Ordering and receiving the book was fine. This email asking if I'd recieved it was a hassle. It simply showed your order number - NOT what the item actually was requiring me to look back in my records ( I order a lot of books I remember titles not vendors order numbers. Next time I won't respond as it took too much time with out useful information you could hav e provided.

I recently ordered a DVD of Amadeus. The DVD that I received was year 2009 version and it clearly states on the back cover: "Alternate Music Only Track Showcase...". This means that the DVD audio is only the score from the movie. There is no dialog. WTF? That info is not made clear in the Item Details. I want a version that has both dialog and music. The copy I put on hold says it's dated 1984, when the original movie came out. So I sent an email to HPB Dallas asking if it has full audio or only the music. The problem, compounding my issue - is that I have to wait 2 days to hear back from them about my desired info. Bur you only hold my order for 12 hours. So I can wait and possibly lose my purchase. Or cough up more money for more of the wrong merchandise. I don't go to Vegas, but I did gamble here. Your po

I bought a textbook, it is in very good condition and very cheap. I found a free pdf of the textbook the day before my physical copy arrived.

Good website, but to send to UK it is estimated to take 21 - 31 days for shipping. This is a LOT longer than receiving goods from other Companies. Perhaps this should be looked into

I ordered the first home alone book and was very pleased at the low price and state of the book. It was a used book so there is always the risk it wasn't I very good condition, but this book was in excellent condition which was really surprising to me! The only thing I didn't live is that it took a little while to arrive but not too long. I would definitely shop here again!

The Website feels a bit outdated, but I can generally find what I am looking for. The shipping fees are high outpacing the cost of the DVD, but the postage itself seems to be the main culprit.

Usually am so happy, not today. At first tried to max out to use 20dollar coupon then Zounds shipping so much so Removed some items & no reminder or option to change & use alternate coupon code, sort of sneaky to bait with email & then make it hard to use even 10dollars off. I'll get over it but tarnished vibe.

Have been using for years. I like being able to find used copies of books I know my friends will like and then sending them "just because".

I wanted to purchase one of my text books and Alibris was the only place I found that sold it outright so I could keep it at the end of the semester. Shipping was longer than expected since I thought it was coming from Michigan to Ohio. Turns out that it shipped from Texas.

I was able to get 2 complete dvd collections for nostalgia cartoons. I am very pleased and I hope I have no shipping problems with them.

I think the shipping cost should be displayed before asking for payment info but I appreciate how fast customer service got back to me with guidance and reassurance.
