A little confused on the right one to order, started chat and the girl was wonderful, helped me order the right one. Told me when to expect it, I asked if it could come any quicker as we had a trip in the mountains planned, she said she'd try. Two days later it was here! Wonderful!

Got a 100$ off for next purchase kind of thing, problem was never got the code. Called customer service got a real live person and got a solution. Called placed my order and just like that paid half for what I needed 100 off included. No hassles no quibbling. Love this company and will continue to buy from them!
My truck is inoperable as we speak. I paid $1600 for these steps and can't use them nor my truck. Please understand my frustration. The T-Nut inserts (x4) are missing and are on back order for 3-4 weeks yet they are still selling the kits. Take care of your customers!
I always work with Courtney—she's incredibly helpful and has never once led me astray. Some places make the buying experience frustrating by constantly sending the wrong product. However, since I started dealing with Real Truck and Courtney, I've never had a single issue with incorrect orders. Working for a large company can be very frustrating. Bought the electric steps for my 2016 Ram 2500. Its actually my second set. Easy install and works like a charm! Only reason this is my second set is that I didn't take care of them like I should have and they were struggling to work correctly after 9 years of service. So I purchased a new set and installed again. Everything bolted up like its supposed to and works flawlessly! Great item!
Purchased 2 items. Purchased insurance ( sold as hassle free return and replacement). Hood deflector was broken in half I called Real Truck immediately upon delivery. They told me they have nothing to do with it as I purchased insurance contact them. I contacted insurance carrier and they refused to pay enough money to re-purchase the part again and advised me to call back real truck and speak with somebody there. After an hours worth of being on hold and dealing with both places, real truck did send another pot and I did not have to pay any additional money. Nothing but a hassle. In my opinion NEVER buy insurance.
Installation manual very confusing. Took several hours to install, with much trial and error fitting parts together
Poor quality control. One rail missing drain fittings. Will have to jury rig a drain system.

Order new floor liners and nerf bars for new truck. Had issue with missing retainer clips on passenger side mat. Customer service opened ticket with Husky. I also had to contact Husky myself to resolve issue. Ideally as part of the process it would be handled with one call. Even so issue was resolved missing parts were shipped. In the end everything turned out fine. If there us an issue, you do get to talk to a real person instead of some AI generated q and a.
I was skeptical that I would locate running boards for my 13-year-old 2012 Tacoma with 62 K miles. I merely typed in the description, and I was taken right to the Real Truck site where I was welcomed by virtual assistant, Morgan C. During the chat, my selection was narrowed, and Morgan assembled my order. My 5 star rating is contingent upon timely receipt of the correct product as ordered. I needed an installation for a tonneau cover that I took off my old truck. Real Truck salesperson did a great job getting me setup with just the install kit and all the associated nuts and bolts necessary to re-install it. Worked like a champ!
