HSDSW*******036YQ is my tracking number which says my package was delivered on 10/8/2022. I did not receive any delivery and this is a scam and anybody using this service will be cheated. This is just a scam.
So I ordered an air conditioner from Sowntly.com it was all good at first my package was coming took like a month. 17track was the one I was tracking the package. I seen that my air conditioning was at the post office on the 3rd at 10:56. Well I go see and the postal worker tells me there is no package. I showed her my recipet my tracking thing that says it's there. Nope it's not there. The funny thing is Is that they keep telling me someone signed for it and when I ordered it I DID NOT give them my po box number. I gave them my house address so that's weird. I told them that I will go ck tomorrow again and if it's not there then I want a refund. They emailed me back saying how about you keep better track of your tracking and that they would send another not the refund. I said if u send another its gonna take another month to get here. I can't wait that long. This is crazy! I am discussed! Never again I learn my lesson. I will get my refund!
This tracking company doesn't update the tracking information. So if you have a plan to have an item arrive before an event. JUST CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Save your self time and extra emails to find out that this tracking site doesn't take its job seriously. I want my products or my money back. It has been over 21 days since I placed a order with Pretty Transfers and the last tracking update from 17Track.net was on 11.16.22. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND JUST DON'T. With so many old school shippers that have these logistics down to the T, then there are these new jokers that make no priority about your orders or shipments. The up to date is never accurate, just a slow underdeveloped system. Stick with FedEx or UPS or DHL, they have logistics down to a T!
Just like everyone said on here. I went to buy those boxes from them and I guess I too give em them Chinese a extra bill for no reason when this was my xmas gifts!

17Track is a resource for TRACKING PACKAGES, they are NOT a shipping service! People complaining about being ripped off by Chinese sellers SHOULD be complaining to those vendors. All 17Track does is pull tracking data from actual logistics companies and display it in an easily understood and readable format. I use this tool for tracking all of my international purchases. It's free and reliable, there's absolute no downside to it. If a package is delayed, that's the fault of China Post or Orange Connex, et al. It perplexes me that there are so many 1 star reviews here, from people that clearly have no idea who their issue is actually with. Literacy, people
I didn't repeat didn't receive my parcel on the 3rd of September my money was stolen £61.55 on the 7th of August they are liars track 17 China post smile.com and www.ofnewarrival.com are all the same scammers just rotten thieving scum robbing decent people

17tracking is very inconsistent, and it's used by many IG scammers that give the same tracking number to 10 people and that same number stays in their system for month with delivery on the way.
Big scam, watch out for IG Account CEO of Macz / Macz store a sneaker reseller, he has scammed over 30 and counting. Account cannot be verified report this account and share to secure many victims
Beware of any company that uses this tracking system. I never received my package and they have no idea where it is or who the delivery service was in the US.
Ordered package over a month ago and still haven't received it yet even though it's saying it was delivered. Keep getting run around from seller as well. Worst delivery service ever.
Avoid at all costs. Lying in emails, package was never sent to me.When I contacted Royal Mail when my package supposedly arrived in Britain they were aware of this bogus company
These guys assist fake websites set up in China to Rob your money they provide tracking that is fake as a way of delaying action taken agains the fraudulent supplier be aware of any company you purchase from use this company, I was fortunate it wasn't a large amount I was testing the water stay away
I ordered from Wayprima at the beginning of June they sure do a good job at making it look like your package is coming even going as far as saying released from customs. THIS IS A JOKE A SCAM and they are for sure working with these FAKE websites. I have tried getting a number for Wayprima and they email me back here is your tracking number, check your shipment and NO company was given to me as far as who was delivering it like UPS, USPS, Fedex etc... I give 17-track a negative 10 for working with scammers. Please dont comment back you have opened facilities in London and blah blah blah save your time!

When you phone contact # it says track on line.
You cannot reach a human contact. Complete run around.
They work with scam and fraudulent sites to provide false tracking including updates - up to delivered status, which my package was not. An elaborate scam for an $8 item.
Please don't use it or any company that uses them. They will take your money and if thats not enough they than play games with the answer you ask knowing already thst they got you

We don't provide tracking Numbers. We are online platforms and synchronous logistics companies. So, the information you find on our platform is consistent with the logistics company that is subordinate to the tracking number.
