1. One fedex tracking number for three separate packages (mattress, bed1o2, bed2of2)
2. Confusion and weird hand-off between different shipping companies
3. One support rep lost all information.
4. One support rep was just rude and unhelpful (but bilingual!)
5. One support rep tried to be helpful but it must be tough to work there.
6. Today (Oct 4 10:45AM) there are no staff at the 1800 number - their on-hold message ultimately says this and says leave a message.
1800Wheelchair does not manufacture or ship... all they do is facilitate, and they do a poor job. My ordeal may wind up in small claims court if they don't ship me the whole bed. I have only the two ends now.
