You say that I have a premium account but I can't see any background information at all as far as liens and criminal and what have you. This is so cheap.
My sister picked around us and I was trying to find information on her. It shows that there's no death certificate but what about criminal? It's a very weak report. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. And I would love my money back.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were too small for me and I contacted them a few days later thinking that it was going to be like any other company and that I get 30 days to exchange them or get a refund. I was wrong. They give you around 24 hours to make up your mind and then you're stuck with whatever you have and the shoes were very expensive. I am so disgusted by their business practice and I would definitely not shop there again or advise anyone else to.
I initially had issues with this company and the customer service worked it out perfectly and I am very happy.
