I ordered four dresses. They took weeks to arrive and when they did I couldn't believe how awful they were. The design and colours were nothing like the photographs and the sizing was appalling, probably four sizes smaller than what they were supposed to be. Really cheap and nasty with terrible workmanship - one dress was pretty much totally unravelled and two others had pockets that gave a whole different meaning to asymmetrical and one of which was sewn on all four sides. The returns and refund service has you jumping through so many utterly unnecessary online hoops it must be purposefully designed to make you give up and go away. When it comes they offer you a coupon to use towards the cost of returning the package - but you can only actually use it as part payment on your next purchase, which of course you will never actually make. The clothes are cheap for a reason - they are rubbish. DO NOT BE TEMPTED!

I ordered a dress that I'd ordered from another company (double the price) twice & waited 3 months for it not to arrive & my money was not refunded. Airy delivered the dress in 2 weeks.The quality was fantastic & I only wish I'd known of the company before wasting time & money on another company's (JFN) very slow order processing & delivering if the order arrives at all. I'm extremely pleased with Airy so much I just placed 2 orders over $100 each. Give them a try. The same garments offered on other sites that take months to arrive was a breeze & I believe the quality was better coming(fabric, seams, hems, no frayed edges) from Airy.

I ordered a dress 10 days ago and still they have not dispatched it, I've read and seen a lot of people have been sent a different version to what they have advertised. I am a fully qualified dressmaker and i can see clearly what they are doing, They will post a picture of a good quality items, then they will send a cheaper version, different types of fabric used, Its a huge scam, and i cannot believe these people get away with it.
If my dress does turn up, which I'm not holding up much hope on its arrival, I shall inspect it thoroughly, then if it turns out that its cheaper fabric than the one advertised, They will be getting reported to everywhere i can possibly report to. If it don't arrive, I shall report to PayPal. I see they have no feedback on there website whatsoever.

I have recently received the dresses I ordered from Airydress. Honestly, I was a little worried at first. I was concerned about the quality and the sizes of the dresses. Gladly, Airydress did not disappoint. The quality of the dresses exceeded my expectations and they fitted me well. Indeed, great value for its price!:)

Furthermore, the shop has very great customer service. My transaction was flawless and easy. I have also received my items on time and are in very good condition when I got them.

Would definitely recommend this shop to my friends! :)

DO not order anything from Airy Dress. I ordered 12 items which came in two separate packages weeks apart (although I ordered them the same day). There is no way to contact them except by email but when I tried to fill out the form it would not process because they said I never ordered from them. You cannot return anytbing unless THEY provide you with the address depending where you live. You only have 2 weeks to return from when your item arrives. On one of my packages, it said the tracking number could not be found even tbough I received it! There is no phone number to call. I am stuck with almost $80 of clothes I do not want. Shop locally or through Amazon! Impossible to contact. Horrible customer service. BEWARE!

AiryDress is so amazing! I bought bags from there for myself and my sister and I absolutely loved it! The quality was so great! She was really happy when I gave it to her. The price was very affordable, too! I rarely find bags which are so worth it. I am so happy that I found out about AiryDress because they have beautiful dresses that Im planning to order. Also, Im thankful to AiryDress for delivering my bags in perfect condition and on time. Keep up the good work!

I placed my order the first week of March, it took them over 5 weeks to deliver then when the order arrived I needed some items returned as the quality was super bad ont some or them especially the shoes.
Tried to return the order but their website had a problem and will not issue the return.
I contacted them and the asked for the items I am returning, send them even pictures and 3 weeks later now I still have the items which are worth about $80 or more.
I can't get hold of anyone to solve the issue.
My order has been deleted of the app.
The request for return has been deleted from the App as well.
I don't know what to do now, they do not answer emails or messages on the app.
Horrible customer service.
