Take a screenshot of what you ordered and keep it on your computer. Waited weeks for an order and they were having difficulty getting one item. They clearly didn't have the stock in to sell. Waited more than a month for cheap and nasty, unlabelled, dress and blouse. Totally different from the pictures and one became another picture altogether?! I'm sending the goods to trading standards along with a complaint. I'll never use this company again.
I ordered 4 days ago. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Got my $. But haven't even shipped yet. I have a week before I go on vacation. That's why I paid extra. Customer service I've called is in China. When they have a USA warehouse. Really makes me angry. Am I going to get ripped off. Most likely! Most likely will never order from them again.
I wish I would have looked at reviews first, rating a one star because they were made of material. What came in the mail was so cheep and not like the pictures, so disappointed. Sent back the next day. Do not waste your money on these products!
Ordered several dresses, a shirt, and a pair of shorts. Literally NOTHING looked like it was pictured, fabric was as cheep and as thin as you can get. Very poor quality overall. I'm so disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting these items. Now I'm just looking forward to sending them back.
This is a terrible company. Keen to take your money but don't send out the goods. You pay a fortune for slow mail. There are plenty of other more reputable suppliers of basic clothing. Don't be drawn In by the price.
I enjoyed shopping on their online store, and the checkout process was easy. It was nice they took paypal as a form of payment. The clothes got here 3 weeks earlier than they projected which was nice and unexpected. My only negative is the sizing for some of the clothes didn't work out quite right. I am typically a size 8 in America and was a medium according to their chart, and some clothes were perfect, some were way too small and some were way too big. The clothes themselves were pretty but material was like some kind of silk like material with the design printed on it which was unexpected and unusual. They are pretty and well made. Special care for washing and NO ironing this material. Their return/exchange policy unclear. If I do order again I need to understand how to exchange the clothes of they don't fit and is it printed design before I buy. Prices were fabulous.
I ordered a black dress with purple flowers on it as advertised, but received a black dress that may have had purple flowers, but nowhere near what what I wanted. The original dress was absolutely beautiful, however the one sent was totally disgusting. Also, the size ordered according to measurements, was too tight, especially in the chest area. The need to send what us ordered without substitutions and make sure these are sized/marked properly. Very unsatisfied.
This was a strange experience. If something seems too good to be true, it is. I ordered several "cotton" and "linen" dresses from airy dress, not expecting a lot for the price, but I did expect, at least, cotton and linen fabric. Every item was made from a weird nylon like material - thin, no body or weight, almost a plastic- like feeling that would surely be ultra hot in the summer heat. It reminds me of "parachute silk" from the nineties but not soft. Nothing was as described and everything ran VERY small. Hopefully, the return process will go well. This is not anything any American woman I know would ever consider wearing. Packaging was neat and efficient. I'll give them that. Aside from that, sorry to say, the clothes are complete garbage. Don't be fooled.
The clothes are great but they should work on their delivery time since I needed these clothes last season! Though it just arrive a bit later than expected. Thank you and hoping for a smooth transaction again on my next purchase.

Never ordered from Airydress.com before but glad I did. I was nervous about ordering a dress online, without being able to see it in person. But the dress is absolutely beautiful, and such a great deal! Overall clean and simple design with a ton of filter options. Not many sites have that many color options to choose from, despite having items of random colors on sale. I simply can't wait for my next order

Used Airydress for the first time to buy clothes to keep in my motorhome for breaks away. Absolutely delighted with my order - it arrived 5 days after I ordered, beautifully packaged - each item in it's own reusable zip top bag - and then all carefully packaged into one box, each item is exactly as shown on the website and fits beautifully - items are true to size and of really good quality. Airydress has super cool dresses and generally decent prices. Their dresses are of great quality and yet very affordable. They do look exactly similar to their pictures, you can never be disappointed. Furthermore, their online store is user friendly allowing you to select different dresses available in the site. I would definitely recommend this company
