I order sneakers a month a go,today I received a email that my sneakers are delivered.i don't know who signed it off I was never informed that it will be delivered.right now I am sitting without my sneakers and they say I must my neighbors but I asked them to deliver it at work.i want my money back or get me my sneakers

OK you smug 5-star raters - If this tracking service is legitimate, why does it provide so much incorrect information?
(Says package was delivered when NO PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED)

Withholds important informations that are not convinient for the Chinese seller.
When i shipped a faulty car radio to the seller, he said that "he never recieved it" and he presented the link of 17track.net that states that the package is still in transit, but when i went to DHL site and proivided the tracking number it said "The item was redirected on 25.08.2023 at the request of the recipient.". So the recipient chose to send it somewhere else and got a new tracking number. This information was magically not appearing in 17track.How convinient for the Chinese seller that does not want to replace the car radio

17Track has said they delivered 2 different packages in/at my mailbox and it's always in the middle of the night! My doorbell camera has not recorded them making the delivery nor have I received packages. They will not respond to emails and I'm stuck with no deliveries. They should be put out of business.

This fraud company even got their hands on pandora idk how. I live in india ordered something from pandora with a hole in my pocket. This company kept me telling that the parcel is on the way amd the whole crap and said it was delivered but never made to my house. Useless service and totally fraudulent service

Why is it powered by Chat GPT? What do you need that for? It makes me think the updates are faked by AI, since the only updates I've gotten are when I'm writing an email to complain to the supplier that I have not received my item. I ordered my item three weeks ago and it still says awaiting carrier pickup. How has the package not been picked up in three weeks? But also it says that it has been moved to a transit facility at the same time? I do not trust this place. Only trust actual USPS tracking. Also I would like to know why it takes me to this app instead of USPS tracking when it's a USPS tracking number. Do not trust this place.

I had placed an order for some new purses and waited for over a month for them to come in. They provided me shipping info from 17track and I checked the website daily. When it finally showed my order out for delivery I waited all day and nothing was ever delivered. I contacted both 17track and the seller and it took weeks for them to reply. They finally contacted me back and said that they would send me a replacement and then a couple of weeks go by and I get another 17track shipping email. The first time it showed it was going USPS the second time Fedex. Yesterday, it once again showed out for delivery and I waited all day and...big surprise NOTHING! I have contacted everyone again but I'm not holding my breath it appears that just like everyone else is saying it's a scam and 17track is helping them.

When you phone contact # it says track on line.
You cannot reach a human contact. Complete run around.

They showed the parcel has been delivered at my address( twice for different order) but never been delivered. I guess the vender and this 17track are same scam. And they never responded my inquiry.

I placed multiple orders and 17track says they're delivered but I've never received anything. I asked them to send me the USA logistics provider so I can figure it out. I will never use them again.

I never received my product 17 track says they tracked it all the way from China I went 21 days waiting on this every day I checked it every day I had an update it says it delivered to my house it did not it says it was signed for at my address it was not I never received my product and I can't track it down because every time I go to China Post for 17 track he says it can't find my order

This is the worst transport company, they don't return emails, you can not call them, there site stated that your item has been delivered but nothing has been, and customers are left just thinking is this all a scam

2nd time I order something supposedly from the UK, 2 time I receive tracking details, 2nd time it says delivered...
Never received anything, tracking details have changed completely since I checked last!
I blame the scammers in the 1st place but wonder why 17track doesn't stop them...

They work with scam and fraudulent sites to provide false tracking including updates - up to delivered status, which my package was not. An elaborate scam for an $8 item.

You order something and they send you a tracking number that does not work, yu ever get the goods even though they said it was delivered.

These guys assist fake websites set up in China to Rob your money they provide tracking that is fake as a way of delaying action taken agains the fraudulent supplier be aware of any company you purchase from use this company, I was fortunate it wasn't a large amount I was testing the water stay away

So all the people that says that this company isn't a scam, answer me this. I made an order from a company. 17tracker said they delivered it to my house and it was signed for. Well I live alone who signed for it? No one in my neighborhood got it and signed for it. 17tracker just keeps saying "we delivered it" to where? This is a bull$#*! scammer company with scammer posts about how people got what they ordered.

17 track is obviously a delivery method that scammers use to make you think your order is being delivered! Why and how these pos mfs are getting away with this is unreal! Let me find just one person involved in this scamming bs and I guarantee it will be the end! Absolute criminals so if you see 17 track you know that you just got screwed! I have tracking from them all the way from China and says that it was delivered! I have cameras all around my house to prove they never delivered crap which was supposed to be through USPS! 17 track will be investigated by the post master because i have all the tracking info and they are on it! Pos need to be in prison along with the scammers they are involved with! If it were up to me and it will be if i ever catch one of you scamming mfs i will give you MY justice!
