New bar stools had to have certain things like, be of wood, with arms, swivel, and to hold up to 300lbs.
I search a long time before I found just the right ones! I like to see before I buy! I took a chance. The site was easy to navigate, gave me all the information needed and had an easy check-out! They kept me informed every step of the way and made a large purchase easy to do. They arrived on schedule with instructions very clear to follow. I will be a future shopper, I love my chairs!

Haven't received the furniture yet but so far, I've had a great experience. Price for the sectional I ordered was better than at Levin and Ashley with free white-glove delivery (others charged for delivery). I received a phone call the verify order and he quickly went over the upgraded warranty, which he convinced me to get. Hopefully I won't use it since you get the credit back if you don't! Looking forward to my new furniture!

The customer service representative that I spoke to to confirm my address was most helpful in telling me that I may need two battery packs for my reclining sofa. He also encouraged me to get the warranty because of the reclining mechanisms. I took his advice and I feel happy about that Please thank him for his helpfulness to me.
