I ordered a black dress with purple flowers on it as advertised, but received a black dress that may have had purple flowers, but nowhere near what what I wanted. The need to send what us ordered without substitutions and make sure these are sized/marked properly. Very unsatisfied.

Returned two items. I was offered a percentage of the original payment and I could keep the items.
Why would I do that? That would be the items in the bin and I would have to re-order to get some of my money back. No Way!
So I returned said items and over 2 weeks later still waiting for my money back.
Fortunately, I have the time and patience to make sure I get my cash back but beware! It is hard work to return goods and get a refund.
This company doctors their photo's, none of the dresses I purchased looked as good as the pictures, the material was cheap, the clothes didn't fit at all properly, made me look like I was dressed in a sack and very matronly. Horrible customer service. I want my money back and you can have your cheap nasty clothes back
Pictures of the product are of a higher quality product. The product you receive is a cheaper version. Material is a poor quality and print on it is much lighter.

Every time I ask the support agent they just tell you the same thing cant help will raise a ticket, get an email saying the same thing wait 7-14 days HAVE GONE WAY OVER THIS.

I have ordered a white summer dress almost 2 months ago. The dress I have received was nothing like the dress they advertised. I ordered it small size. The dress I have received was very very bad quality, big and totally different looking dress. I though there was a mistake so I emailed to them but the answer was its the same product and if I didn't like it I can send it back will get the refund. Which I did with loosing again over 3 pounds for postage. Since then I haven't received the refund although I have written to them. They are liar and very dishonest. It was my first time with them and it will be the last. Please look at the pictures and see how the dress is. Please people don't buy from them not only their product is bad also they don't refund!
Clothing is very nicely made. Materials are beautiful. Styles are great for older women. Clothes arrive in a timely fashion. I get many compliments on my shirts from Airy and have quite a few. I am very pleased with all aspects of this store.
I enjoyed shopping on their online store, and the checkout process was easy. It was nice they took paypal as a form of payment. The clothes got here 3 weeks earlier than they projected which was nice and unexpected. My only negative is the sizing for some of the clothes didn't work out quite right. I am typically a size 8 in America and was a medium according to their chart, and some clothes were perfect, some were way too small and some were way too big. The clothes themselves were pretty but material was like some kind of silk like material with the design printed on it which was unexpected and unusual. They are pretty and well made. Special care for washing and NO ironing this material. Their return/exchange policy unclear. If I do order again I need to understand how to exchange the clothes of they don't fit and is it printed design before I buy. Prices were fabulous.

Their clothing is of very poor quality and made of cheap material. If you do decide to order from them make sure you order two sizes bigger than you typically wear as everything I ordered runs small.
