14 day free trial and free credits is BS. The 2 places I go to yoga joint & cycle bar only allow you 1 class. So badically all of credits are useless and you lose them, they do not roll over if you buy membership.

Absolutely horrible. There are no current updates. Last updates you will see are almost 2 weeks old. There is no chat or live agent anywhere in sight. Contact us and Help center is the same thing and you just go around in circles. I bought from TRYGLAMORY and they use this carrier. I will never buy from them again!

I've been a great customer and now during covid I lost my job and they won't even wave late fees. They care more about profit instead of their customers. No compassion, no empathy. I will never buy from them again!

Bought the city pass while in NY. Total rip off. Trust me when I tell you they charge you to much money for what its worth. I had nothing but issues with the pass at the door of the atractions trying to scan it. On top of that they wont let you in at the attractions if you don't make reservations at each one. On top of that 911 was closed, statue of liberty was also closed and Citypass will NOT give me refund. Horrible experience and will never buy from them again. A friend recently visitied NY and just bought her tickets there and said it was a better experience doing it that way.
