I like the ease of ordering and payment plans. I get frustrated on sizes because most things seem too small for the size labeled. They have gorgeous tops and decorative items.
Zulily is the epidome of Fashion offing sensational items at much lower costs like no one else! However, I would like to offer two suggestions that would make it easier for customers to order. Before the Holidays which are quickly approaching, why not allow customers 45 days to return items? In addition, 4-6 flex pays would allow customers to order many more items.
I have purchased some amazing deals on Zulily! Great deals on dresses I have gotten compliments on. A weighted blanket for my autistic nephew... amazing price, less than half of the amount I found it anywhere else, plus, he loves sleeping with it. A purse, shoes, outdoor games, etc.

Most everything has gone smoothly. One incident were I got the wrong package. The Zulilly rept made me 100%. I am a big fan. I have done most of my Christmas shopping. I think Zulilly is the best place to get fantastic bargains.

I love the variety available on Zulily. Prices can sometimes be high or different on the same product only weeks apart. Sadly I've been running into more frequent problems with the poor quality of items I've ordered.

Doing a return is super easy and never a problem like it is on other on line shops. Prices are great and always ship on time. Customer service is great and always helpful. I have been shopping on Zulily for about 6 years and have only received maybe one or two items that didn't work for me. The customer service was really great and gave me a credit. I always get compliments on the clothes I purchase. I love the prices, and I don't think shipping is bad when you pay shipping for one item and you have free shipping on most everything else for the rest of the day. And if it is the weekend, you get free shipping until Sunday night. You can't beat that. I haven't ordered anything really heavy like furniture though so I wouldn't know about that. It may be inconvenient to return, but I just make sure to watch the size charts when ordering a brand that I haven't tried before and then I don't have to worry about it. I will definitely continue to shop with Zulily.
Their products are top quality. I've bought everything from sheets to clothes to shoes. I've also ordered toys. I've had one shirt I wanted to return due to a small flaw. They wouldn't let me but sent me a brand new one! I had two and gave one to a friend.
I honestly have gotten wonderful items/clothing for years thru Zulily. Occasionally items have not been what I expected but I've returned those and gotten refunds as I would anywhere else.

Great products, great prices! I am in love with Zulily! It's important to pay attention to estimated ship dates, sometimes that makes shipping seem slow. And I wish shipping was a little less, but I've found some amazing deals I just can't beat! Zulily is awesome
I stumbled upon zulily at a social media page. I ordered my first item and fell in love. I signed up for the emails and open every single one of them and am always checking their website daily. Their mobile app is very user friendly snd customer service is excellent. I was never disappointed when I called their customer service department. The hold time was fast and they exceeded my expectations. I love the brand name products they sell. Keep it up.
I have a 3 room b&b and I buy all my bedding for my 3 rooms, and my towel sets. I love the quality.. and I have had people comment in great ways on the bedding. I have loved the colors and the quality of all of them.. I also ordered lots of Christmas gifts too. I get my family a lot of funny t shirts and a lot of nice work shirts for myself. I think the quality is great!
