I just enjoy all the products from Zulily and when I call and spoke to a representative they are nice and polite and professional.
I've experience some bizarre situations with some of my purchases. The buyers really needs to be picky with choosing vendors to do business with.

It seems like a drop in a bucket, and I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I just had to state publicly how satisfied I have been with Zulily. As with any other "sample sale" site, I knew (and its well documented on the site) that shipping would take longer than such sites as amazon, etc. However, I still have received all of my orders (of which there have been many) in less time than I expected. Furthermore, Zulily has one of the best customer service departments that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. On one occasion, I moved and put a forwarding address in with the post office. When a Zulily package was attempted to be delivered at the old house, instead of the post office keeping it at the branch for me to pick up, they returned it to Zulily. I called Zulily who said no problem at all, put a note on my account to send it to the new address when it got back to them, told me how long to expect it to take, and I received the package before their estimated date without having to pay any extra shipping. On a second occasion, my husband and I ordered a dresser for our son's room from Zulily. When the dresser arrived, 2 of the parts were slightly damaged (usable but slightly damaged). I contacted the company that manufactured the dresser who said that they couldn't do anything for me. I subsequently contacted Zulily who immediately said they would either get me replacement parts from the manufacturere or a complete refund (I indicated that I would prefer replacement parts). Lo-and-behold less than 1 week later, a box arrived on my doorstep from the manufacturer with the 2 replacement parts in great shape. Rarely have I ever been so satisfied with a company - they offer great products at low prices with outstanding customer service. Need I say more?
The items I received had very poor quality and didn't match the size. One of the items still is not received after 4 weeks of order.

I've ordered multiple times from this company... and I didn't have a problem until I had a problem :) A lot of the items in my first few orders were of decent quality, although sizing wasn't consistent (size charts were not helpful either). I bought children's clothes, shoes, and toys. The children's tops and shoes both ran on the smaller side and I would have returned with a different site that allowed returns. My problem came from ordering curtains from their site. The listing clearly stated that they were a set of two panels (I ordered three sets). When I received them they were individual panels and definitely were not going to work for the room I had ordered them for, since I was missing half of what I ordered. I called customer service and they said I could return them because the listing clearly stated pairs of panels. The customer service representative also said he would credit my account $15 for the trouble. So that weekend I decided I would try to order 3 more sets of curtains that would work, using this $15 credit I was given. I ordered one set, by itself, so I would only have to pay shipping for them and I could get my other two sets shipped free. When I checked out there was no $15 credit on my account, like promised. I went ahead and checked out and figured I'd call customer service and get the credit to use on the next two sets I still had to order. I had to email because it was after hours and by the time I received a response the curtains were sold out and my free shipping had expired. I asked customer service to cancel the order for the one set and they agreed to do that. Three days later I received a shipping notification for those panels, so I called customer service again. They said to just return them once they were received. (BTW when they arrived they were also an individual panel, not a set like the listing indicated). So three weeks after the fact I've returned them and am still waiting for a refund... although tracking shows they were delivered at least a week ago.
It has great deals with a great variety of things from household to personal, I have bought tons of things from them and loved them all

Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from Zulilly! My daughter is moving from New Hampshire to San Diego on October 18th. I purchased a really cute pair of boots for her to take with her when she moves. I ordered on October 2nd and received an email confirmation of my purchase. When I went online to check the status of the order, it said that the boots wouldn't be shipped until October 22nd! That meant that the boots would arrive after she moved and I'd have to re-ship them to San Diego myself. If I had known it would take 20 days for the boots to be shipped from Zulilly I wouldn't have ordered them in the first place. I immediately called to cancel the order on the same day I placed it (10/2). I spoke to a very nice lady who canceled my order and that the "pending" cost of the boots would drop off my bank account "within 72 hours" (is exactly what she said). So I gave them three full business days. Today is October 8th and the charge is STILL pending on my account. I called them today and was told it takes 3-5 business days for the pending charge to drop from my account. They said they would fax something to my bank to have the charge drop today but it still hasn't. Very displeased with this company, crappy customer support, will never order from them again.
I have brought a lot of items from Zulily. Some of my items have been good and bad. Over all I enjoy shopping at Zulily.
Live and learn... Zulily does not supply return labels and only gives store credit. Does NOT refund your credit card.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
