Needed a new cover for the back of my truck. Didn't remember where I got it I knew it was a gator roll up. After a few seconds she knew I got it from them and when I bought it. Didn't know the serial numbery an she waited on the line till I went to get it. I didn't need the rails just the cover she ha it in just a minute.

I ordered new fitted floor mats for my truck, they came in 1 day. They were paper thin and weighed about 5 lbs if lucky. I have put in for a return and haven't heard anything back yet. I will put results as soon as I hear.
As far as the purchase experience I have no complaints. As of the time I am writing this the product hasn't arrived. So, writing a review on the product itself would be disingenuous at best.
I called to order a new motor and customer service realized my problem was a warranty issue. After some additional conversations (via email), my issue was covered by warranty. I received my motor and was able to fix the problem. My power steps work like when they were new.

Installation was pretty easy, had to clean out the rail mounting holes since I had a sprayed bed liner, tokk about 1.5 hours. I was missing the screws for mounting the cargo protector though.
I made an order that was incorrect. My fault. Upon receiving email confirmation or the error I immediately tried to contact support. I was on hold for hours and eventually a recording said you were closed. I also did chat and left email to info you of the error. No one check my response and therefore the item was shipped. No I have to deal with get the item sent back to your company and reordering the correct item. The shipment should have been stopped before it got on a truck.

I called to find out about the, "Powerflow Pro-Fit Splash Guards", for my 2015, Q7 TDI Prestige. The website only listed the front.
When I called, Don Wentling notified me that the splash guards for the front also fit the rear. Based on that information, I purchased two sets.
