I called them back, they cacelled my old order promptly and ordered the proper mat kit for my truck.

Waited over 10 days for damaged parts to arrive due to poor packaging from the supplier. Now after several photos sent, purchasing tape to fix their box, spending 30 minutes on the phone with FedEx to pick up the package I'm still waiting for liners. Never again all this leg work and cost I've incurred due to their poor packaging procedure.

The item I wanted was not in stock, I was put on hold while they contacted their supplier to see Iif would receive the item by Christmas. I was told I would definitely receive it by the day after Christmas but there going to try to get it here before Christmas. I received my item before Christmas.
