I made an order that was incorrect. My fault. Upon receiving email confirmation or the error I immediately tried to contact support. I was on hold for hours and eventually a recording said you were closed. I also did chat and left email to info you of the error. No one check my response and therefore the item was shipped. No I have to deal with get the item sent back to your company and reordering the correct item. The shipment should have been stopped before it got on a truck.
As usual, your sales team was great. Help me narrow down exactly what I needed for my vehicle. Also helped me with the installation questions

I called to find out about the, "Powerflow Pro-Fit Splash Guards", for my 2015, Q7 TDI Prestige. The website only listed the front.
When I called, Don Wentling notified me that the splash guards for the front also fit the rear. Based on that information, I purchased two sets.
I understand that my order could come in two deviveries, but i did reciece one with no receit no explanition on where the second half of my order is, or if i am even going to get it. I can not start my project untill i know if or when i will receive the other half of my order.
I talked with a service rep to order the correct mats for an F150. Excellent service, fast delivery and the mats were exactly as described. I'm very impressed with this Real Truck experience.
Installing the driver's side was a perfect fit. The passengers side I had to trim some of the edge to get it too fit inside the wheel well. Overall, a good product

Real Truck was a great resource as I was shopping for a tonneau, bed mat, bed step, and other items for my truck. I wanted a hard-folding tonneau that would be compatible with future above-the-bed racks for bikes, kayaks, etc. Their salespeople knew what was available and had up-to-date info on some tonneau and rack combos that would not work together. Prices were very competitive and shipping was very fast. All in all an excellent experience.

Very nice explanation on web site, however I am old school and wanted to confirm this would fit my vehicle. Rep was excellent and answered all my questions, that's one of the reasons I bought it, a long with price
Everything was going great until I received the cover. Upon opening I discovered that the rails were missing, BAK quickly filed a claim for my order, however, they did say the rails need to be "Built" so I will need to wait for a week or so to get the parts...
