I ordered a book that I needed quickly. I ordered from your service. It took almost a month to get here.
This made a poor first impression.

The books come from the US. The delivery chain has a broken link where the books can be held up for twice as long as predicted. Seems even book sellers in Canada say to a customer when ordering a book that the local distributor needs an extra three weeks to deliver the book to the store for pick-up. Anyway, if you're taking a course, order the book two months ahead if you want to have it when the course starts. Other than delivery, Alibris is excellent and trustworthy for buying books.

Alibris has been my go-to for books for going on 20 years now. Everything from old books that I lost to borrowers or elsewhere over the years, to books for my kids, gifts to friends, or recommendations from them, Alibris is the only place I'll buy books. I often purchase "good" or "very good" (since they're usually 99¢) and find that the books look untouched. One time there was some profanity written inside the cover of a book that I bought for my son that was listed as excellent condition and Alibris immediately made it right. In college I bought the previous edition of all of my text books for 99¢-$3.99 and saved a fortune. Honestly just the best all around.

The shipping does condense when from one seller but it's hard to know how it's calculated / to compare other sellers and their shipping. Would be cool to fix this. But otherwise completely amazing seller I've been using you guys for over a decade.

We needed a new geographic atlas as our globe and previous atlas were outdated. Ordered this item and was surprised at the amount of information. For the price, this was a bargain.

I always check to see if the DVD is blu-ray because I don't have that kind of player. I just wish those inputting the data would like it correctly.

Would have liked to see other books from first seller based on interests, but subject search was not very promising. (Not sure if author search also didn't work or if I was just unlucky.)

Excellent selection of books. I always see a lot of different price options for a book title. I also like that I see where each book will ship from. I prefer to order from a seller who is closer to me for a smaller carbon footprint.
