My only complaint, and it's a serious one, is the terrible packaging from various vendors.
It has prevented me from purchasing expensive or fragile items. I certainly can't be the only customer to receive broken items!

The variety of products is good. My only complaint would be the time between ordering the items and the shipping/ receiving of the merchandise.

I always check my emails every morning to see what zulily has to offer that day. Find so many specials and have been pleased with my purchases. I've recommended zulily to all my friends.

Love this site! Great prices on so many goods but... somethings take a long time to get to Zulily to ship to me. Maybe work iwith distributors to get items faster to you so we can get them faster to us?

If there was only one thing I could change it's the amount of time it takes to get the items. Sometimes I forget what I ordered it's so far out. Other items come very quickly.

I am usually satisfied with my purchases. Theirs only been a couple of hic-ups but Zulliy fixed the problems. I do wish it didn't take so long for some items to ship out an you could return clothing if too small or large for exchange for right size. I do understand that this is a outlet though. Also please post pictures of the inside of purses. I like a middle zip divider an most do not show the inside.

Zulily offers a wide variety of products from makeup, perfume, jewelry, shoes, clothing, all kinds of home products, holiday products, toys and I am sure I am missing some things. I would say 98% of their products are a great quality. If you ever do have an issue they have the best customer service of any retailer I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for many years and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I love shopping Zulily because I never know what I will find. I get a lot of compliments on the clothes and shoes I purchase there. I did a lot of last year's Christmas shopping from Zulily.

Every time I've had to call for a return, the call center has been wonderful and pleasant. Took care of everything very fast too.

I have purchased a lot of toys, jewelry, and some clothing. I have had some problems with adult clothing not being consistent in sizing. Very pleased with the rest of my purchases

I love Zulily. I have been a fan for years. The shipping has gotten way better as in sooner. The items are quality and price is reasonable.

Everyday is new. You never know what deals you will find! I check daily and there's always bargains to be found! I've been shopping for Christmas gifts and find items I wouldn't find in the store with great prices!

It's really hard if you travel. You never know when your delivery will happen. Then you have to make arrangements to have someone beat the porch pirates to your delivery. Also many people want to purchase clothes, shoes, and jewelry for an upcoming event. Sometimes that event ends up being 2 weeks out. There are very few things you can order that can be guaranteed to deliver in 2 weeks.

Everything that I have gotten from Zulily has been good quality, the shipping times are a little lengthy, though.

Zulily is a great place to buy things as a great discount. The only downfall is the length of time it takes to get the items,
Customer service is wonderful and very helpful. Everything comes as in description. I haven't received anything I haven't loved.

Zulily offers a variety of items from clothes and shoes to home decor at amazing prices. My family enjoys Christmas a lot more thanks to Zulily!
