We ordered a bookshelf from 1StopBedrooms and initially it was available. Unfortunately we received very soon after placing the order that the product was backordered. I thought about cancelling the order and purchase it somewhere else but I was glad that I didn't. Why? Let me share my experience...the new date was communicated and we could either cancel or kept the order. Then we experienced it one more time a couple of weeks later and we decided to keep on the list. The service was great and very transparent, which we truly appreciated. The package was delivered on 11/24/2024 and it was very well packaged. It was wrapped in plastic to protect from the rain as well as extra support in the corners to avoid it being damaged during transport. I can only say that we appreciated the service level and the way the package was shipped. You can see that they really care about the products and service they deliver. For sure we will look at 1StopBedrooms again for future purchases.

Bed didn't include something that was in the picture slide. I received a call about purchasing the piece that I didn't know I needed. It was kind of an uncomfortable conversation the gentleman was persistent that I needed the piece. In my opinion I feel a phone call should've been made as soon as the bed was purchased about required piece. Instead of mentioning it under the guise of shipping and billing verification.

Ordering was easy and my loveseat was delivered eleven days later. The price for the loveseat was a little less than other sites with free shipping. Customer service was a phone call away. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. My loveseat was delivered in perfect condition. The drivers put it in the room where it would stay. I am highly satisfied with my whole experience.
