I have saved hundreds of dollar on orders (yes, plural) placed online that have vanished with no confirmation and thus no merchandise. Later when I realize that the orders didn't exist, I was relieved that I had saved the money. I have called and complained to deaf ears. You lose, Coldwater!

If I could rate as a zero, I would. The order arrived damaged. Coldwater Creek KNEW it was...
