Overall experience was good. Though shipping is seemingly slow. 1 box came the next day. Still waiting for box 2 to ship. Box 3, I have no idea.

Great fit good construction and covers very well on my 2014 Platinum. Definitely a good buy...I've looked and am very picky with my truck.

Delivery was prompt, parts were all there, installation was straightforward, but... both tubes were dented on the endcap like someone dropped the box on its end. Both tubes were dented on the back end. Fortunately you have to stand behind the running board and then you have to be looking for a dent.

I'm happy. They could get the replacement parts I needed. Easy to order! Already on there way to me.

I chatted with your representative looking for information about a cover for my Silverado and was very pleased with the response I received from them, I ordered it right then.

I was trying to use coupons and the site kept failing on me during that step. I started a chat session where an associate was able to lock one down for me on a Swing Case for my Ram Pickup. Easy to deal with.

I have had Husky mats before and I like them. My only complaint is that the salesman on the phone was a little short.
