Always have had a great experience. My only issues with them is not telling you when you place the order than you have to "add on stuff". They you have to call to confirm the order afterwards and then they tell you that you need extra parts or pieces and you have to pay more.

I found 1 Stop Bedrooms after searching for a better price on an Ashley Furniture Bed. 1 Stop matched the store price and saved me a few hundred dollars not just on the bed itself but also on the free delivery. They also took the time to notify me that I had forgotten to order a support beam insert because I didn't want to use a box spring. I will recommend them to my friends and family!

When I called and spoke to a sales rep in person the purchase sailed through without an issue. Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
