I have used this site when I am unable to find a used book locally. It is nice to have some alternatives to corporate sites which I will not use.

It was easy and I found what I needed. There were excellent descriptions of the items I reviewed, so I could choose which book best fit my needs.

Although I was propositioned to buy books with a discount for a purchase over a certain amount I was not given that discount. Nor was I given the free shipping that I was promised for purchasing a certain amount. What's the deal? I'd like to know why it is that you are advertising free shipping for a certain amount and not granting that as well as giving me the discount you promised for purchasing for a certain amount? Could you tell me, please what happened?

Easy to use and very affordable. I picked up several great books, both new and used, at really good prices. The free shipping was applied at checkout, so my total ended up even lower than I expected. I also found titles here that weren't available on Amazon or other retailers. I'll definitely be shopping on Alibris again.

Hard to find books at a bargain price. Alibris usually beats Amazon, and they're accurate in stating the condition of their books. Occasionally item ordered take awhile to arrive but not usually.

Overall easy process selecting and ordering books. I generally search for locations near me to cut down on delivery times, but a good book at a good price is worth waiting for if unavailable nearby. Delivery was lightening fast and the product was received with secure packaging.

The first time around I was delivered the wrong product but the customer service was pretty good. Eventually did get the correct book in very good condition about a week and a half after expected, But for the price, it was worth it

HARD TO FIND BOOK, WAS AVAILABLE THROUGH ALIBRIS. I hsd previously purchased this book and my copy disappeared so I needed a replacement for reference. Too bad the book has not been reeased with updates.

I think that the website is a little bit clumsy to use. If you've forgotten to sign in, or if you've forgotten what the promo codes are, it's possible you'll end up with two different shopping carts: one for the first attempt, and another one for the re-try. As far as I can tell, there is no way to integrate the two carts (that is to say, the "signed-in" cart and the NOT "signed-in" cart).

Alibris offers a good range of price and quality of books. The shipping and handling charge is less than a trip to a book store would cost. I have been a steady customer almost since inception of the company.

I ordered a CD which was listed as used but in very good condition. It was delivered promptly and I cannot distinguish it from a brand new CD. The price was very reasonable.

This purchase was very easy and straight forward. The description about the book listed everything I would have wanted to know. I have never ordered a book from Alibris that disappointed. I have always been pleased.

I ordered three books from Alibris. All three books were clearly marked as being guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. I would not have ordered them otherwise. All were ordered in plenty of time -- 10 days before Christmas -- from Alibris proper. After several days with no notice of shipment, I reached out and was informed that they had in fact shipped. Then a day or so later I received notification that they were being shipped and given tracking information. The tracking information informed me that the books would not in fact arrive in time for Christmas.When I called to complain, the person I spoke with said that unless they didn't arrive within a month, to let it go. That that was the only promise re: shipping given. In a world of many online bookstores, you failed. And lost a customer in the process.

Having multiple sources and book condition options compiled on your site is very clear and useful. However, I selected two copies of the book from the same vendor hoping to save on shipping but didn't save much at all.;-(

I ordered 4 books for my upcoming classes early since I expected the holidays might slow down shipping. What a surprise to receive my purchase so quickly and even before the anticipated ETA!
Excellent purchase, great prices and condition.

I have ordered many used books from Alibris. The most recent was "The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush" by Andreas Moritz. I read and followed the flush, and I'm feeling SOOO much better!

I love to read and always search Alibris.com first because the site is easy & quick to search & purchase books at great prices. Thank you Alibris for making reading good books affordable!

It's easy and I found what I was looking for at a good price. I can't think of more to say. So far the checkout process went smoothly.
