Great Company

I purchased a wheelchair cushion for my husband from 1800wheelchair. I couldn't be more pleased. It fits perfectly in his wheelchair. It is a Support Pro Anti-Thrust Positioning Foam Cushion. A lovely young lady named Rose assisted me with my purchase. She was very helpful in helping me with the right size. So glad I found this company on Google.

Great service and great customer service. When they didn't have the product they gave me a choice of rather or not I want to continue with my order. I didn't feel pressured to continue doing business with them.

Waiting and Waiting for a credit to be applied back to my account. All lies one after another. Horrible place to do business with. No one does anything to help at all. All they do is push an email so they say and no one does any credits. How and why is this company still in business. Now I have to get a lawyer to get this money back. Never do business with these liars.

I have been constantly lied to! I was told yesterday that my money would be refunded asap and that I would get an email. Nope still waiting! I have been calling and emailing and constantly given the run around. I would not recommend this company at all.

I was having trouble getting the proper front casters to my wheelchair until I reached out to 1800wheelchair.com for assistance. July-Ann Barcelo got everything sorted out real quick, no B. S.: Sent me an email the next day with a link taking me directly to the wheels I needed. I'll definitely be sticking to this site for my wheelchair needs from here on out.

I recently purchased a scooter on line from your company.
The agent I dealt with was Sylvia Aplicador.
Her customer service was tremendous from start to finish, including some small issues.
However, she was able to solve everything to my satisfaction and was very efficient and quite professional!
It's pleasant to see there are still at least one company out there hiring and providing great customer service, you have a great agent, hold on to her!

I ordered a wheelchair. I was assured it was free shipping return. They sent confirmation # for return, but when I went to UPS they said NOPE I needed a shipping label. Called Wheelchair and they said they didn't cover shipping. When I showed email that said they covered it, then they said they wold send me a shipping label in 2 days. It came off I went back to UPS with my 2 boxes, but I discovered that the label they sent only covered 1 box. I have tried 3 times to call and speak to supervisor, but so far nothing. I ended up having to pay to ship the second box which was a free gift--a wheelchair cover. Their response was I could have put the contents of the one box in the other box! How could I have known. Or they said I could have kept the wheel chair cover! How could I have known. Let's see how long it takes to get my money returned.

It's not like we are buying something fun like a new motorcycle or TV-usually a wheelchair is purchased because something bad has happened. That is our case when our mother had a stroke on Mother's Day. She was in rehab and we were given little to no notice she was to be done, got to love Medicaid! We ordered a wheelchair and it didn't fit her so had to order another one and return the first one. Well let me tell you that was September 18th, 2017 and we still have not received the refund! The excuses are pathetic. I am waiting to hear the dog ate our return slip! And beware they do not have return shipping of any kind. That is all on you! They also do not have a Refund policy in place that protects the customer. To have a business that solely deals with people in need-there lack of compassion and doing business in good faith fails in comparison. Shame on you! My energy needs to go to my mother who is recovering. I shouldn't have to spend that time getting the run around from you.

Wheelchair Purchase

I take care and live with my 93 yr. Old mother. It came to the point were she needed a wheelchair to get around. So I went out to purchase a wheelchair and was shocked at the price of just a basic wheelchair. So I got on-line, found 1-800-wheelchairs.com and found the exact same wheelchair for HALF the price anywhere else. I ordered the wheelchair and they delivered it to my front door with FREE SHIPPING!
The quality is great. Sturdy and not real heavy. Easy to maneuver and very smooth riding. The website is very easy to use.
I would recommend this company before you go anywhere else to purchase a wheelchair of any kind. They have a large selection of ANY kind you would need.
Thank you For 1-800-wheelchair. Now my mother can get out more without having to pay and arm and a leg.

If I didn't have my transport chair I would have missed out on the one and only trip to Disneyland with my children and grandchildren. The chair was perfect. Easy to move, light, excellent to stear, comfortable. Everything I could have hoped for. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for creating a great product that created a great memory.

Lost N Shiping but not forgotten!

Stole 2000K from me!

Stay far away from this company. First off, they sent me a used wheelchair. The wheels were dirty and all the boxes inside the package had already been opened, it was clearly resealed and sent as "new".

I sent the chair back and had it signed for Feburary 7th. It is March 17th and no sign of a refund. I received emails from Dannah and the operations manager Evelyn Gonzalez, with a promise to fully refund the wheelchair. That was March 4th. Since that promise, no one is responding to my emails and the customer service rep hung up on me today.

They are a fraud company that STEAL from the disabled. I am disgusted and shocked how they are still in business. Next step is reporting them to the police.

Recently when I emailed 1800wheelchair.com to explain a problem with a recently purchased wheelchair my wife uses; they only asked that I email back a photo of a broken release tab; before they could replace it. When I did that and told them I could probably fix the mechanism with the new tab; the company sent a completely new wheelchair to solve my problem.

I ordered an item that showed it would be delivered in 4-5 days. Several problems have occurred:
1. The proactive chat person gets my credit card number which is not masked and emailed back to me in transcripts. 2. She then says it been declined which makes no sense as I have a limit of $10k and only have $500 on it. I give her a new card which she charged twice and I notice 2 days later. I get suspicious and check my previous card. Sure enough she charged me 3 times!
3. The tracking number is on the email. I call the shipping company and they say that's not one of their tracking numbers. Theirs is different. Bottom line they say they don't ship for this company.
4. I call 1800wc and they say it is being delivered and they are trying to call me. I wait 2 days, no call. I call Friday and he says no it's in a totally different state waiting to be picked up for shipping.
5. Day 16 and still no delivery.
So I have a person in desperate need of medical equipment and we are totally screwed!

Everyone is ready to sell you anything you want. The problems start when things get complicated, and then there is not always someone to talk to.
On the other hand, here I met excellent service. I ordered a Roho cushion and things got complicated. The customer service was caring and courteous and did everything possible to get my Cushion. Admirable.

I didnt want to get a walker. I thought it would mean I gave up. But guess what my walker has set me free. I dont always need a shopping cart or a wall to reach for now. The walker was easy for me to put together and I was off! Enjoy your freedom.

I ordered a folding wheelchair so my 83 year old father can enjoy a trip to Europe with us. The order process was easy, and my credit card was charged and I received a confirmation of my order, along with an order number.
Two weeks later, I have not received my order and no notification of shipping. Two phone calls and one email to Customer Serivce have resulted in NO RESOLUTION. What am I supposed to tell my father? We are supposed to leave in 12 days, and if I don't receive the wheelchair, we can't go. I wish someone would please help me with this. It's very upsetting and frustrating to say the least.

1. One fedex tracking number for three separate packages (mattress, bed1o2, bed2of2)
2. Confusion and weird hand-off between different shipping companies
3. One support rep lost all information.
4. One support rep was just rude and unhelpful (but bilingual!)
5. One support rep tried to be helpful but it must be tough to work there.
6. Today (Oct 4 10:45AM) there are no staff at the 1800 number - their on-hold message ultimately says this and says leave a message.

1800Wheelchair does not manufacture or ship... all they do is facilitate, and they do a poor job. My ordeal may wind up in small claims court if they don't ship me the whole bed. I have only the two ends now.

I needed to get new tires for my daughter's travel chair. 1800wheelchair.com had the right product, reasonably priced, in stock when I went looking for it. If you are reading this review then you already know that wheelchair parts aren't always easy to find and are usually expensive. I don't kow about all their inventory, but when I went looking 1800wheelchair.com had exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Easy to order, reasonable shipping, good payment options (I like PayPal), no problems ordering, quick shipping. What more could you ask for from a merchant?

Next time I need something in wheelchairs, accessories or medical supplies, I'll go there first.
