I recently purchased my first truck, a for maverick, and the team at RealTruck were very helpful. I needed help researching the right tonneau cover and bed bars to get give the smaller bed size. They answered all my questions and were very responsive.

Just got on chat to ask some questions about the site as I was trying to order. Victor responded and was very professional and polite. He helped me sort things out and guided me through the process. I made my purchase, He took care of everything while making things painless.

I realized that I ordered the wrong cover.
So, I contacted Real Truck and they immediately corrected the problem and easily helped me order the correct cove.

Everyone at Real Truck had a very positive attitude and were extremely friendly.

I've got a 2015 F150 crewcab. I had questions about the rear ladder bar fitting into the "new" style, tiny pocket stakes. Sherry worked through my questions and I purchased two and they are on their way.

Called for some replacement parts and the person I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable! Would not hesitate to call back again for any future needs.

I called because I needed to replace the ring & pinion in my truck and could not remember which ones I had purchased before. The tech not only found what I purchased before but took my new order right over the awesome people.

I purchased a cover online and it was shipped same day. It arrived in 22 hours. That is crazy. I loved the cover but unfortunately found out it wouldn't work, since I needed to see my gooseneck hitch with my camera. I called customer service, they talked me through options that would work for my needs. They had great input. I am waiting for my new cover but couldn't be happier with customer service from real truck.

I ordered accessories for my new truck and had questions about the running boards. The customer service rep was excellent and guided me to make a good decision without spending a lot of money. The products arrived the next day in great shape. I'll be shopping with them again.

I purchased an item after being told it was in stock. Then when the email came back about waiting on manufacturer update. I responded back questioning why they said it was in stock. And I was supposed to receive them this week. No response back

It was good. The price matched the dealer cost for me. Although it looks like it went on sale later the same day. Shame on me for not waiting and explains why they were happy to give me the discounted price. I'm still happy with the product. They are the best in my opinion. Had the X4 revolver on the last GMC for 7 yrs. Performed excellently!

I ordered a tonneau cover and it was a bit damaged. I emailed the representative that helped me purchase but never heard back. I want to return it. I've been traveling and have not been in a position to call. I need to return it.

Did not care for the new style clamps that hold the rails to the truck bed. They did not hold the rails tight to bed tight or square. Angled down and that made latches word to attach.
The panels look well made and pleasing to the eye.

Asked to resolve a discount problem. Ended up not being one available, but support got me the same price as Amazon. Very friendly, but no amazing price. Product not here yet.

I had logged on to chat about a question I had regarding the fit of the liners to my particular model Nissan. The lady on the other end of the chat was extremely helpful and even ordered the liners for me while we were online together. Easiest shopping I've ever done!
