I had the absolute worst experience with AliExpress customer service regarding a refund for order #**************. Two defective items were delivered, and while the seller was cooperative and agreed to issue a 20% refund, AliExpress has completely dropped the ball.
The seller confirmed that the refund was processed and is being held by AliExpress. Despite this, AliExpress customer service has repeatedly insisted the refund cannot be issued until the items are returned—a nonsensical response since the seller had already agreed otherwise.
I contacted AliExpress multiple times via chat and email, providing all necessary details and wasting hours of my time. Each interaction was met with robotic, unhelpful responses that clearly showed they didn't even bother to understand the issue.
To make matters worse, after all my efforts, AliExpress still refuses to process the refund, even though the seller complied with the agreement. This level of incompetence is mind-blowing and incredibly frustrating.
If this is the level of support AliExpress provides, I strongly recommend avoiding this platform altogether. They clearly do not value their customers' time, nor are they capable of resolving even straightforward issues.

Ive been scammed 12 times by them they have done me over on 12 different orders anything decent u order doesnt come but the $#*! stuff does and it takes about 2 months for ur money to be returned after weeks of phone calls and headaches them saying stuff got delivered that didnt refusing refunds over and over then after uv contacted delivery company and argued a couple more weeks they say they issued my refunds and 11 days later still waiting been 2 monrhs now

Aliexpress is one of my favorite places to shop for accessories because of their low prices and good quality! I love to shop for lashes, hats, scarves, and much more on Aliexpress. My main issue with this site is the shipping, as it can sometime take over a month for your items to arrive. On the plus side, shipping is often free or only a few cents. Overall, Aliexpress is a great place to go to find cute items on a budget!

I have recently come up with an idea to buy leather shoes for this season. And you know everything costs something. My choice was too clear but there was a risk. This pair is unacceptable cheap on AliExpress. After 7 days of waiting i've finally received them. It just blew my mind. Check photos!
This was my first purchase on Aliexpress. Superb price but 4 stars only because the delivery takes too long. I think I will use Aliexpress again in the future, it's very good for small and cheap goods.
I bought various items from AliExpress, from clothing to accessories. The clothes were mostly quite low quality and they looked very different to the images that the sellers would use. The stainless steels jewellery pieces were surprisingly nice and good quality though.
Shipping is a bit of a nightmare, as the tracking system is often slow and inaccurate and all the items come separately. It took over 30 days for some of the items to arrive.
However, they do stock some interesting items and sometimes the same items you'll find on AliExpress are sold by other brands at a higher price point.
Overall, I wouldn't necessarily recommend buying from here unless you have watched hauls or reviews and know what to expect.
I have been a regular customer of AliExpress and have no complaints whatsoever, True, they sell fakes. True, the quality is poor. True, ordered items arrive between 40-50 days. But anyone willing to pay peanuts for anything sold in their regular home markets for triple and more of normal cost, is an idiot for expecting otherwise. Thus far, I have purchased 37 items, the most expensive being shoes $87. I didn't receive less than what i anticipated. On the plus side, some coats and shoes were surprisingly enough of fairly good quality.
Ali express is such a guaranteed online platform to buy all sorts of goods including electronics of your choice.
They have great customer services and if your package get lost your money will be refund
Aliexpress is very good store. I've been buying here more than five years, and overall my experience is positive. One thing I don't like - it's aliexpress search. It often does not find product you want, but everything else is positive.
Great products. Competitive prices. Shipping is sometimes an issue, as products can take up to 10 weeks to be delivered. Small packages seem to be lost too easily. No telling when or if customs fees and landing/delivery fees will be charged. Be prepared to deal with non-English speaking sellers, who often won't reply. Support after the sale is almost impossible.
Aliexpress is known for its insanely low prices but do not be fooled by the photos on the website! Although everything is an abnormally low price, 90% of the time, the things you order will not look exactly like they do in the photos or will be of poor quality. I live in New Zealand and the shipping often takes extremely long too (ie. 3-6 weeks) so don't order anything off this site if you are looking for it to arrive immediately. The website is good if you're looking for cheap dupes of certain designer items or expensive products.
Some things are nice, but most are bad reproductions. Shipping was pretty fast for China. I know the site deals with numerous vendors, and some were decent. The problem is you have to try it to find out if it is good or not. These were good items.
Convenient place to buy things, but horrible customer support for platform-related issues (support representatives have poor knowledge of the Aliexpress platform, they often cannot solve your issue immediately and you never hear back from them)
Purchased an Aqara smoke detector which constantly disconnects from a genuine Aqara Hub gen2. I have many other sensors connected to the hub which have never disconnected. I supplied lots of logs to show how many times the detector disconnects. I supplied a video to show the position of the hub to the sensor. Aliexpress sided with the seller and refused my return request. They never offered any sort of solution so I'm stuck with a faulty smoke detector which is untrustworthy.
Absolutely rubbish customer service so have deleted my account. I will also delete my Lazada account in Thailand as its owned by the same company.
I got a reply when I left a review on Trustpilot but it was just standard saying I had deleted my account so they couldn't contact me. Well if they had read my review they would see I told them I had done that.
If they actually cared they have my email address.

I had ordered a Transformers that they were advertising all these coupons and I was able to get $15 off. The thing is it never shipped and I just got refunded about 10 days later. They are really quick with refunds but it was very disappointing thinking that I was going to get this exciting figure at a discount when it just never shipped in the end. Don't post it and pretend that it's available if you don't have it in stock because it is annoying and lets the buyer down when the order gets canceled. As an American born Taiwanese person I usually don't trust Chinese sites even if their products are at a discounts probably because it's made of toxic metals or lead or something that would be prohibited in the United States because we have regulations and they don't.

Aliexpress sold me a broken helmet and then instructed me to return the item then the seller or aliexpress would refund the return shipping fee. Months later they said I do not have enough evidence eventhough i sent the postage invoice numerous times. This is a cheap chinese scam site. Better to go with amazon who will treat customers better. $#*! you scammers!

Used to be better. AliExpress used to be cheap and reliable, but importantly they used to have good customer service. It's trash now. Customer service just cannot be bothered. Sellers will ship out random items, you can't dispute anything as they will show "evidence" of having shipped it, it doesn't matter whether the item is correct or wrong, it doesn't matter if it never arrives, even when I have CCTV footage showing the supposed "delivery" attempt was never made, they will always rule against the customer. It's been a hassle trying to dispute or get my money back, I've had numerous complaints through PayPal with lots of documentation showing stuff arriving damaged, never arriving, wrong items, defective items, etc, and each time it's like pulling teeth to get my money back. I am waiting for my last few orders to close and I'm never using it again. I'm just going to shop at the local 100 yen stores now.
Edit: Lol. Fake sincerity is not going to help. I still have 2 orders that never arrived. 1 is in dispute and your customer support has placed it on "wait for it to deliver", although the item tracking has not moved in ONE WHOLE MONTH. Just because you replied to this review doesn't mean much since I recently spent 2 months on a case that never closed (the other order that ALSO NEVER CAME); it is still ongoing on PayPal and has now escalated to my bank. I have produced a pdf documenting the most painstaking case thus far, and don't worry, it will be public soon on every review site. :) Your customer support has been appalling, and please do not placate me with "we want to help"; I have given Aliexpress plenty of chances to fix it, possibly around 6 times, before I got so frustrated I told your customer service rep off for being ridiculously st*pid. In each case, I've gone back several rounds. You wasted so much of my time, so I will throw in some extra time (consider it a revenge bonus) to share this ordeal everywhere.

Had the worst experience online yet ordering from this website. They took my money, but didn't send the item I ordered. They gave me someone else's tracking number to make it look like the item was underway, and then delivered, which never happened. When I contacted support about this they were useless, very incompetent, unprofessional people, their delivery guaranteed or refund policy is total bs, they didn't care at all about the problem and provided no solution. At the end I paid for something that was never sent, I sincerely warn anybody reading this not to order from this Chinese website, save yourself a headache, time, and your money. Just order elsewhere in America.

I bought a mouse that arrived 11 days after the latest promised delivery date and the most important IT DOES NOT WORK.
