I was looking for two specific books that I read about on Facebook and using Alibris made my search very easy and I was finished ordering very quickly. Thank you for making it so easy for me.

The item I ordered arrived promptly, exactly as it was stated and very well packaged. All good, I would definitely order from them in the future.

The only reason I gave the item three stars is that my doctor had recommended the book as it is for people who can't eat all kinds of foods -- and the book said it included vegetarian recipes (I'm vegetarian), but it really only has 11 or so vegetarian main dishes out of this huge book, and frankly, so many of the recipes I already had in other books, like pad thai, ratatouille and stuffed peppers. I was expecting more vegetarian recipes -- and frankly, that they would be a bit more innovative. The photographs are beautiful, though, but it isn't as useful to me as I would have hoped for the cost of it.

Actually considering I was not in the mood to shop. And looking for another book. Alibris. Did a good job. The website is excellently done and intuitive.

I searched for this book a few years ago and couldn't find it for less than several hundred dollars. My dad looked on Alibris and found a good copy for about $40. It's in good shape and just what I was looking for.

I had a great experience ordering from Alibris. The process was easy, the prices were fair, and my order arrived just as expected. I would definitely shop with them again.

Prices are cheap, shipping is ok, however if you choose multiple items from the same vendor, you still get charged shipping times the number of items instead of grouped together by weight or something

I'm unhappy with the way shipping is presented on your website. The cost is not transparent and only appears at checkout. I have experience shipping items myself and find the pricing excessive. I do not plan to purchase from you again. I completed this order only because my children enjoyed the books we already own and the titles are not available through our library.

I love this site! I always find those hard to find items from dvds to music cd's at reasonable prices. I have been a long time customer and will continue to be!

GET CLOUDFLARE OFF OF YOUR SITE. IT IS A US MILITARY SURVEILLANCE PLATFORM/SERVICE. EVERYTIME IT SCREENS A CUSTOMER IT IS COLLECTING THAT PERSONS BROWSING HISTORY. BOOKS AND READING CHOICES ARE PRIVATE. USING CLOUDFLARE IS WRONG. I HAVE TOLD YOU ABOUT THIS ALREADY!

Sometimes ordering a book outside of the US can take a long time. This didn't at all. The confirmation emails and updates on tracking we're detailed. I would use again

Obviously after years of dealing with you I had difficulty using my old pasword and email and had to re enter your system with no notice of change I could not figure out you changed your security a notice should have been given

I searched all the sites I could think of for a specific book my husband wanted. Then I remembered Alibris. And not only did they have it listed, but it was only an island away! Thanks Alibris for the easy, successful transaction.

I have ordered from Alibris for years with consistent success. I've severed connection with any similar sources that have Amazon connections as far as I can know.

These shipped later than I expected, maybe I missed that detail in checkout, but otherwise no issues.

Two of the three books I ordered were accurately described, but a third book had a broken spine and was definitely not in the "Very Good" condition listed. I returned the book and tracked it, but I never heard back from the seller. I know that the book was received by them, but it's been nearly 10 days and there's been no response. Granted, it is the holiday season, so I will be patient. But right now I am out the cost of the book plus shipping as well as an additional $10 for return shipping. I am quite unhappy.

I didn't know that the authors -- Miles James and James Lambeth -- had written a second jealousy-provoking cookbook until I saw it in a pop-up Alibris ad. Pictures and recipes and stories of their time in Tuscany. Their first resto, James on the Mill in Fayetteville, Arkansas, had been a favorite place for dinner, and their first cookbook, Cuisine of the Creative, was an adventure in artist's acquaintance, food, and photographs of the whole thing. The Tuscan adventure was the same kind of adventure but more intimate.
