On September 2023, I purchased a stroller for my stepdaughter. I received it with no problem they will take out the money out of my account. Somehow my account was given to another personnel. I cannot log into the account. We emailed each other information to customer service phone calls were made over 20 phone calls, now he decided to put me into collection now I am getting harass by collection agency from their people they keep telling me to call customer service multiple times cannot log into the account multiple emails back-and-forth it been three months nothing is been fixed yet now I'm getting emails text through Amazon. They will not answer the phone calls, they having a problem issues with hiring for professionals that understands the issue problems they having do I have to an attorney press charges for harassment
I am a currently serving my country in the US Navy! Affirm sucks $#*!! I've had them for years. Had several accounts with them and never missed a payment or was never in bad standing. Someone tried to order a plane ticket from my affirm account. I caught it immediately while currently being deployed as an email was generated due to the unauthorized purchase. I have been dealing with this dispute for over 4 months now. No supervisor will call me and nothing is being done. They just keep telling me that it's being investigated. They said it would take up to 90 days, but we're passed that. Horrible. Just horrible.
I got scammed by TopResume and this company did nothing to protect me. Will never use them again. $250+ down the drain. I just finished paying off this forced loan today (with no delivered usable product from TopResume) and am just as furious as when this all happened months ago. Total theft.
I received a coat that obviously ran small. They accepted the return for something bigger which sent something totally different from what the picture shows. They don't have returns at all. The coat received for a girl. Sent pictures to show them but now it's no longer responding. The coat was for my son. This is some B…S…. Don't shop with them because they're scammers and don't care about taking your money. I had to spend an additional $100 out the store for a nice Tommy coat. Tripping it's too cold in GA right now

Used Affirm to break up a few large purchases through Real Real, Amazon, and Bloomingdale's. Set up auto pay and went fine until I get a late notice one day. Okay, paid and reset auto pay. Next day, again... on and on. Opened a case and nothing the foreign reps were willing/able to do. Now, it shows that I was 15 days late when I wasn't. Pay everything off and RUN before it gets past 30 days and reported on your credit! They use Stripe and it's obviously a disaster.
It's simple identity/lead/info farming, but getting shut down for these "tech" issues. An ambulance chaser's dream class action lawsuit. Exorcism with someone like me who has recorded calls and screen shots.
They will charge you high interest rate and will not accept credit card payments. They will not disclose that they only accept Debit cards on the initial application. There is a tiny fine print that no one can see.
Also forget trying to reach them on the phone or the website. It took me 10 days with each holding time exceeding 4 hours till I hang up. Find another way to finance.
Customer service is horrible. They pull money from your bank account with no purchase confirmation then make you wait a week for a refund. They have no record for anything that happens on your account. Consistency getting errors in the app. Horrible experience. Rep Angelyn A. Has no idea how to do her job.
Affirm has misleading info making it seem like your interest are set and if you make a full payment before the due date then no more interest's... wrong. I made a full payment to find out that 7 days later i still owe interest as the check had not been fully processed.
To bet me $100 you can speak with a human being at Affirm. Please, take that bet! Google me and prove me wrong anytime. How Affirm stays in business I will never understand. They are the antithesis of "customer service" -.
Affirm declined my loan even though my credit rating report shows an excellent score. I purchased from them before and paid it off early. It seems that they don't want repeat customers who will pay off the amount before incurring interest.
I've called multiple times told them I needed time and lower payments due to car accident stopping work for some time 9 delinquent reports 120 days late! They are so rude, watch out they are not on the consumers side, everyone else I talked to had ways I could pay with my unemployment and disability and welfare. No thanks in the future to Affirm.
Its a total garbage this company. The customer service people are outsourced. They doesn't understand anything so customer support is pathetic. They will decline your application even if you have a good credit score.
Stay away like the plague. They will not help you when a seller has taken your money and not delivered in time and their customer support is abysmal in its incompetency ignoring bad sellers using their platform to scam buyers.
I purchased a mattress from Leesa in December 2020. I was given a promotional opportunity to finance the mattress with 0% interest. This December would have fulfilled my 24-month agreement. I decided to pay it off early, only to learn that I had a remaining balance of over $1200. I am so angry right now I can't see straight. I would NEVER have financed with Affirm at a rate double what my credit cards are. Fool me once --- and I'll never use you again.
I had my computer hacked, I was able to fight them off and block them. But they got a loan through affirm before I blocked them. I told affirm immediately of this and they were suppose to fix it. Now I am getting emails asking for payments. Why yes, I want to use my hard earned money to pay some lazy hacker money for nothing even though you were suppose to stop that from occurring.!? If your this way with all your customers I'm surprised your still in business. I also reported them to the bbb and they have yet to respond. Fantastic company!
The worst customer service I have ever worked with. Reported my payment late to Experian was not even late. No one there will listen sent copies of payments still no response. Very nasty people working there.

It's just a continuous loop, insisting you filled out the application wrong, when in reality you've been denied, but... Nothing indicating this, until you call and they say you've been denied... I wonder what they do with your info? I'm disappointed Amazon would support this... Affirm is trash!
They have my phone number incorrect, have tried several times to correct phone number with no success. I do not think anyone works in customer service. All I get is thank you for your payment! I cannot even look at my account. DON'T use, there are other Financial Institutes institutes that are so much better!
I disputed a loan due to a return. They never credited me back and told me to stop making payments on the loan. 3 months have passed and now I found this loan is in defaul, has been reported to credit agency, and completely trashed my good credit. I am so angry that the customer support is unreachable and when you do get through, forget it. They can't do anything. I've had several other loans that I've paid on time and never missed anything. They did not assist at all when I needed help. If it was cost efficient to get a lawyer and sue for loss I would. Never again will I use this horrid service.
They will make multiple deductions out of your account without your permission. The money will not be deducted off your bill so when you call to speak to representative for help they will tell you that it was on the banks and not their end. Obviously this is not true as the bank does not hold power to deduct money for another company nor would that profit the bank in any way shape or form. In the past week they have made five fraudulent deductions for my bank account completely depleting my funds. No one in this company will contact you back. Please beware
