I had heard of the company because a friend actually knows the owner. Very sorry I did worst experience I have ever had.

It was for convenience and I broke my own rule by not doing my research on this company. They should be avoided at all cost. The most dishonest company I have ever worked with. They have money they will not refund and are doubling down on their ineptness by demanding more money from me... for a product I have not received since ordering it in January, 7 months ago. My last communication with them included them threatening my credit score which happens to be high, and a guy with Affirm who said they are not able to arrange a conference call with the other company involved in this mess. This is some tech guys company and his people literally don't know how and literally won't set up a conference call to help one of their customers with an issue. Wow.

They were advertised through Amazon, which I use all the time, so I thought they were credible. As other people, you know if we have time, we could research every single company, but in this case, anybody should avoid this company at all cost. They cost me $340 because they were accessing a savings account to withdraw their money without having access. It was an unused account that I never monitored and hence I was surprised now they won't even refund the money and they are dodging the real question so avoid at all cost!
