Here another update because it just keeps getting better…now they want to only give me back $500 from the 1669 I paid for the couch because it's already shipped…even though this is their fault. Why send an email giving your customers the option to cancel or keep waiting for their order if your going to steal your customers money if they choose cancel? Absolutely insane what I am currently dealing with from this company. 3/5 12:33 update called to speak to manager again associate stated this whole situation was a miscommunication on y'all's end with Ashley furniture so your admitting fault yet will not give me my full refund. Waited to speak to a manager then got hung up on.
SCAM SCAM SCAM. Edited from below-we continued to get the run around for a delivery date representative on email would say one thing representative On phone would say something different. So finally after speaking to a rep and receiving an email about couch being pushed out again and was given the option to cancel or keep waiting I canceled. Tell me why two days after I cancelled the order they declined my cancellation! On the phone now and they're stating they must of shipped after I cancelled…SHADY. I will have to dispute this with my credit card company if they don't figure out how to cancel my order and give me my money back. If you want an honest company to work with while buying your furniture this is not the place.
We ordered our couch January 31st it is now March 3rd and the couch keeps getting pushed further and further out for shipping. They keep saying it'll be by the end of this week but every week I get an email that states it's been pushed out again. We're going on a month with no couch. We have ordered from 1 stop before and they've usually been pretty great however this time I can't say the same. We would hate to cancel because we really want the couch but we're going on over a month without one and don't have much more patience for the run arounds. We will see how things go after this week since they stated it will be shipping in the next two weeks but I'm afraid if they push us out again we will have to cancel and not use 1 stop again due to being dragged on.
