So I ordered a product on January 10th of this year I was charged by January 11th product was supposedly shipped out 5 days later and I received it supposedly 2 weeks ago No such product has been shipped by seller. Sellers website dawnofcastle.com is no longer up and running which was the sellers website when I was able to research information on that website the address was a personal home and the telephone number associated does not work or was not in service nor accepting voicemails. I reached out to PayPal regarding the matter and they referred me to my bank I reached out to my bank and my bank referred me back to PayPal and my postal service says they have no information regarding this tracking information. So no one wants to help me. Though so those that believe that track 17 is a front are probably right scammers are using that website to filter transactions and shipments that do not exist I wonder if PayPal or 17track can be held financially liable, I wonder if we all came together and sued some body anybody responsible.
I ordered a package with all types of clothing for my granddaughters CHRIST-mas presents this year. The company was www.onecentss.com. My order was placed on the 27th of September 2022. It was tracked by 17TRACK and then USPS tracked it all the way to my address and shows it was shipped and my package was delivered. What a joke! It had a ball of brown paper wadded up inside with a broken gumball-toy ring inside. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE! :( :( :( :( Go read all the reviews... I wish I would have.
Package shows arrival in my country december 2. It's now the 22, and no movement. Their email bounces back, their chat is non existant. Very unhappy.

It says received but not got anything, please never order from there it's such a scam never trust it
I placed several orders from Facebook and 17track was the shipping company I placed these orders in November and December of 2022 and I still and never have received my order and the tracking information shows they was delivered but I didn't receive them I contacted 17track and they said that they have no control over the packages and that they don't know who they handed them over to which would be another delivery service that delivered them I contacted usps and FedEx and ups and none of them have any information so I can't find out the delivery service and I lost over 500 dollars and the company's won't respond to me anymore I go to the website and the stores come up but they give no email or phone number to call them or email and the stores I ordered from have a totally different name them what was sent to my email so what to do and now when I go to pull up the sites they are not in my search area in my email and I took pictures of 2 of them the Nordstrom one is now closed this is crazy why people want to scam people
The Good
17 Track showed me the progress of my shipment all the way from mainland China to my doorstep, with date and timestamps, and locations of my package along the way.
The Bad
There appeared to be a glitch in the tracking as the service told me my package was out for delivery from my local post office, and the package never showed that day. Then, the next day it pinged in a city 2 hours away. The following day, weirdly, it was delivered to my mailbox. This could have been an error on the postal service's part.
The Ugly
Unfortunately the site I ordered from was a scam site and I am in the works to get my money back from the scammers, which leads me to my next point. If the website you ordered from has magically lower prices than 99% of other websites for the same item AND they use 17Track as their tracking provider COVER YOUR BEHIND because theres a high likelihood that you've been scammed. Since 17Track is a free, unmonitored tracking service scammers seem to use it as a haven for their tactics which leaves it up to us as consumers to be weary about which sites we click "submit order" on the internet.
USPS can't find tracking info but 17 track can it programmed they stall out time then say your package was delivered but to where from who?

I realized I was scammed the same day I ordered from a company on Facebook. They used a company name and logo (clearance warehouse) and web address that belongs to another company. The original website i ordered from looked very legit but it disappeared. The real company (Clearance Warehouse) posted a warning about the scam on their facebook page. After I received my order confirmation email (from Ackray and Okelive) I noticed a different company name and address...that tipped me off and I checked it out. The second website was intirely different name and products There were spelling variations in website addresses again after I contacted them and canceled my order within 24 hours that was guaranteed money back. The email address for customer service was a person's name not a company name. They asked me why I wanted to cancel and I said because it was a scam. They said too late order has been shipped and track the package through 17track. I went to USPS to check the tracking number there and it does not exist. Fortunately, I reported the fraud to my credit card company the day of the order and closed the account. I am out $30 but glad it wasn't more than that. Beware of purchasing from ads on Facebook. Check out the company websites and verify they are legit. Also look for misspellings and slight variations in spelling of website addresses, etc.
My parcel left with neighbor but no details of who. Still not received my parcel. Unable to contact by email are phone for more details.

However, there are a lot of scam sites these days, so please don't click on advertising links from social media platforms, SMS, emails and websites. If you need to shop online, please make sure the shopping environment is safe and has good product quality.
