Fraudulent Company

I believe the conive with fake sites to dupe people. I bought items online and was tracking with 17Track. Twice they claimed to have delivered my purchase at my door but it never came people. They may not be selling but they connive to dupe

Untrustworthy

Tracking showed my pkg sitting in Birmingham, AL, for 2 weeks. Shipper sent an update that shows my pkg hasn't ever been in AL. It was supposedly in Los Angeles on 2/28, was shipped to IL and is now in NY. Nice. The delivery address is in Northern California.

Twice I've had a seller (Eubell from China) claim to have sent items to the USA using this shipping company. When I try to track the packages, I only see that it reached the carrier. More than a month later, it's still there! Big joke or Big Fraud!

Transit across the country is all false information. Tracking numbers are not even in the United States postal system tracking system
Most information is not accurate and they will string you along for weeks!

From the tracking the product arrived from China in 3 days, took 7 days to go through customs in Sydney and was last seen heading for Dubbo...over a month ago...I AM in Sydney!
Now the tracking says it is expired and to contact the shipping company.

Terrible Scam

Withholds important informations that are not convinient for the Chinese seller.
When i shipped a faulty car radio to the seller, he said that "he never recieved it" and he presented the link of 17track.net that states that the package is still in transit, but when i went to DHL site and proivided the tracking number it said "The item was redirected on 25.08.2023 at the request of the recipient.". So the recipient chose to send it somewhere else and got a new tracking number. This information was magically not appearing in 17track.How convinient for the Chinese seller that does not want to replace the car radio

SCAM a BIG SCAM

Beware this is big scam bug I purchased online I saw in Facebook till 4mos. I didn't get my package they keep saying be patient it's fuc***ng scammer then they said to me they will send another package still they keep me waiting. They giving a wrong tracking number. Never even trust them. Do u know guys how can I get my money back? Zero star for me if there's a zero star!It's SCAM! SCAM!? SCAM!

Order Never Delivered

I ordered some things and once I got the tracking number I started to check the status of my order but the information was always confusing. The only message they had was departured or arrived shipping partner facility, with different dates, and every time I asked for update, CS said that my order is on the way, and that they are perfect after-sales service company. The last status is that my order was delivered, which is not true. So, please do not use this company as they are irresponsibles and they lack seriousness. You will never receive your order.

I ordered some items and the company I ordered used 17trackingnet. For 2 1/2 months it has said the same same thing! It says in transit from China! WAIT IT GETS BETTER same tracking number and it says picked up by private carrier! Why don't they tell you which carrier?! But this happened the same time the package was suppose to be in China! Yes, we got scammed! SMDH! What a rip off! Just look at the dates from tracking

Why is it powered by Chat GPT? What do you need that for? It makes me think the updates are faked by AI, since the only updates I've gotten are when I'm writing an email to complain to the supplier that I have not received my item. I ordered my item three weeks ago and it still says awaiting carrier pickup. How has the package not been picked up in three weeks? But also it says that it has been moved to a transit facility at the same time? I do not trust this place. Only trust actual USPS tracking. Also I would like to know why it takes me to this app instead of USPS tracking when it's a USPS tracking number. Do not trust this place.

Tracking states delivered no card no evidence where left if delivered. Not at neighbours or garden. Why can you not contact 17 Track to ask where or how left parcel with if supposed to have delivered. Worst track deliver service ever.

I ordered a scooter from Supic company Limited. Email responded from *******@kinchva.com. They said the package was delivered, then requested I check with the post office. I did they said the tracking # was not even a US tracking #. When I let them know I went to the Post office and checked delivery, they were sorry and offered to end the item again in a more secure way, would take 15 to 25 days. They provided another tracking #, Still no scooter. I received a pair of gloves dropped off at my door about a month ago, wrong address to me but close so delivered. No way to tell how delivered or by whom. There was not even an address for the sender.

Be warned that if a Chinese online seller provides you a tracking number that only seems to work on this site. You need to insist on an international tracking number which consists of 2 letters, then 9 numbers followed by another 2 letters XX*******XX

Scam supporters!
April 18, 2022

Vendor sent a 17Track number which does show tracking information. Order was placed 1/22/2022, showed lots of steps before Delivery confirmed on 2/8/2022.
They showed that USPS delivered it to my mail box which is 12"x3"x14".
The item shipped was supposed to be a 7'x7'x6' garden shed. That will not fit in the mail box no matter how hard you try!
Scammed!

Rip off scam

So all the people that says that this company isn't a scam, answer me this. I made an order from a company. 17tracker said they delivered it to my house and it was signed for. Well I live alone who signed for it? No one in my neighborhood got it and signed for it. 17tracker just keeps saying "we delivered it" to where? This is a bull$#*! scammer company with scammer posts about how people got what they ordered.

TOTAL SCAM

I ordered a 3-piece patio set which was supposedly shipped by 17track. The "tracking" (with tracking number) showed the package/s in China (couldn't read that part) and then bia USPS into Chicago, Cleveland, Maine Distribution center, to Fort Fairfield, Maine and delivered on 10/14/21. Obviously nothing was received. 17track is probably a company set up by scam Chinese companies, since it does not itself deliver anything, which are the real culprits here. Even the company I ordered from was called Wayfair with its U.S. logo; therefore I thought it was part of that. The Wayfair compajny had an ad on Scrabble Go which is equally at fault for just selling an ad and not verifying reputation or anything at all..

Screwed by 17Trak

I placed an order on 6/3/2023. I have followed all the way from China I am being told it was Delivered, it has not been delivered all I keep getting is well we show it is there. This is a furniture set I would think I would have seen if it was delivered. It showed it was delivered on the 27th of June, I put in the tracking number provided but 17trak to USPS like they keep telling me to do and NOTHING is coming up. This place is crap and they will legit steal from you.
