I found a lightly used copy of The Perfect Loaf in excellent condition when our local independent bookstores did not have it in stock.

First time customer. Easy to register. Shipping seems excessive for one book at book rate. Will see how fast it arrives from Dallas.

Ordering books with Alibris is a pleasure. I feel good about supporting a variety of book sellers. I can always find the title I'm seeking. Communications and service have always been great for me.

Book was not in good condition as advertised. Many pages turned down and underlined. Granted it is a very old book. Printed in the 1960s so pages yellow. My point is the book was over priced.

Alibris is like having the biggest used book store in the world - it is the world, i think - at one's fingertips. And it's organized, not like the stores I also love where the owner is the only one who know where everything is.

Benita sent my book which was scheduled to arrive 10/31 but I would not be home for 10 days. I sent an inquiry to see if she could speed the shipping and I would pay the extra. I didn't hear from her but I received the book two days before I left! Amazing timing!

I should have signed it right away as three times I put my books in the cart and it erased two of them. For the books I purchased, great prices. For others only in paperback I can no read the small print and some of the others were just way too expensive. I have to thank my Mom may she rest in peace reading!

Needed this book for a book club that delights in choosing obscure books or something available only through inter-state library loans, or e-books, etc. Overjoyed to get a very good copy- book came out 8-9 years ago

The process was straightforward and easy to follow. I will definitely use this site to purchase other books, especially those that are hard to find.

Still minor interface issues on Alibris. I ship to several of addresses -- all my own addresses -- in multiple countries. I remembered to change the default shipping address this time to lock things in for the UK, but the shipping did not update (it was still given as International shipping)

Good but I had a problem with the change currency option. The pop up screen appeared on the other other side of my second monitor which I didn't see for a while.

I found this site while looking for a specific book and everything was fine! The price was reasonable, the book arrived earlier than expected, and the book was in the promised condition.

For a few years, I always use your firm for locating books! I order several pre holiday time of a favorite book I want to share with the 5 adult girls and a few grandchildren my blended family has. No 1 complains about the used books because your sellers have decent standards too. Thanks so much!

My experience was good. My book i ordered came quickly. The cover was a bit damaged but other than that it was in good condition.

Shipping is almost as much as the cost of the book. I am glad that an optimized list shows up that shows that you can get books cheaper than you picked.
