It was easy to use and I liked how they gave me many options from who i can buy from and compare prices for the item i needed.

The billing information was difficult to get right. Be careful how you put in your billing and shipping addresses if they are different.

It has always been easy to shop with your site. Usually a very good selection of the title I'm looking at a wide variety of prices and conditions.

I have just ordered two of the same book -- one to ship to Canada (cost $17) and the other to ship to USA (cost $7).
My first review was negative because of the +200% shipping price increase -- revealed to me ONLY AS I FINALLY CHECKED OUT.
For this 2nd book, the reverse occurred ie. A decrease in shipping to Kansas.
This is also a SHOCK... as it should be stated in your online page 1 advert -- that the $7 shipping is to USA... and "other countries will pay higher shipping... to be calculated (along with taxes) at Check Out".
That kind of up-front notice would engender more customer trust -- and less customer shock and frustration/ill will.

Beautiful book of Mexican calendar art. I seen an exhibit of the original paintings at the Mexican Fine Art museum in Chicago. It was a fantastic exhibit and I really desire to have a book and history of the works.

Found exactly the book I was looking for. Found it as a used "very good" book rather than a new one. In my experience there is no detectable difference.

Shopping on Alibris.com was easy! I just typed in the author and key word, and Bingo!, Alibris found me the book for which I was searching. Love this website!

I have always shopped on Bookfinder and often the book I wanted was listed there from Alibris. But Bookfinder now is so overrun by Amazon and EBay booksellers putting too much text into the Title field it is impossible to find Alibris. Please complain to them! I went to your website directly to find you, but I still prefer to see what is available from independent stores and better aggregators like Alibris. I will complain to them as well to not accept so much text in the title field.

This was my first time ordering books through Alibris. I'm actively looking for ways to replace Amazon in my life. I found exactly what I wanted. It was exactly the right price. It was delivered exactly when I expected. This was my first time ordering books through Alibris, and it won't be my last.

I accidentally put in a wrong bit of information. You told me you could not process my order. Finally I found my error, corrected it, and then it was a breeze to place my order. It helps that you keep y password.

Love to shop for books on here, I always find what I need at a reasonable price. I can choose the book I want at a price that's good for me!

All went well except the cart kept timing out while I was choosing books for gifts and I had to keep reentering my selections.

Once again, Alibris makes ordering and receiving the books I want quick and painless. And always at a price point competitive with that other bookseller. I will always recommend alibris to friends looking to order books online.

Confusing at the checkout. Used paypal to pay charge + Shipping. I was only charged for the cost of the book but not the shipping? I don't know if my paypal will be charged later? Which is fine but I don't liked to be charged later when I'm not aware.

Been using ALIBRIS for years and NEVER needed to file a complaint. I can choose the condition of the book I'm ordering as well as the price. Excellent Company

Mental was not available after I placed my order - I wish there had been an option to speak with (or "chat" with) a customer service person so we could have made the exchange in one order instead of two.
