My first purchase went well (curio cabinet) but my second purchase (desk, hutch & credenza, bookcase) was awful and not even remotely close as to what was advertised. I was charged shipping after my purchase instead of the free white glove delivery, it took far longer to deliver than what is their "maximum" time, I had to call each week to find out where my furniture was and each time I was lied to, as "it will be next week"... that alone went on for weeks. Then they used a local moving service that doesn't have great reviews themselves, they delivered but then didn't set it up. I had to straighten that out as well. Guess as long as you don't have a larger purchase, and your manufacturer isn't in CA (yes, that's their reasoning for charging me shipping, as if that's my fault) you might be ok, but otherwise, it is a nightmare!
