not even a customer but came across a pair of AJ4 Union Taupe Haze (resell est. $450+), there's are listed below retail value. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!

Very bad customer service and complicated cancellation policy which is not worth dealing with the company.

TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Beware, do not buy from stadium goods. THEY DO NOT AUTHENTICATE. They sell knockoffs and defects as new. They will send you an obviously damaged pair of shoes and say that they have been authenticated, are new, and in excellent condition. This is a lie. I bought a pair of dunks for 200% retail price on their online site. It would have been a good price for a new pair but what i got wasn't new. What they sent me was a pair of scuffed, scratched, creased shoes that were obviously DEFECT catagory shoes. There is no way these shoes went through any type of authentication process. The worst part is their supposed resolution was to try to get me to accept 10% off my purchase and keep the shoes. This is clearly unsatisfactory. The shoes i paid $300 for are actually worth about $50 in the condition they're in but they were only willing to give me %10, plus they would not exchange with the same pair in excellent condition. That's what should be done, at their cost, but this business just wants to rip people off and steal their money. DO NOT BUY FROM STADIUM GOODS.

Dispite their return policy which foresees returns within 14 days after delivery, they do everything to not accept returns:
1. They deactivate the return function on their website, which means, you have to write emails with return requests which they don't answer.
2. When you publish negative reviews for Stadium Goods (and send them a copy), you might get emails like this one, requesting the following fotos of each item (pair of shoes):
- photo of the label on the box that contains the SG sticker
- photos of the branded box
- photo of the label inside the shoe where the size is displayed
- photo of both soles of the shoe
- photo of the front of the shoe showing the Stadium Goods tag

Whereas according to their return policy returning is just as easy as with Amazon, H&M, ZARA or any other decent company - just return the items with the return label which is provided in an automated process. Mails requesting a return according to their own policy again don't get answered.

I would never have ordered anything from them if I was aware what a FRAUD they are. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND to buy anything there, because their Nike shoes vary from far to big to far to small for the same size, and the risk that you keep sitting with new shoes which you cannot use is extremely high.

I purchased brand new shoes with no damage. They refunded me the sales tax only and charged a 100% restocking fee. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
