Ci ha dato un tracciamento falso, che abbiamo seguito giornalmente avendo paura fosse una truffa. LO ERA! Diffidate. Risultava pacco consegnato ad un ufficio postale ad un'ora da casa poichè noi "non eravamo in casa al momento della consegna" beh, lo eravamo.
Ad ogni modo quando siamo andati a ritirarlo in posta ci hanno detto che era una truffa e che eravamo i terzi con lo stesso codice di tracciamento. NON FIDATEVI.

I ordered a pair of shoes from UUEOS. COM over a month ago. After many inquiries, and pressing for a tracking number, they sent me one with 17track. According to their tracking number the package was already shipped and delivered to me. Meanwhile it does not list and address as to where it was delivered, or exactly when. Just that it was delivered. Strange. I'm contacting my back for a dispute.

False tracking information I've had 2 package "delivered" but nothing was found anywhere both times. Don't trust this company it's just both not worth your time or money. They don't have anything to do with the packages or deliver and get all their tracking information form someone else so they are pointless. They need to change something in the company if this how the company runs or better shut down.

If you buy something off of a Facebook ad and they use this 17Track it is a scam - call your credit card company and have it canceled quickly. The point is to take your money (possibly your CC info too, and then tell you it is shipping using this scam tracking service until the CC payment clears and then tell you to look around for it, check your neighborhood, etc but never give you a refund. Facebook ads are notorious for scams like this!

You will not receive items that are tracked by this shipping company. It is a scammer site. Beware, they will offer 30 % refund and will blame DHL. DHL will not respond either.

I never used 17 tracking before but here the thing it says my packages has been delivered but I was home the whole time and package never arrived and it was just this month

It's a scam. If you have something ordered that uses that supposed delivery system. It's fake. They fake delivery information.

Ordered from eccosouthafrica website, obviously a scam website that uses a scam tracker service. If you get a tracking number that uses this tracking site, try and stop you payment

Absolutely horrible. There are no current updates. Last updates you will see are almost 2 weeks old. There is no chat or live agent anywhere in sight. Contact us and Help center is the same thing and you just go around in circles. I bought from TRYGLAMORY and they use this carrier. I will never buy from them again!

I tracked my package daily and when I was told that it arrived I was extremely confused since I had not gotten a direct delivery and it was not at my local post office either. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend using them.

Here's a hint, every courier in the world operates digitally, and they are the ones who generate the tracking numbers, and with few exceptions, the couriers are the ones who generate the tracking numbers, and the tracking numbers are generated as soon as a label is generated, regardless of whether anything has actually shipped.

So if you;re given a tracking number and it can;t be found on the couriers website, you were given a fake tracking number, and I'd be willing to bet the seller is trying very hard to steer you towards that website and coming up with all manner of bogus excuses as to why it's not showing up on the actual couriers website.

I order my package for nearly two months keep checking from the seller was informed that the package was delivered. But I get nothing hard to believe is delivered… This company is scam and bu$#*!. Now I have to ask for my refund or resent me the package. I order from Temu hundred of dollars items they have no reaching me..

I just got this message right now and I don't have the package they just took my cash why are you doing this guys?

I never received any items I purchased. Do not trust these people. My bank is investigating and getting my $500.00 dollars back.

Ordered item from ABNG, after two weeks sent email to seller requesting package status. Seller sent me an email with 17 Track package tracking number. Two weeks later, 17 Track shows that the package has been delivered, which is not the case. Clearly, ABNG created a false package tracking account after my request for information

17track doesn't even deserve a 1 for star rating! The item ordered showed for weeks and months in transit and never arrived! And they charged my card! They sell things that are non existence!

I don't understand all negative comments, 17track is the best app in its category, they made a lot of improvements over time and most important that all of you forget, it's completely free. I saw many people complain about their package that didn't arrive or that 17track said that it was delivered but they didn't receive their package, GUYS 17track only shows you the status of a package, they're not responsable of what all delivery companies do with your package, and those who say that the informations are incorrect, basically what 17track does, they go on the website of the delivery company and paste your tracking number there and redirect the informations on their app/website. So stop blaming them, we should thank them that they made such an amazing app and we don't even need to pay. 17track team, keep it up like that, you guys make an amazing job.

If your package is being delivered by this business, you probably will not get it, they
Will give you bogus information and then they will tell you your package has been delivered but it hasn't. I guess they are part of the scammers that sold you whatever you purchased

Experienced twice - Two different parcels, twice NEVER DELIVERED and NEVER exist in the Australian DB
