Lisa helped me and Marcus pick the right wheelchair he's so happy. Lisa made it easy she sent me her email address so when I email her she called me right away I'm Marcus mom Bernadette I'm his caregiver and mom. The Karma wheelchair is perfect and I thank Lisa for all her help and great service. The wheelchair arrived in two days thanks 1800wheelchair plus free shipping.
We worked with Lisa Stapley in summer of 2020 on a custom TiLite Aero Z wheelchair for my daughter. She listened and was very helpful with suggestions based on things we liked and did not like about past wheelchairs. The virtual fitting and customization process worked great (in fact, better than some of our in person fittings in the past).
The wheelchair frame came very well packed and we only had to slide some pieces into their pre installed mounts (armrests & antitip bars). We were kept up to date with anticipated arrival for the seatbelt, cushion and seatback, which arrived separately. The only ‘fiddly' parts we had to install were the seatback mounts - mostly measuring. Lisa was very helpful and patient with sending information and looking at pictures of our daughter in the chair to help us get the best fit.
The seat cushion was a very unusual custom size and the company It was from made an error in fabricating it. Lisa worked as our go-between to return it and get it made correctly.
This past week, we saw our daughter's Physical Medicine doctor and a seating specialist for the first time since getting this chair. The both felt the fit of the chair was great and were amazed we had done it thru a totally virtual process. They had no suggestions to improve the fit!
Unable to find the wheelchair cushion cover I had been using, I found the Jay2 cover and decided to try it. This is a very well-made cover; it seems to be tough and durable, and even with a crippled hand, I found it easy to put on my cushion. It fits well, and the loop on it seems more sturdy than on the cover I had used. I recommend this item.
Multiple transactions and not been disappointed yet. Most recently I purchased an Afikim Caddey scooter. I received the scooter the third day after ordering and shipping was free. The scooter was very high in quality and workmanship. Exactly as described on the website. I have needed several wheelchairs and bathroom assists and have never been disappointed with this merchant. The wide selection and excellent customer service keep me coming back when I need an assist with paraparesis and a BKA.
The online website was easy to maneuver and to place the order. When the item was not available I quickly receive an email to contact them to resolve the order. It was a fast fix when calling the company. It arrive at the time frame promised.
If i could give this a 0 star I would. Item could not ship to destination due to it being a PO BOX but I was not notified so I've been waiting. It's been 2 months and I still have not gotten my refund.

We were looking forward to our last trip to Hawaii. My husband and I are both 87. He is a stroke victim and I have COPD. Our traveling companions suggested we get rollators. We ordered them and never missed an event in the 21 days we traveled. They were easy to maneuver on the ship and on the land, buses and vans. So happy we took their advice.

The wheelchair is as advertise, the costumer service is grate they are wiling to help and they resolve the problem quickly. Went I order the chair I order the swing away leg rest. I was going to change the leg rest back to the regular ones and like most of us I hit submit, I contact them via e-mail, this was on a Saturday. Monday I check my e-mail and there was a respond from them, problem was resolve and the money refunded. I know were to bay mi next chair wen time comes. OK now the chair, it is comfortable and lightweight like advertise in there video now I do not need to depend on others.If you looking for a lightweight comfortable chair this is the one.
We bought a cast cooler from 1800wheelchair because I daughter ended up in a spica-cast. The cast cooler is amazing and worth every cent we spent on it and the site we bought it from 1800wheelchair kept their promises with delivery and the product. It was easy to order and quick delivered. We would use 1800wheelchair again any time.
1-800Wheelchair.com has the worst return policy ever! The majority of their items are either non-returnable or incur a restocking fee. I purchased 2 Drive lumbar cushions as a caregiver for 2 elderly men. The cushions are uncomfortable and I am unsure why anyone made them in the first place. I wanted to either return them or exchange them for a product that might work better. Anyway the 1-800Wheelchair "customer service" representative agreed to the return of "non-returnable" items because they were unused. She was unable or unwilling to suggest a replacement product. I agreed to pay the return costs, but then she decided to slap a 15% restocking fee. I find this unacceptable. My advice to purchase accessibility items - either find a site that has a liberal exchange/return policy or try to buy locally! It is impossible to determine what will or will not work without seeing the item and returns and exchanges are everyday occurrences. I do not recommend 1-800Wheelchair.com either for their products or service!

Ordered a wheelchair tire and talked to rep that it had to be overnighted. She called their drop shipper and they said they could. When i got email the next day and entered the tracking number it wont be delivered for another 3 days. Called the company the apologized and said they would refund those fees and i said i know you will. But i have 3 shifts to work including monday. Do you u derstand the strain this has on the users hands and back. Can i talk to a manager she apolovized and told me to have a nice day? There is no way to get a hold. Of. Corporate. Will absolutely never do business with them again. They are acting like parts brokers and have drop shippers that dont seem to know what they are doing. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES DO NOT USE THEM

Oct 13 I telephoned to change the length of the EZ Access trifold wheelchair ramp (Order Number: *******) I requested it to be 7' and not 8.
Order for 7' ramp arrived but still waiting for the $100.00 refund for the difference in pricing of 7' ramp which is $615.00

Our original item was cancelled, and I received a very quick response from customer service (Sylvia) with some equivalent options. Once I ordered that item, although it became backordered, I was continually updated on the progress of the order, and even received the tracking info as soon as it shipped. Very happy with the final purchase (item# BTR22-B)
Ordered a time sensitive wheelchair delivery, and they didn't ship. Customer service was 'sorry' but could do nothing. They made no attempt to set it straight.
Find another source.
Today I received the Drive Transport wheelchair (27lbs, sapphire blue) with the fold-back handles@ $154.00.
It arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged and the only item I had to personally attach were the foot holds which were so easy.
I have waited for this transport chair because I ordered it for my 90 year old Aunt who is suffering renal failure and is at the stage where walking is difficult (she is not on dialysis). I want her to be able to be outside, see the sun, feel the wind and be among humanity again. She has been homebound since COVID-19.

This company SUCKS. I wish I had thought to look for reviews. TWO WEEKS AGO I saw their ad, paid $135 for a wheelchair that was advertised as BEING DELIVERED IN TWO DAYS OR IT'S FREE. What a crock! After a week still no chair so I sent them an email. Sent them another one today. All I get off their order tracking is that my order is "processing."
I am going to keep telling the damn crooks the same thing everyday until I hear from them "Either send me the damn chair or give me back my money!"
I hope anyone who reads this review has better sense than I did and does not do business with this bunch of crooks.
