I am s frequent customer because I can always find the obscure titles I am looking for at the best price. The shipping is also fast and reasonable.

You do not allow a correction in the orderine until the final stages of the order. This tends ro make it difficult to order as one does not want to be paying for unneeded books

Probably user error but I found it hard to find the shopping cart after I got clicked on the review page. The shipping was a shocker!

You seem confused as to how to deal with a different shipping and billing address.
If I un-check "billing address is same as shipping WHICH ONE IS THEN SELECTED? I am assuming its billing. I hope you have figured this out when you process my order. I ordered a copy of the mitten by Jan Brett and it was listed as a hardcover book in good shape. When it arrived it was a board book and there was pink marker writing on about a third of the pages. Not only was it NOT a hardcover book, it was in fair shape. We kept it and will give it to a younger grandchild, but we had to order another copy of a hardcover. The first one was from Zoom books.

The shipping cost seemed confusing but it ended up being a third of what was estimated so I am all good, the rest was great and grateful for the prices!

The book arrived in great condition and there were no complaints. I just wish that I had started this class sooner. Thank you, Alibris.

As usual whenever I want something it's here and at a reasonable price and usually the CDs are as advertised except sometimes the cases are cracked but I'm not listening to the case and duct tape works

Charging 4.99 shipping per book is way too high. They're gonna send my 2 books in one package for sure. The extra packing and shipping cost for the second book is marginal. If this is how they show the low prices they do why not be honest about it and charge for the book, not the shipping?

I ordered a book on Alibris website. The process was easy; the site is user-friendly; the price was acceptable. I received the book quickly and it was in excellent condition. I recommend Alibris highly for the all around exemplary service.

Wish there could be an advanced search option that included a combination of title and author, since so many books have similar or identical titles and so many authors have written multiple books.

Easy, fast, no problems encountered. Ordering a used book which I can keep, pass along to a friend, is easier than a trip to the library. I am a slow reader and need to be able to keep the book longer than the library allows.

Had no issues with Alibris, was a bit worried about the shipping, but it was pretty smooth and even got here sooner than I expected! Also, the book looks good as new, so I'm very glad I chose to shop here, especially because the book was sold out everywhere and I managed to secure it for a great price (even with shipping included, as that can sometimes make or break my orders).
