I'm a little bit confused on what my part that I ordered, and the recieved a email saying that my order was cancelled, when I was told that it was in stock. Paid for it and supposed to receive the part in 3days did a lot of research to find a Bosch company for a motor for my amp step, and still no refund

Shipping was on time but, only got half the order. The product that was sent seems to be a tight fit, not like a factory installed from the vehicle manufacturer. I was that the floor liners would cover the entire side. Wishing it was a better fit for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK 2dr.

Sent the incorrect size, wrong vehicle floor mats, talked with customer service yesterday morning. Waiting for confirmation on the correct floor mats to be shipped.

I chatted with Courtney B who insured the tonneau would indeed fit my 2026 Tundra. Her knowledge convinced me to make the purchase. I appreciate her help! You guys really ought to sell Ranch Hand grille guards😀

The sales person Sedric was very helpful. He made the order process easy. If and when I order again I will use the same sales person. The products I order were just installed and so far all is good.

The product is very good, the installation video leaves a bunch of needed info out, due to video angle. Having to constantly stop and start the video with poor to no internet in the shop was irritating. The front flap of rubber stays suspended above the front bed rail and it exposes the weatherstrip to the weather. A complete rubber compression weather strip, not unlike that weatherstrip on a car door or trunk would work better. With the tonneau pushed forward as require fits well, but a flap of rubber like that which is on the front would be better served at the trailing edge to seal against the top of the tailgates top rail. Any wind or careash water can easily enter the bed from the backside due to the tonneau being about 1/2" short. The actual is fine just the sealing of weatherstrip against the top edge of the tailgate is what is lacking. A piece of paper with proper model & serial number of the unit should be taped to the unit to help with warranty registration!

The Purchase was very good. It is impossible to determine how satisfied I am with the product because I have not received it. I expect to receive it very soon.

I feel real truck was accommodating. They offered a good product an excellent product actually the thing is I have not unpacked it because I am not in any climate condition where I'm gonna be putting it on probably till spring so I'm assuming everything is is up to my standards, but other than that, it came well packed it was. It came quickly and I'm sure everything will be fine.

Ordering the product on Monday night was great, very nice person helped me, all good. I received a email receipt Monday night but now I`m still waiting on tracking information. I have no idea when my product will be delivered.

Brandon, the sales pro I had, was very helpful and steered me through my decision making process. He was able to help me find what I needed and reminded me of related parts I needed to complete my purchase.

The customer service person was helpful however, the dialog seemed slow and they confused the model of my vehicle. I feel like I got the right thing but Enclaves must be more popular than Encores and my sales person had difficulty keeping it straight.

I first spoke to Nicholas Giannola at ext 1539 He was very professional and helpful. It's so unfortunate that when I called back to actually place my order Cartier at ext 1529 told me he was not working that day, which was a lie, and she got credit for the order instead of Nicholas. That irritated me as she was nowhere near as helpful as him. She never told me the shipment would come in two boxes which confused me. I know it's out of realtrucks hands once they ship items but the item shipped by fedex was thrown on the ground at the wrong address. It was only luck that it ended up in my hands.

I ordered my stuff over a week Ago still hasn't been shipped. You guys are sending me a review like I have received it and it hasn't even shipped yet. I sure hope i'm going to get it since it was a grand

I was having a real issue finding an older Jeep part. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful! Found one at a different warehouse had it sent to me within a few days. Also helped confirm it was the part I needed. Excellent service!

One of the two items came in for the wrong cab size. However customer service did a great job rectifying the issue. I'm very satisfied.

The second seat, mat came in wrong, so I mailed everything back and got a whole brand new set the next day which I was very pleased with

I need to clarify. I was very satisfied with my experience with the RealTruck customer service rep and have not received the bed cover yet to be able to review it. I had previously ordered a cover through Amazon but due to a description which was not clear to me, the wrong cover was received and had to be returned. It stated a 6.4 ft Rambox which I incorrectly assumed they were simply referring to the size of the truck bed and was unaware this is the name of a specific Ram truck bed.
