There are certain items I actually have to purchase here just based on how close they are to my house... But I Still have NEVER HAD BEST BUY HONOR ANY MEET OR BEAT PRICES FROM OTHER STORES. Ive even been told that the deal was too good... Unacceptable!

I placed an order with Kids Footlocker FLX online I placed the order on the 15th was told the pair of shoes would ship out in 5-6 days. I also verified the item was in stock. I received an email confirmation of my order also. I last checked my order at 9pm lastnight it still said it was processing but they did not show any shipping information as of yet. I figured I'd check today that it should be shipping today. When I went into my account my order had been cancelled without notifying me. This completely unacceptable. I called customer service after a lengthy wait I get a young lady named Yania she said well we no longer have those shoes in stock. I said okay then if you had the item as of lastnight are you telling me just because we place an order online there's no guarantee you won't give our item to someone else. This is horrible service she said well what do you want me to say we don't have anymore. No apology nothing these shoes were part of a Birthday gift... I do so much online shopping especially since Covid-19 but I will not shop with Kids Footlocker FLX again.

Went here 5/14/2019 the younger girls the work the counter are nice and friendly however they have one lady that works behind counter she is Extremely Rude seems like she's always having a bad day. This lady seriously flipped out getting all angry because we asked for a cup to mix two of the little chili flavors together that we were going to eat in the restaurant. This was not my first time here I used to come a long time ago and thought I'd try again since is close by (big mistake). We used to come early in the day on Sunday after Church and the food was descent and fresher at that time of day I guess, but this time we came at 6pm the food was ready in about 3-minutes time enough to warm in the microwave. It WAS NOT FRESHLY MADE! My plate was so nasty that I didn't send back I completely lost my appetite. My Chili Relleno was cold the egg was rubbery had to use a knife to cut the chili and the relleno sauce was disgusting it was super thick, chunky the same color as tomato sauce and same taste ( no flavor). I've never in my life seen anyone make it this way. The beans were too salty also. I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN its a waste of money... Save your money go a couple blocks up the street to El Rincon Alteno much better food and service... The one rude lady that works here at El Burritoe in Natomas says that it doesn't matter if anyone complains that the owner will believe her only... News for you Owner she's losing you business...

Id been without a phone since Sept barely received a new one last week... and the new iPhone is already acting up. I'd much rather have my old Blackberry it seems like with all the technology out there that Apple iPhones would at least work properly and be able to do some of the stuff cheaper phones do. For the price of an Apple iPhone in my experience its a total rip off. Went to Apple Arden store so many times some of the worse customer service I mean they are great while selling you... but the second you have purchased your item its as if you don't matter anymore... I even spoke to so called management which was a complete waste of time, why be or say you are a manager if you cant make any executive decisions... Seriously don't waste your time at Apple Arden not if you value your time... Awful experience...

I ordered a Halloween costume for my Great Grand Daughter on Oct 22,2014 was PROMISED their words not mine big as can be along with a 25% discount on entire order also. First of all they did not apply the discount Eventhough I hit the button to apply it then low and behold my costume does not arrive. I ordered this online from HALLOWEEN EXPRESS paid $31.00 for PRIORITY 2-day Shipping its been 7-days still no costume HALLOWEEN EXPRESS SENT PRIORITY 2-day SHIPPING VIA USPS... its lost and have not offered a replacement costume so dissappointed the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY also have absolutely no where that you can write a review on their site and now i know why... when I called in the girl said this is a Family owned business everyone that works his is related this is BS they are hiring constantly and don't seem to have any Customer service training at least the girl I talked to sure needed some. I've never written a negative review in my life but have good ones more times than I can say let me tell you I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow. I'm SO DISSATISFIED with HALLOWEEN EXPRESS my mistake I got them mixed up with Halloween Costumes.com they stand behind their product not blaming a mistake on the shipping as this girl did she said we did everything right USPS messed up that's why we give you the tracking number. Well at least they said they are sorry. Halloween Express Sucks... Seriously if your going to Promise 2-Day Priority shipping and charge $31.00 don't be so cheap send it UPS! FED EX! DHL someone that will actually get it to customer in time. Halloween Express has the gull to now offer a credit voucher for the shipping cost to be used within a year at their store ( why in the world would I want to ever do business with them again not even for free and what about the cost of the costume) they have ruined my Great Grand Daughters very first Pumpkin Patch experience she was supposedmto wear her costume for pictures can they replace that day ( NOPE) and most likely her Halloween because i havent rceived her costume as of yet its been sent all over the place i believe approx 12- locations but never to my house and I'm not a rich woman cannot afford to spend $61.31 again I'd like a full credit not some voucher that will force me to do business with them again...
