So it is now 5/18... and with three emails from three different service reps promising to send me the return label... I have yet to receive them.
Below was the last email sent to me... I find it hilarious and that each email reminded me to click "the link to view and print"! I would! If they would just send me the link! Mind you, I doubted myself thinking the email could be somehow in the junk mail folder or am I just not tech savvy that I missed the link somehow... nope. Not in any folders and absolute not link for me to press to "view and print". I also work in the service industry for many years and completing the request for a return label should not take this long and so many attempts... unless they were taught not to or stall until the customers give up.

Marginal at best but sometimes some decent deals. The deals aren't worth a thing w such high re-stocking fees!!!!
I love Zulilly! Every day there are wonderful items to see! Love the prices as well. Lots of variety!
First of all, I am from Canada. I too got 'hooked' by this website and placed several orders, Then I found this site a thought 'oh $%*#" what have I done. To my surprise I am quite pleased. First order was 4 items - tops. They were a bit more lightweight than I expected, but not cheap looking. The sizes on all were quite big - I ordered small. Two I can work with as they are a 'baggy' style. I thought 'well I'll see what they will do if anything'. According to this site they were not going to do anything. They said to return them for a store credit. This suits me as it does state that they are not eligible for return. Next a apir of leggings. They were fine. Third, two more tops which I was sure would not fit - they did, which made me happy, as I really liked them. Third order, two pairs of shoes - fit, very nice for the price. Two of my orders were cancelled - again, fine with me as I over-spent anyways. On one of the cancelled items, they issued me a 10.00 credit for my troubles. The item was only 18.00. The shipping so far has been quite quick. Placed my first order on Oct. 15 and today is Nov 10. I find the shipping charges (and duty) to Canada very reasonable. Overstock added approx. 20.00 to each item plus a couple of items on overstock were 10% higher. When an item was cancelled, they were very quick to credit my Paypal account. I love the selection as although I live in a city of over 1 million people, it is hard to find unique and different items. I have worn a couple and get a LOT of compliments from people. Again, being a Canadian, Ebay sellers what to soak you more than the item cost for shipping. I don't understand what people are $#*!ing about so much. Then again - Canada we expect to wait. Plus, to not sound like a snob, but I am not ordering 15-20 dollar items. Mind you I also would never pay the normal retail price they list either. When I did contact Zulily service, they were very fast to respond. I will keep ordering. The only reason i didn't list a 5 star rating was because of the sizing misrepresentation, and the suggested retail price.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I placed an order for 5 items on 12/5/13. I received no e-mail confirming the order, but could check order status on site. So I didn't worry. On 12/20, I contacted the company via phone to ask why my items had not shipped and I was charged the full amount for the items on the 5th. I was told that I was not charged, just a hold was placed on my card. I know the difference, I was charged. Then the girl told me the computer said the items would be shipped on the 21st. They would overnight them to me, because all items were guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. Called the next day, the girl had no indication on my order that I had been told that, or that the items were being shipped. Miraculously, 5 minutes after hanging up, I receive an e-mail stating the items had shipped - LIARS-. UPS just sent me a notice on the 23rd that the items were prepared for shipment and to expect them on the 27th. A lot of good that does me. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE! BUYER BEWARE!
RE Collapse It Bowls
Unfortunately I was only shipped one item in this "set of six" order. I contacted Zulily customer service and they kindly resent another order (set of six) at no charge. Again, I only received one item. I contacted Zulily customer service wanting the additional four items sent overnight because at this point I needed the products ASAP since they were intended to be given as a gift. Here is where the trouble began. Zulily initially wanted me to pay an additional $119.00 for the already purchased four items. Their reasoning is that they credited me $40.00 for the original perchance plus $20.00 for overnight service! Somehow Zulily figured each bowl must cost $40.00 apiece. I insisted that since I had already paid for a set of six plus shipping they should credit the entire order – is that unreasonable? Evidently it is by Zulily standards because in the end I had to pay $20.00 shipping to get the items (needed as a gift). So in effect, if you order this set of six ‘Collapse It' bowls expect to pay 50% more than the advertised price to get the product – nice work if you can get it. FYI, it would be less expensive to order from Crate & Barrel. Additionally, I asked Tracy, the last customer service manager I spoke with at Zulily for the name of her supervisor so I could try to work out this issue and she flat out refused to give me the name of someone I could contact.
Update:
I was so distressed by the above events that I contacted Zulily corporate office (yes, I am a bulldog). I had to leave a message on just any random voice mail that would hold additional messages. Their phone triage is not for the faint of heart. As a result I received a call from Zulily corporate office. They were very helpful. She promised to reimburse me for the $20.00 shipping and will ask Tracy to give out manager's names in the future.
I'll keep you posted if there are any further mishaps. Currently increasing the star rating to demonstrate good will.
Since there is no way for me to write a review on their facebook page, let's try this out. I would like to formally warn any current or potential customers of zulily that they should be avoided at all costs. In today's age of Amazon.com, it's hard to justify spending money on shipping on a webite that touts no returns. However, on the rare occasions when I've had an issue, I've been given a store credit and been satisfied. This time, I'm done. I ordered a My Little Pony t-shirt in a size 7/8. The shirt is not a 7/8, despite what its tag says. It's a size 6, at best, maybe a 5. Anyway, I asked zulily if it were possible to return it for a refund. They happily sent me a return label for FedEx and said they would be taking the $5.95 for that out of my refund, leaving me with a store credit of $1.79... When I write reply saying that it's ridiculous that I have to wait 3 weeks for it to come, super slow and cheap USPS style and they want to charge me for FedEx (let alone the fact they want to charge me at all when this is NOT the size it's supposed to be)?! Plus, I don't want store credit. I want it back on my credit card. Their reply was laughable... So yeah, zulily has a laughable and ridiculous return/refund policy, customer service that just parrots back the same B. S. that you're trying to say isn't acceptable, it no longer allows PayPal Credit, the items on the site have little to no description (so I always have to go to Amazon.com to find information on each item), etc., etc. I'm done being a customer, and hopefully someone who reads this will realize they're better off elsewhere, too. Maybe it's time we just go back to shopping in a store when you can see the item before you buy it... or at the very least, just buy it on Amazon.com, they're usually cheaper anyway.
I ordered an item on the 20th of February, it said it would have to specially made, to give a few extra days. No mention it was coming from China (be sure to check). It wasn't put in the mail from China until the 9th. Since then there was no update on where it is or when it might show up. This was an Easter gift that needed mailed to another state. I figured ordering in Feb would be more than enough time for me to get it and be able to get it off in time. Is now the 27th of March, the package has to go out today. I have been in contact with Zulily twice and get the same canned letter, it can take 21 days from the time it is put in the mail in China. Wouldn't it be nice if they told you in the description that shipping times could be slow. You can't get any information through, emails, chat. And I am to angry to talk to a real person.
On a positive note the other three items I ordered and received within a week were of normal quality. Research where this stuff is coming from, and expect to order something that you need from China could take two months. If you aren't needing before then order away.
Someone hacked my account and ordered over $2500 worth of merchandise through my Zulily account which went to my PayPal. My PayPal was linked to my checking account and despite calling Zulily within hours of the orders, they all went through and at the moment I'm out of that money. I spoke with someone there who was less than helpful and seemed very casual about this. He told me some had already shipped (WHAT? THIS IS ZULILY, THE PLACE WHERE YOU FORGET WHAT YOU ORDERED BECAUSE IT TAKES SO LONG!) and that they'd absorb the cost for those items. He then cancelled the rest and I got an email telling me 1200+ was cancelled. Did that ever show up in my PayPal as reversed? NO. Rolled right through to my checking and cleared. Meanwhile, although he could do nothing to stop the ones that had 'shipped' (all it said was a label was created), I was able to call both Fed Ex and UPS myself and flag all 4 of those packages. I had to do it. Also, he then closed my account with Zulily. Great but now I can't check on my refunds or anything. I'm completely locked out. I am calling them back today to see what happened to the 1200 that was supposedly cancelled. I spoke with PayPal and they cancelled my billing agreement with Zulily but it's too late to stop this mess. Now it's up to my bank - where I had to go in person this morning and waste 45 minutes of my work time to fill out a form and give them a written statement. This has been an incredible hassle and those 'bargains' they offer aren't worth it. GO NOW AND DELETE YOUR PAYMENT INFO BEFORE YOU TOO BECOME A VICTIM! They are not to be trusted!
Poor quality. Bad customer service. I have bought online for years and this company is one of the worse I have dealt with.
Thanks for all the reviews. You've all saved me a lot of money. I won't be ordering from Zulily after reading these reviews.
Shipping is way too slow (almost a month since I ordered) with poor tracking (no shipping data message). I will not order again.
Fun to shop, great prices. It is fun to browse. I buy for myself, my husband and other family members all the time.
I am done with this site. You pay for shipping and it takes weeks to get here. No more for me thank you!
There are certain brands that, when listing on the zulily website, I will always check out. Some of the prices are ridiculously low.
You need to check this site out - all you could possible want in one place! Be sure to share with family and friends.
I always look forward to the newly added items daily, name brands and great prices. I have found some great things at Zulily.
Last winter I ordered a size 1X outfit for my sister for the holidays. When it finally arrived, it was a size Smalll, and of course, non-returnable, so she gave it to her neighbor who wore a size 6 and fit perfectly. I was out $35 plus shipping. So, Zulilly gave me a $20 credit. I finally found a bracelet and reading sunglasses that I liked, each priced at $19.99, plus shipping. Ok, I still had the $20 credit. The glasses and bracelet never arrived at my address, and were returned to Zulilly smashed as if a UPS truck had run over them. OK... so I called and was told that I still had that $20 credit, never mind the other $19.99 I had put on my credit card for the glasses or bracelet(Damn if I know since I never saw either of them) plus a $40 credit in shipping. Oh, my god, to throw good money after bad... I live on a beach and tried to purchase some "Welcome to the Beach" type of stuff. I was keeping it below the money I was already owed for their previous screw ups. I had one item in my cart for purchase for $14.99 and was told I still owed money for shipping.
I will never use this web-site again. I want them to quit sending me e-mails. I don't give a damn about the money that they owe me. I just never want to see or hear from them again. If a business can't discern from a size 1x from a size small, can't deliver a "one size fits al"l bracelet and glasses, then I don't really think they should be in any kind of business at all.
DON'T SHOP HERE is my advice.

Answer: Zulily has awesome customer service! I have nothing bad to say about them! Definitely worth ordering from them... I have been happy every time (& I use it a lot!)
Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.
Answer: Got money to burn? Order from Zulily. There isn't enough room on the Internet to list all the reasons you should NOT order from them!
Answer: Nope... no returns accept and good luck on getting a refund. Stay away from this site.
Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
Answer: Wrong size, no return policy. Beware don't order from them
Answer: Sorry I don't know the answer, but it could explain why everything is so cheap
Answer: Yes, it may take that long, but they are up front about that on the item description page. I have never had a problem with them.
Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
Answer: If you bought them from Zulily, you might see about making your granddaughters feet smaller. I'm sure that's easier than dealing with Zulily.
Zulily has a rating of 2.3 stars from 4,525 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Zulily most frequently mention store credit, return policy and poor quality. Zulily ranks 9th among Daily Deals sites.
