I accidentally put in a wrong bit of information. You told me you could not process my order. Finally I found my error, corrected it, and then it was a breeze to place my order. It helps that you keep y password.

Love to shop for books on here, I always find what I need at a reasonable price. I can choose the book I want at a price that's good for me!

All went well except the cart kept timing out while I was choosing books for gifts and I had to keep reentering my selections.

Once again, Alibris makes ordering and receiving the books I want quick and painless. And always at a price point competitive with that other bookseller. I will always recommend alibris to friends looking to order books online.

Confusing at the checkout. Used paypal to pay charge + Shipping. I was only charged for the cost of the book but not the shipping? I don't know if my paypal will be charged later? Which is fine but I don't liked to be charged later when I'm not aware.

Been using ALIBRIS for years and NEVER needed to file a complaint. I can choose the condition of the book I'm ordering as well as the price. Excellent Company

Mental was not available after I placed my order - I wish there had been an option to speak with (or "chat" with) a customer service person so we could have made the exchange in one order instead of two.

First had to change my password to log in. THere was an interminably long Captcha security process, many screens to get through before I could update the password. Then had difficulty with getting my credit card recognized.

I ordered from Alibris for about the 6th time and everything was as promised. I can always count on clear and rapid communication. They are the best at what they do!

I ordered the books for a professor in my department. The ordering was easy, the books were in good condition upon arrival, and I am happy with the transaction.

Super easy, organized and good shipping options look on other sites for the same item and they were nearly twice as much and shipping was as much as the items

I was searching for DVDs of past seasons of "Call the Midwife" for a friend and found what I was looking for on the Alibris site at a rock bottom price. My DVD arrived timely and in great condition. I'll be looking for more seasons in the future!

I ordered a book on Latin American colonial history as a Christmas gift for a family member. The price was great and very affordable, comparable to that of thriftbooks. It came on time as per the delivery tracking and the book came in good condition - i bought it used. I wiped the front and back covers because there was this sticky residue all over, but otherwise great condition! Would buy from here again.

More often than not I'll find the books I'm looking for at a cheaper price than mainstream stores. It's fairly easy to navigate the website and packages always arrive. I've had some delays but never more than a say or two and all of the products are in great condition.

I am a regular customer of Alibris. Alibris offers great deals and prompt, reliable shipping. Skip the huge corporate juggernaut Amazon, and instead patronize a smaller company that offers excellent and reliable service, plus qualify used items---better for the planet and your wallet!

Alibris has been one of my top choices for years. This time was no exception.Even with shipping charges it was less expensive and better quality than some other sources I looked at.

I found the book through Alibris at about $2 less at a Maryland bookstore, but you wouldn't let me sign in to order the book. You made me "reset" my password. I did that, but then couldn't see the book at the Maryland bookstore, so I had to order it at about $2 more at a Texas bookstore. Although I despise Texas Republican politics, I'm not worried about the money; however, I think theAlibris process is suspect. I want the book, though, so I ordered it. However, I still think the Alibris process is slimy.
