I haven't recieved what I ordered, but as to Danels help He was a great big help. If it weren't for him, I probably would have given up. I'm not a person comfortable with do things on line etc. I would rather deal with a real person.

Sales representative was great. Product was offered as a RapidShip item to be shipped out same day. It did not ship same day. After calling in I spoke to the shipping department who had a horrible attitude and was rude. There was nothing they could do to expedite it or correct the issue, except let the product get here when it gets here. This is false advertising and was incredibly inconvenient to my schedule to accommodate delivery and installation. Even after calling in, the website still falsely has it listed as a RapidShip item which is misleading to consumers. I am extremely disappointed with the inconvenience this has caused.

I hav not received my product yet but l could not navigate the web site very well so I called you phone service and Nicholas was very helpful and was able to buy what I needed.
Package recieved with damaged box. Missing parts, and installed tape that came loose, stuck together, and it will be three or four more days until I can get replacement tape. I feel for approx. $700 the tape should be sent overnight. One drain tube was in the bottom of the box and contents of the Install parts was loose and all over the place. Please pay more attention to quality control. I expressed my concerns with shipping even before ordering. I guess that fell on deaf ears? I feel if this is the way Real Truck ships orders, I will shop else where.
Katlin was very very helpful in finding the right part for my truck. She went out of her way to verify the part actually fit my truck. It's reaffirming that some people really care about what they do in helping to resolve a problem. I will buy from Real Truck again & ask for Katlin, she's the best!
The problem I have is with the "bait and switch" sales tactic. I specifically asked about delivery and shipping status and needed it in a short amount of time. I was told that the product was available, that it could ship out that day, and that it could be delivered in two days. That would have worked for me but that did not happen. After 24 hours I checked on shipping status and the site said "processing order" like nothing had been done yet. When I messaged Real Truck, the associate that I worked with "wasn't available" and the next associate informed me there was no longer inventory and that it had to be manufactured and would take 3-4 weeks. I have had this product on a previous truck and was very satisfied with it. The last time I purchased this product it was not associated with Real Truck.
Arrived sooner than expected and even though there were some missing parts, they shipped them out ASAP. Great customer service and communication.
