I ordered a realy need walker, for my brother in law, they took my payment on the 26 Nov-14
And today is 23rd of Dec-14, but day said last week my payment was not processed but I have credit card statement that said they did. When I said I want cancel my order they said it was ship. How can un-process order be ship? I do not want to do business with you. I waited for 18.5 minutes to speak with a supervisor or manager, I got tired of waiting. I left a message for accounts last week no one return my call. There is no customer service at all. Especially that that they sale product for needed people with disability.
Don't do your good business with this bad company!
They promise 2 day shipping which is actually 2 weeks!
Their angle is to give you a free, small accessory with your purchase, which seems so nice. They expedite the light weight, free item, but ship what you ordered two weeks later. Their website claims your purchase is free if not received when promised, but that won't happen either.
WHETEVER YOU DO, don't think your going to return anything to1800wheelchair for a refund! Their website makes it look so friendly and easy! We phoned and emailed them many times, following all of their requirements. They are most acomidating while your talking to them but do nothing! They never respond if you fill out the return form on line. Finally your 30 days have expired and your return window is gone!
Our purchase and experience was a disaster!
We ended up ordering from Amazon. Amazon hopes you will do more business with them. They treat you right!

I had to replace a basket on my rollator & this company was right there to help me out when I had no idea where to turn. Their customer service was so amazing & patient. I lost the basket on a flight. So I was out of state trying to figure it all out. I was so frustrated but their customer service was always so prompt in answering my questions. She even tried getting a picture of the basket for me to reassure me it was the right kind for my rollator! You can't do better than this company!
I ordered a scooter and will never oorder from them again customer service is rude and they just hang up on me and when I ask to speak to a supervisor all they do is keep me on hold and I never get to speak to one, I just want this scooter picked up and my full refund I regret ever picking up the phone and ordering from them. Bought a Medline Rollator from 1800wheelchair.com for my 87-year-old Mom, who insists she doesn't need help yet. On our annual outing to the Eastern States Exposition, I packed it in the car, but she didn't want to use it. After walking through the gate and going about 20 yards, she changed her mind. I went back to the car and got it for her, and it was like a miracle. She had no knee pain or back pain and was pushing it around the fairgrounds like she owned the place! And having the seat right there whenever she needed to sit for a few minutes was so convenient! We didn't leave the fair until 6:30 p.m.--from 11 a.m.! Plus, ordering from 1800wheelchair.com was so easy--no shipping, and I received my order in two days! They even threw in a free cane! All in all, this was definitely a great purchase from a great vendor!
UPDATE on my review: A representative from 1800wheelchair (Darren) responded to my 4/7/'16 comment regarding the wrong part being sent for my neighbor's walker and the resultant hassle. I must give credit where credit is due: Darren, the Rep, took care of the matter professionally and expeditiously. My neighbor will get the correct brake assembly for his walker at no extra cost or hassle.

I bought online an ultra weight wheelchair for my mother in law. I got it very fast, but it was missing the arm rests. I contacted costumer services and got immediate response. A few days I got the arm rests set to my perfect satisfaction.
Please do not order from this company there call center is in China each time I ask for a refund they saybthe system is down and they cant assist the information at this time. Most of the people that order from this company is disable, how dare you prey on disable persons. As of now I still have recieved a refund since 11/15/2015 today is 12/91/15 stay away from this company

Ordered an iWALK 2.0 knee crutch from 1800wheelchair because of their advertised free shipping for orders over $59 and 1-2 day ship from the warehouse for this product. Wanted to have the item to use after my surgery the following week. Ordered on 10/1; shipped on 10/2; and received on 10/8, the day of my surgery. I was using the item as soon as I got home, perfect timing!
My wheelchair could not be fixed but the company offered me a used demonstrator chair at a reduced price solely due to the intercession of Evelyn Gonzales. I declined as the chair was for my wife and she had passed away. For an entire year Evelyn worked with me and the company technicans trying to repair the chair which was well passed its warranty. I know that times ahe was frustrated with the problem but she never gave up and never made me feel like she wished I would go away. She demonstrated exceptional tenacity and loyalty to the company and its products. I sincerely hope her management understands how valuable she is. I would hire her immediately but alas I am retired.
I ordered a pair of wheelchair tire online on July 22th. But they did not provide tracking information 7 days, so I sent e-mails twice regarding my order. Finaly they replied.
It said, your shipping cost is $40 instead of $7 online order. It is kind of fraud.
Never never order again. Be careful. I may file this case to BBB.

The wheelchair was just as I order. It came in 2 days. I am very happy with the product and service. After reading some reviews on here, I was maybe I shouldn't order from them. I am glad I did. The price is the cheapest I founded on the net. Very happy customer.
I ordered a wheelchair. The width was not as described. I contacted the company. I received an RMA number to return the product. I returned the product and have a signed packing slip for delivery. No refund was received during the next 60 days. I have followed up via email and phone numerous times and have no refund, or response from the company. Stay away

I have a son with cerebral palsy. We needed a walker/wheelchair combination that was lightweight, yet sturdy, and would fit in the trunk of a very small car. The Rollz Rollator was perfect. It was more expensive than other rollators but well worth the extra money. The wheelchair arrived before the estimated ship date, well packaged, was in perfect condition, and easy to put together. It converts from walker to wheel chair in less than a minute.
I placed an online order for model H hybrid I received chair in beat up pkg, could have been a previous return judging by the packaging. I paid better than $200 for upgrade from 6Ah battery to 10Ah. I received 6Ah battery only. I called the company today, they blamed health crisis for 10Ah backlog. They stated when they received more 10Ah batteries in April they will send me one. I don't trust they will do that, otherwise I would have been notified at time of shipment.
I'd like to commend Sylvia Aplicador for her tenacity and excellent communication. It took several emails, but she was able to solve my problem with the seat covers for our Featherweight Wheelchair. We just returned from vacation, and I'm glad to report that the Featherweight Wheelchair is the ONLY way to negotiate airports and travel. Based on the products and customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to make future purchases with 1800wheelchair.com!
I recently purchased a wheelchair poncho for my son and I couldn't be happier! Aside from the poncho being more that I had expected... shipping was extremely fast and 1800wheelchair website had the best deal on the poncho. I have already recommended the website as well as the poncho to several other special needs moms and therapist. As a mom and especially as a special needs mom having something as stress free as possible is truly a blessing and this purchase was a BREEZE and my son is warm and protected from the wind & rain. Received item is not what I expected. Contacted 1800wheelchair.com about a return. That was over 3 weeks ago. Today I receive email about shipping status. I inquired about a return and refund not shipping status when I already have the product.

I bought a risedale lift chair for my 90 year old mother who can't walk. Her physiotherapist recommended this company! The chair arrives 2 weeks later and my mother didn't have the strength to operate the lift lever. I phoned right away to tell them that I wanted a refund, and like the other reviewers, have had NO action since. All the staff say is, " I promise to to call you by the end of the day to update you". No call. No update. I don't want an update, I want a refund slip to send with the chair! I am extremely upset because this company caters to the elderly and mobility challenged and they probably get away with a lot more than they will admit. We are close to 30 days now and I have called 5 times. There never seems to be a supervisor or anyone who has the authority to provide this refund slip. I feel sick for my elderly mother and feel embarrassed that I went along with this recommendation. My mother will be out $700 and these thieves will keep on fleecing innocent people!
