From November 29 2024 to January 15,2025 I have not received my furniture order and receive excuse after excuse. I have been told to just wait, they are coming, look at the pictures we sent you, isn't that your ring camera, you didn't open the door. (Not my ring camera. Not my door). While I sat watching the gps tracking app show them on the street but never stopping here. Now the dispatch has blocked my number.

Today again no delivery after being given less than 24 hours notice for delivery again.

The delivery company says reschedule and ask for a refund.

The first authorized charge was on December 23rd.

All I'm getting is sorry and thanks for your patience. Would you like to reschedule. I took off work again and am not being refunded the full delivery fees and all of my money! A unauthorized charge on the 13th from 1stopbedrooms just showed up on my card.

This is a scam!

This is not my first experience with this company

This is not my first experience with this company. They have all been wonderful, but this one was exceptionally wonderful because I had Shawn helping me place my order and answering all my questions about the timing of the order being delivered, what I needed beyond what was on the website and what items were in stock. Without Sean I would have left out some really important accessories. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to continue to work with this company and Sean. All the items have always been delivered with the utmost care and quality, exceptionally good prices too!
