Always have had a great experience

Always have had a great experience. My only issues with them is not telling you when you place the order than you have to "add on stuff". They you have to call to confirm the order afterwards and then they tell you that you need extra parts or pieces and you have to pay more.

I found 1 Stop Bedrooms after searching for a better price on an Ashley Furniture Bed. 1 Stop matched the store price and saved me a few hundred dollars not just on the bed itself but also on the free delivery. They also took the time to notify me that I had forgotten to order a support beam insert because I didn't want to use a box spring. I will recommend them to my friends and family!

I spoke with Kobi, extremely nice, very helpful and patient, he wasn't pushy at all he know this is a big purchase and is extremely helpful with everything. I haven't received my product yet due to just ordering so I will update after I receive my 3 pce furniture set. But as of now 11/5/24 I would order all my house hold furniture from them.

When I attempted to have my purchase shipped to my daughter in another city, my purchase was rejected because the zip codes on my card and the destination differed. When I called and spoke to a sales rep in person the purchase sailed through without an issue. Even though I was initially annoyed, I appreciated that their system prevented what could have been a stolen card. Free shipping - wow!
