Delivery was prompt, parts were all there, installation was straightforward, but... both tubes were dented on the endcap like someone dropped the box on its end. Both tubes were dented on the back end. Fortunately you have to stand behind the running board and then you have to be looking for a dent.

This is a quality cover. The reason for the 4 instead of a 5 is because it arrived 2 days later than anticipated, I shared the deadline upon ordering and was assured it would arrive. When it didn't, I was again assured by the customer service rep that it was on it way that day - it was not, arrived 2 days later. We also did not receive the gift item that was supposed to arrive with the cover as part of Black Friday Deal. Cover is great - ordering and follow up is the reason for the 4 stars.
