Easy, clear, multiple choices. Great for old people gifting others books without going to the shops as well as the post office.

I found a used book from Alibri that wasn't on any large retail sites and it was so affordable and was delivered to me within a week. Highly recommend

This buisness allowed me to purchase a textbook for way less than I would have through other Comapanines. It also allowed me to find an edition of a book that was out of stock/harder to find in most cases. I appreciated the fact that ther were considerate abour the cost. I wish that the button for choosing shipping options was made clearer. I felt that I was not given the opportunity to choose for myself. I was not provided with a clear estimate of arrival, and there was no tracking number provided. I and to click 2-3 other links to find the wheabouta of my package through another site.

Found site a bit cumbersome and oddly difficult to navigate. However, that said, I will remain an occasional user based on multiple offers of availability and conditions.

It would be nice if there was a way to list 2-3 books and see if any bookseller has all of them in stock, to save on combined shipping.

I was looking for a CD that was older and others were asking an exorbitant price for a used copy. I found a CD at Alibris that that was in very good condition for a reasonable price. I have not had time to listen to it yet but I am hopeful it will be great!

I made a mistake on the payment program and the books went to my granddaughters address, then she sent it along to me. But the customer service was very nice and tried to help.
I like the books and now I know how manage my address so I will be order more books from Alibris soon.

Very glad you had a hard to find book. I found your shipping slightly higher than other sites, the prices were similar to other sites, but because you had the book I couldn't find anywhere else I went with your site.

Extra effort to find two books at the same time from same seller but no break on shipping charges which could easily be combined?

Came within reasonable time frame, amazing price, much better condition than expected on book given the price. The inside looked untouched. The packaging the book came in wasn't the heftiest but I didn't mind that. The book was intact which is what matters to me. Really pleased with the experience!

I was told that free shipping would apply for my order if 4 copies were ordered (more than $40), but at checkout that was not honored. Therefor I reduced the order from 4 to 2 copies. Very Disappointing!

Tried to order a book but that vendor couldn't deliver. Switched to using Alibris. Everything went well with Alibris except one book was late in coming.

I wanted a specific piano book and check with Alibris to see if it was available through them. It was, at a price I found acceptable and I purchased the book. When it arrived, it was in good condition and I was pleased the the entire transaction.

While it may have taken a little bit to get here, there was also a winter storm so it got here relatively fast for that. The discs played well and all things were included.

I did receive my order this time but I don't believe I was charged for it. I thought maybe it was because I tried to cancel my previous order within minutes of placing the order because I didn't want a VHS tape. That order wasn't canceled but I was charged for it. Not sure if that was the reason I wasn't charged for this most recent order.

I was concerned that the book did not arrive within the estimated delivery time, which accounts for my only 3 and 4 stars, but the delay was likely due to a federal holiday combined with bad winter weather. Ultimately, it arrived safely, in nice condition, and all is well, so I would not hesitate to do business again.
