First time using this service, save me money. I was afraid to buy something used and maybe the professor expecting me to have cds that come with book available, that made me nervous.

I found the book I was looking for at a reasonable price, shipping wasn't bad, AND there was a coupon code on the website to sweeten the deal even more.

Once I got to the cart, only 1 book showed me the book condition. If I went back to shop again, I lost items in cart & had to start over.

Books were at great prices, but watch out for shipping prices, some places are overcharging and some places don't combine shipping so if you buy 10 books from them they charge you 10 shipping charges. Ridiculous!

I have been purchasing books thru Alibris for years and have nothing but good experiences, plus the pricing is always reasonable!

I almost always find what I'm looking for and I'm especially glad to be able to support independent bookstores all over the country

I received a book which was not the title I ordered, error on the sellers part. When I requested they send me the correct book they said I would need to pay postage to return the book they sent me in error - not my error but theirs!

The copy of the book was in better condition than its rating. The price was good, and delivery time was fine. Very satisfied with my transaction.

Alibris is my very favorite place to shop for books... even with shipping costs, I can buy more books for less money with Alibris that at any other store. It is super easy, very reliable and so much fun!

Ordering is easy. Nice to be able to use PayPal. Only negative is shipping charges, which can be more than the book. Will use again, though.

Fun. As a member of a book club I often have to buy the books since they are not always available at the public library. And it is OK if the books I need have already been marked since I will probably be adding my own notes to it.

Experience buying wasn't bad. The seller took 4 days to mail out my book. I really needed it in a timely manner for class. I don't blame Alibris. I just would've bought elsewhere if I would've known it would've taken so long to get to me.

You have a good search engine with plenty of sort options, and a vast network of book dealers for finding what I'm looking for.
A complaint I have is that it is tricky to find the shipping. I suppose there is a way to sort by sellers, like I prefer Alibris as the seller so that I can work toward free shipping. All in all, I do appreciate Alibris.

It was refreshing to find an alternative to Amazon for books. My order arrived sooner than projected and in perfect condition.

My only issue was that two of the three books were reported to be shipped together (and both delivered together), when actually one came separately, causing some confusion, but "all's well that end's well."

While the price was good and the delivery was done in a timely manner, the actual condition of the book was not in line with the description. It was listed as VERY GOOD, but there is underlying all through the book. For a book like this where the messaging is one of self-discovery this is highly distracting.

I have found a book that I have wanted to purchase and fully engage. I had read a smaller book on this book of scripture and had been fascinated by what I read over 25 years ago and am glad to be able to further explore the insights I gleaned from it previously.
The experience has been rewarding both now and in the past. Quick and easy to find what I need. Thank you!

I bought a book through Alibris, and was very satisfied with the condition of the book. While it took a little bit longer to arrive than I anticipated, it was not an issue, I was not in a hurry. Overall, very satisfied with my experience, and recommend Alibris.

Easy website to navigate. Always easy to find what I'm looking for and I have love that they indicate the condition the book is currently in, so I can decide if I want used or new!
