Alibris has been one of my top choices for years. This time was no exception.Even with shipping charges it was less expensive and better quality than some other sources I looked at.

I found the book through Alibris at about $2 less at a Maryland bookstore, but you wouldn't let me sign in to order the book. You made me "reset" my password. I did that, but then couldn't see the book at the Maryland bookstore, so I had to order it at about $2 more at a Texas bookstore. Although I despise Texas Republican politics, I'm not worried about the money; however, I think theAlibris process is suspect. I want the book, though, so I ordered it. However, I still think the Alibris process is slimy.

Was needing a better & recommended Study Bible. They were all pretty expensive other sites I looked at. I've shopped Alibris before & find they have great prices! So happy w/the book's condition & at an Amazing price! Thank You

First time customer. Book from Alibris exactly in condition described. Even with delivery fees, it is more cost friendly than Amazon, Abe, or Thriftbooks.

Very easy to look up what you're looking for whether it be books or music or movies DVD CDs vinyl prices are good deliveries are good just an overall satisfied customer here.

I remembered a book I used to use with children when teaching art and thought it would be fun for an adult class. So, I queried the title, found it immediately, my stored information came up, I ordered it and "TaDA!" A book is on its way.

After spending several hours researching and searching for the book topic I wanted, I finally found it at Alibris. I got the book at the best price.

When I ordered it said 3-5 days I called to see what happened to the book I was told it will take 2 -3 weeks! Not cool! It also said it would have documents in it to show how to do them. My brother said it doesn't have them! I tried to use my coupon an it didn't work..

Very, very great-sounding value for the book I was seeking. Updating billing information (really just changing PO Box number) seemed more difficult than needed, but seems to be that way everywhere.

I ordered two hardcover books from the same seller in the same order. Both books were listed in VG condition and were very inexpensive. The first I received was in good condition and packed well, the second arrived packed not quite as well and, while the book itself appears to be in solid condition, the slip cover was super filthy layering it in grey streaks over the bright yellow cover it has. Fortunately some light wiping and heavy erasing with a mars white eraser cleaned it up fairly well. All in all, not a negative experience to find books I could not.

I logged in to Alibris, typed the book title I was searching for in the Search box and immediately I was given the choice to look at used starting at. 99 cents or see new copies for sale. I chose the used and picked a "like new" copy in Texas and it came to my door just days later. I am amazed that the book I am looking for is available at a discounted price. As soon as I read a new book, it is "used" so I figure why not save $$ and buy it already lightly used. And checking out couldn't be easier!

Easy to use website. Clear to determine whether I am looking at a used copy or a new copy and the condition of the books I am looking at.

Bookseller did not ship the book when they said they did. Alibris' Customer Service form was rejected every time. Only after pressure did the bookseller, which is in the U.S., as am I, ship the book from Canada. It arrived three weeks after it was ordered.

I really appreciate your service! And it's pretty user friendly, but I have a couple of suggestions for improvements!

I'd love to be able to find a seller close to me. Maybe that could be a search option? Maybe it already is, but it's not immediately obvious?

Twice I've accidentally confirmed shipments to the wrong address, and it was impossible to undo or cancel the orders once placed. Maybe you could have the shipping address displayed more prominently on the confirmation screen? AND it'd be really great to have an option to cancel a recently placed order!

While the website is not difficult to use, checking shipping costs is more time-consuming and roundabout than it should be. I nearly used a similar site for my purchases due to the ease of calculating shipping + item costs together, but ultimately chose alibris for the lower costs and ability to sort based on location, plus the otherwise better layout for comparing different sources.
