This last purchase was a gift, and in no place on the page there is an explanation of how to do it... so I did it simply by changing my address to the recipient's address. We'll see how it works. But it might be wise to fix it and add a procedure for this.

One of the reasons I always choose Alibris is that for me as a non US customer, they are one of only few stores that offer international shipping also with reasonable prices, I also love their customer service, also most of their shipment is trackable even for international shipping. John for Murray's Book Exchange was an absolute gem! Reached out to me as there were highlights in the book that were not detailed in the book description upon purchase. He offered to cancel the order and sell it to me again for a more reasonable price, as it was not in the condition advertised. So kind! Love these kinds of shops.

Have ordered from Alibrid a few times now. Great prices, accurate descriptions of condition and good variety of books. Arrive in a reasonable time with no issues.

I don't believe that if I order and buy from Alibris that I should have to pay for return postage, it costs almost as much as the book. I would pay a restocking fee, but not more,I will never order from you again.

I should have paid more for a hardcover, but I bailed at the last minute and purchased a less-expensive paperback. It's like thumbing through a bound selection of Bazooka Joe comics. A hardcover would have been a little larger and easier to handle.

Pretended to ship an item and never did, ignored every single word I said in ever email I sent them, shipped an item after the end of my delivery window when I already asked for a refund and have nonstop ignored everything because they're money hungry scammers

Unfortunately, I placed another order with a different seller today for two books, but the shipping cost was double instead of a lower shipping cost for the second book. I wish I could resolve this, but I'm not sure how to do it.

The textbook receipt is illegible because it was printed faintly, as if the printer was low on ink. Because of this, I am unable to submit it to my veterans representative for reimbursement. I am currently receiving educational benefits through the Veterans Readiness & Employment (VR&E) program. As part of this program, I am entitled to reimbursement for any out-of-pocket educational expenses—as long as I can provide a clear, legible receipt showing that I paid for the material. Given the time-sensitive nature of this reimbursement process, I would greatly appreciate it if you could send a clearly printed or digital copy of the receipt as soon as possible. Great selection - easy interface - great prices, also on books only 2 or 3 years old - never had a complete about the quality of the books - I have ordered at least 80 books from the site over the last several years

It was so easy and shipped quickly. Mostly, I was happy to support on online retailer that is not Amazon. I was buying an art book from a creator I like. Buying from a smaller organization makes me feel good.

As much as I hate paying extra shipping costs, I appreciate the great selection of books available through the multiple sellers on the website. One of my three orders arrived late and damaged but overall still in fairly good condition. Not bad enough to even consider returning them.
