I've been using Albris since college because there was no way I'd pay hundreds of dollars for a book I not only didn't want to read but would never read again.
I saved thousands of dollars through my college years.
Now as an adult with kids that I homeschool we use this website for everything including curriculum, pleasure reading and new kids books.
I love the fact that it does the price comparison for you, so you don't have to go to individual websites yourself. So much easier and way cheaper than going to a bookstore.

Alibris is user friendly. Never have a problem choosing a book and following through with checkout. Very much like the amount of information given about the book. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work!

Very Good. Easily found book I wanted to purchase and the price was right. I was however, disappointed that you didn't offer any incentive for free shipping.

I followed link from my registered account email. My shopping cart emptied twice when I was shopping. I finally logged in to prevent it. Also tried to checkout with PayPal and found the steps unusually demanding and unlike the usual when I use PayPal on other seller sites.

I ordered a book but USPS misdelivered it. My money was refunded to me quickly. Once the book was returned to my shipper their customer service contacted me and I was able to order and r Circe my book quickly and without issue.

Excellent selection of book in which I have an academic interest, and at competitive prices. The website is easily navigable and searchable.

The book of poetry that I ordered arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The price was reasonable and the service was exemplary.

I was supposed to be able to use a $5 off coupon as a new customer but there was no place to put in the coupon. I feel like it was a scam to just sign up for my phone number.

The cart would not process the order. I had a difficulty even finding customer service. Can't speak to a person, no phone customer service. Emails never addressed the issues or answered my questions directly, over several day. Also feel false advertising since the " free shipping" later was only for anything with a truck. Won't be using Alibris again.

The selection and pricing is excellent. The system charged me the wrong sales tax rate, though. The 8.88% rate is for the city of Grass Valley, which is 11 miles from my shipping address. Here in unincorporated Nevada County the sales tax rate is 7.5%.

So far so good, now let's see how the delivery goes. If the delivery and book condition is good you will be my new best friend

I dislike fields already filled in with permission to send me email. It should be blank and I get to choose whether to click or not.

Information needed to make a decision was available. I was startled when I sent something to my cart for purchase and it didn't appear for a short while.

Great website, easy look up and quick checkout. I forgot my password and even getting a new password was easier than most other sites!

Nanette Her Pilot's Love Story. Paid extra for a nicer copy. Packaging and shipping were good. The book had a bit of damage on the front upper right corner. Oh well. Love the book anyway.
