I ordered a headboard to replace one that got damaged by my employees. When it cam in, it was damaged. My customer was un happy. I reached out and Sabrina L. Helped us come to a solution. She was extremely helpful and compassionate about my situation. I wish more customer focused employees were like her. I want to thank Sabrina L. Ordered a sofa and loveseat Durapella by Ashley. The whole process couldn't be easier plus the free white gloves delivery was an added plus. Everything handled through one stop bedroom. I would give it an A+ from ordering to delivery. It was flawless.

We were looking for a replacement Cal King bed frame and everything we found was very expensive. Nothing available in the local stores. During our web search we found the perfect bed at a very reasonable price and free delivery. Customer service is excellent, delivery was on time. Everything was way above board. My interaction with customer support was fantastic!
Although it took a month for the furniture to be delivered, it worked out just fine for me. Calling the company a couple of times to check on the status of delivery, everyone was very informational and pleasant. It's a little scary shopping for furniture online, but the couch and love seat I bought are absolutely gorgeous, the pictures do not do it justice! Most importantly its definately the quality of the build of the furniture, sturdy would be a complete understatement! Just make sure you do your measurements of hallways and thresholds, we almost didn't get the couch in, it's large and heavy, but I love, love, love my new large, comfy, inviting living room set! A few people have already asked where did I get it from, and now they know! I will be shopping 1StopBedroom when it's time to get new furniture... a new bedroom set is in the near future,

We found a bedroom set we loved but Ashley furniture had it on 8-14 week back order. So I figured I'd check if anyone else sold it.
