After using Grub Hub for 9 months, I discovered that they only sign up restaurants that already have employee drivers. I received no help whatsoever when Grub Hub accidentally sent my order as a cash sale, not credit, and I had to ask the actual restaurant for help. Not only do they offer no customer service despite having an offshore customer service rep, they have charged restaurants improperly - class action suit is in progress. To refurbish their image, they now are airing ads asking for customers to donate their change to their charity for food for the hungry kids. How noble - taking customers' monies, not their own. I would never use Seamless or Grub Hub. Calling the customer service number is a waste of time, because, I've found, they don't help. I needed to ask the restaurant or handle it myself. GH, and sister co. Seamless, are companies to be avoided
