I wanted a specific piano book and check with Alibris to see if it was available through them. It was, at a price I found acceptable and I purchased the book. When it arrived, it was in good condition and I was pleased the the entire transaction.
I have been using Alibris for over 10 years and have never been disappointed.

While it may have taken a little bit to get here, there was also a winter storm so it got here relatively fast for that. The discs played well and all things were included.

I did receive my order this time but I don't believe I was charged for it. I thought maybe it was because I tried to cancel my previous order within minutes of placing the order because I didn't want a VHS tape. That order wasn't canceled but I was charged for it. Not sure if that was the reason I wasn't charged for this most recent order.

I was concerned that the book did not arrive within the estimated delivery time, which accounts for my only 3 and 4 stars, but the delay was likely due to a federal holiday combined with bad winter weather. Ultimately, it arrived safely, in nice condition, and all is well, so I would not hesitate to do business again.

The book came in good condition. Due to it being a Canadian delivery address, it took 3 weeks and we had to pay customs fees.

The amount charged to my credit card was almost double the amount on the checkout screen. It started at about $11CDN and somehow, now it's $20.99.
Not sure what I missed before I placed the order.
This makes me pretty hesitant to ever use this site again.
It's very common for U.S. sellers to assess astronomical shipping charges - at least this wasn't that bad. But even prior to the current international/political disaster, it's been quite plain that many U.S. sellers have zero interest in selling outside of the U.S.
I just looked at the receipt, and, of course, the shipping is >$16. Which is not what was shown at the time I placed the order. Live and learn.

The price of this book was outstanding. I had been searching for a copy that was more affordable. As soon as I saw the price on this one and read about the condition, I decided to grab it and hope it was in good condition. It was way better than what I was expecting. I will be checking this website for my used books from now on.

The access for the e book is great! The only area where it could improve is on the option for reading the book out loud. The option for Spanish language reading out Lous is difficult to understand. Other than that the accessibility is great, cruising through the pages is easy. The zoom in and zoom out makes it easy for reading. The highlighting feature is my favorite! Makes it so I can go back and see, what I considered interesting.

Was a little skeptic as I never heard of this website and never ordered from here before my purchase, but they had a good deal on the book I wanted so I went for it! Shipping was super fast and was handled with care (was shipped in a box with bubble wrap; I hate receiving bent up books when purchasing new books). Overall good experience!

Very neatly organized like a books reference system add to research which one's published to look over for ordering! Cart easy to switch items to coupon deals too!

MY order contained 6 books from 6 different suppliers. All but one of the 6 books was received in a reasonable amount of time after ordering with most of them coming very promptly. The one that was outside the stated delivery window said it could take up to 10 business days to receive that book which is needed for a college course. During that time, it was not communicated that it was even shipped during those 10 days. I did eventually receive an email update after the 10 days passed that it had hipped and then received the book a few business days outside of the product receipt window. It was frustrating not knowing the status for so long after the order was placed when all others had shipped and been received before this supplier (Indoo.com) even communicated they shipped the book.

I needed an access code for one of my college classes and the price of the textbook with the access code, when compared to the short semester length, was insane. Alibris had the access code by itself for a much more reasonable price

I am s frequent customer because I can always find the obscure titles I am looking for at the best price. The shipping is also fast and reasonable.

You do not allow a correction in the orderine until the final stages of the order. This tends ro make it difficult to order as one does not want to be paying for unneeded books

Probably user error but I found it hard to find the shopping cart after I got clicked on the review page. The shipping was a shocker!
