The book was inexpensive and as described, just took nearly 3 weeks to get to me and over 2 weeks of that was USPS waiting for the item. Once it was in their hands it was in my mail box in 3 days.

The search parameters are too strict. There were several items that would not come up unless the exact name/title was typed in. EX: Rob Pattinson came up No Results. It had to be Robert Pattinson.

Ordering and shipping went well for everything ordered. We were pleased with the quality of the books received. We have enjoyed using Alibris to find books we can not obtain otherwise.

The website itself is fine, but they really need to verify languages in books somehow, because the seller is bought from claimed a book was in English and it was not. Otherwise a good experience, good customer service from Alibris through this experience

The shipping time is vague, and I am not sure if I will get it in time. I will wait and see. If it does come faster than expected, then they will have a repeat customer.

This site saves my butt from paying hundreds of dollars on text books. The prices are great and I get my book within a reasonable time.

I was not really in a rush to get this book so shipping time is not a big factor for me. Though it did take about two weeks. For me, it is mostly condition. The book came in the condition it was described, which was great.

Alibris is the place to go to find books you're searching for. You can depend on descriptions to be accurate, and they always deliver as promised.

I wanted a book for my book club and found it new, at Alibris, for a third of what it cost at a retailer. The quality is great. I've gotten several books from them and find they are clean copies, and the discounted price is an incentive to read more!

I love this online store. I often have an assortment of options to choose from that allow me to consider location of sender in proximity to me and also the condition of the book. I like supporting bookstore owners by using this website.

The price was right. I knew that the trip through customs could cause delays. There definitely was a delay caused by customs. However it was less than 30 days.
It all worked out in the end.

Alibris had a credit card number on file for a card that had been replaced with a similar number. Although I mistakenly clicked to accept the wrong card, the order went through and the book was received. I sent a query immediately after I realized the mistake, but I never received an explanation.

Ordered my book before going on holiday, not expecting it to arrive before I left-but it did- and I'm reading it now, while on vacation!

Pretty good. I do not purchase books from Thriftbooks because they are not honorable booksellers. I appreciate the alternatives offered by Alibris. I DISLIKE Alibris tracking, which is spotty at best

Shipping price change significantly at checkout (Canada). The email says $5 off $50 - This is only true in USD. The email flow should be split based on location. I work in email marketing - would be happy to talk with you guys to improve your email marketing channel.

I have been finding all kinds of great old music that I have purchased and lost over the years. I am also happy to be supporting some great used bookstores that still hold so many gems. I have been recommending this site to all my friends as a great alternative for used books and music.

I had a difficult time finding the Restless Mind book by Peter Lawler, so thank you for making it available and notifying me. There was quite a bit of underlining in the book; however, no matter since obtaining a copy of the book itself was most important to me. Thank you again.
