Order: 500102434 is the order number. i received the wheel chair but thecupholder and side access bag still not recieved.

Do my insurance pay for the scooter

Answer:

For the most part insurance will not pay for a scooter. Call 1800 Medicare or your insurance carrier just to be sure. We accept credit cards and checks only

I am looking at purchasing a couple of walkers. i assume they are shipped in a box and will need to be put together?

Answer:

All walkers come folded in a box and come fully assembled. We recommend adjusting the handles to accommodate the height of the user

The "negative" comments make me nervous. we just ordered (today) a scooter for my mom. (she has various medical problems that limit her monility) she needs the scooter so she can spend quality time with family. as a surprise, we are taking her down the shore on july 10. i'm praying she has her scooter by then. i hope the "positive" reviews are a better description of the company!
