I ordered 2 tops & 2 dresses from Airy. Fabrics were very poor quality. I returned for refund and have not received it.

Ordered several dresses, a shirt, and a pair of shorts. Literally NOTHING looked like it was pictured, fabric was as cheep and as thin as you can get. Very poor quality overall. I'm so disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting these items. Now I'm just looking forward to sending them back.

I ordered dress and top from airy clothing, going by their size chart I ordered XL, when it arrived I suggest anyone XS would be hard pushed to get into this dress. The material is of poor quality and poorly finished. I will not use this company again.

One of the items – the t'shirt – is of a different material as described AND stained. The ordered dress is sewn very poorly and the size is not as described. I ordered L and it should have 108 cm bust but it is in reality only 82 cm.

I bought two dresses from them I received them.To Small. Very very thin material... sent dresses back to airy.
Keep e-mailing them still no REFUND! Its been months now! Don't know what else I can do! I will never buy from them again!

I wanted to return my purchase but there was no way to obtain a return label or any option to send the items back. They advertise "Worry Free Returns" IT IS WORRY FREE FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY DON'T LET YOU RETURN! Stay away from this Company if you don't want scammed!

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. It is obvious as soon as you want to return something, that they have no intention of any kind of free returns as they advertise. Most unprofessional employees have no intention of returning anything for anyone. I paid $32 to return their nasty product and now they are telling me they never gave me their return address and they imply they never received my return.

Took 7 weeks to get the product for one and for two you do not get what is advertised at all. They show cotton clothing and send you spandex it's cheap. They give you 14 days to return their cheap crap back but I could not return any of my products because they erased my order history! So it's like I ordered nothing. This is a terrible company I will never order from them again obviously and will definitely tell everyone I know to stay away from this site!

I placed an order on May 15 2021. The money was taken. Out of my acct. I never received a confirmation through my email. On their app it only showed what I ordered and an order number. Every day it has shown processing. Today I go to check status and all traces of anything have magically disappeared. I did email and hope for a very quick reply back on where my order is. The next step is to seek an investigation. I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have no proof other then my bank statement which I am all too willing to contact my bank. I really want to love this company.

There is no communication they take your money very quick the items are poorly made anyone who has had a good experience with this company is lucky.

I wanted to rate ZERO STARS but don't have that option.

I am absolutely appalled by this company. You charge £15 for postage and packing yet my return cost just £3.50.
Then you have the audacity to take the VAT element away from my refund of returned items. - Nobody does this. What a load of rubbish. We all know that the government receives the VAT amount but it is the total amount of my order that you have to charge vat on - NOT the returned items.
This is a con and i will be reporting you for fraud.
And I am also copying and pasting this message onto Trustpilot and any other review sites that i can find

I should have known to check Airy reviews before buying the merchandise. I purchased four dresses and not one of them looked like the pictures on the website. They were so bad that one of the dresses look a five year old had sewn the dress. The seam didn't match and left it uneven. The dress is unfit to wear. All the dresses are thin and flimsy. I wish I could give it no stars because they don't deserve the one I had given them.

I waited for 2-1/2 months for my order to arrive. When it did all 4 items were not what I ordered. Thank god I ordered thru paypal and got my money back. They never answered any of my emails. Terrible company. They don't even deserve 1 star

I placed my order the first week of March, it took them over 5 weeks to deliver then when the order arrived I needed some items returned as the quality was super bad ont some or them especially the shoes.
Tried to return the order but their website had a problem and will not issue the return.
I contacted them and the asked for the items I am returning, send them even pictures and 3 weeks later now I still have the items which are worth about $80 or more.
I can't get hold of anyone to solve the issue.
My order has been deleted of the app.
The request for return has been deleted from the App as well.
I don't know what to do now, they do not answer emails or messages on the app.
Horrible customer service.
