I contacted zoolilly several days ago and they stated that they would respond in 24 hours, not so. I have had no response. I like the clothes, but I hate spending money on items that do not fit.

The first time I ordered something I got that I wanted at a good price. Shipping took forever.
Second time was ok too, except for their Paypal checkout. However you set up your Paypal account with Zulily is the way it stays for ever. If you would like to use a different Paypal account or change bank accounts that Paypal draws from, too bad. And shipping took forever
The third time the items they sent were marked the wrong size, so I received the wrong size. Too bad for me! No returns no matter what. Now I am stuck with items that are pretty much useless, and shipping took forever.

I bought a framed map kit. The product information showed a large map with a sophisticated thick, white border and a dark wood frame.

I got two sticks, 8 thumb tacks, a piece of twine (which was actually part of the packaging-- glad I didn't cut it!), and a nearly borderless map that was scarcely larger than a placemat.

While the description did state that I would have to assemble the frame, it did not state that the thumb tacks WERE the frame, or that I would have to stain it, myself, to look like the advertised item.

In their customer service reply, they disregard that it has neither the border nor the dimensions of the product description, stating that lighting in the photo is the issue. Light doesn't shrink paper by over 3 inches. The thumb tacks were presumably for marking the places you have been (The purpose of the kit), according to the description.

I was offered store credit, AFTER I paid to return the item. So, I paid to ship the item (painfully slow--over 4 weeks after I was charged), would have paid to ship it back, then paid to ship a replacement item when I used the store credit. In other words, it cost about the same as simply keeping the thing.

Long story short, they truly are a no-returns site-- even if they falsely advertised the item.

BUYER BEWARE! I should have learned after the first order, but thought it was a fluke. The customer service rep was nice enough to refund my money as a first time buyer, so I thought I wld give it a second chance. Oh my, the jewelry is horrific, the clothes are so cheaply made and the fit is so bad, I can't express to you how bad these clothes are made. I purchased stretch pants to wear under sweaters, NATROTIOUS. Itchy, tore after washing- just BAD. You will wait on average 5-6 weeks for your clothes, refunds take even longer IF they follow through, and even if you pay for express shipping, plan on waiting just as long. They blame it on the "boutiques" they work with. It is just bad! They conveniently don't have a return policy, total rip off! Please please don't waste your money, please. I will say that the customer service reps are very nice but their hands are "tied," they are used to complaints! Bad.

Ice ordered several things from Zulily some I was pleased with quality and price, and some were horrible. I usually use the size charts as a guide but forget about it because they aren't accurate. I did receive a store credit fir the items I wasn't satisfied with. And I also learned that if you refuse the order when it's delivered you won't be charged. I haven't tried that yet so be careful if you do. I can say that I did receive a great deal on the American doll items. I just take my chances with this company.

5 weeks after my card was charged, I'm still waiting.
I'll be sure to get back to you if I ever get my order.

I'm back.
Not even funny as a joke.
The items I did get were comparable to something you would see in a second hand store and pass right by.
If you had a donation bag you wouldn't even give these items away.
Poor service, poor quality.
Anything worthwhile maybe was cancelled and my credit card was not credited.
I can't even be bothered to hear any more excuses.
Buyer beware.

Do Not Be Tempted

I recently ordered a dress in a 3xl. After four weeks, I received it. 3xl? A good friend, who wears a 12 got this and it fit her perfectly. The sizes are ALL wrong. Pretty sure it takes SSSSOOOOOOO long because the stuff is coming from China. It runs about 3 sizes smaller if you order from Plus sizes. Kids items are hit or miss. Do not order boots in January as you will not receive them for weeks. Name brands---prices are the same as at TJ Maxx or Marshalls PLUS there is S and H. As soon as my last item comes in I am deleting the app. If you can find something for yourself in the READY TO SHIP category---go for it. Otherwise? You have been warned. I have been using them since they became popular but I am so done! Go to ROSS.

Never again!

When I ordered I did not realize that they have no return policy and do not actually take returns. Who does not take returns these days? So glad I only ordered $15 worth of merchandise. Also notified customer service asking about their return policy, they responding but ignored all my concerns, and said they could not accept returns of a sports bra because it was an "intimate" item. Also absurd! Learned my lesson on this one and will never order from zulily again!

I have never seen a website have such long shipping times and they don't tell you or warn you. You are just left hanging for weeks until one day an email comes and you are finally alerted that your item is coming in a week or so. It is really annoying.

Good with the bad

I'd say you have to take the good with the bad. They are up front with their return policy. On ever page for every item it says...
"Return Policy: This item not eligible for return. Why?
We offer such amazing discounts because we don't house any inventory after our sales end and therefore cannot process returns. However, we want you to be delighted and would never expect you to pay for a damaged or defective product. Please contact us if you run into any problems and we will be sure to make it right." So, that being said, don't buy unless you're comfortable with it maybe not fitting, not being good quality (not always the best, which is why the prices are what they are)
I'll also tell you that the scarves I bought, made in China, smelled awful and even after washing smelled like chemicals.
I bought a silk jacket and ordered a large, it was a small. They did give me a credit for it rather than a return.
You really take a gamble buying something you can't return so, you really have to take the good with the bad.

I have ordered twice through Zulily and both times is has ended badly. Customer service people are very friendly but can not help when you have a problem with a company. I ordered from Fabkids, that was listed on their site, and ended up signed up for a membership I didn't know about and charged $29 for not ordering anything one week. I still have not received by money back and the shoes I bought were never delivered. The second order was for 2 sets of wine glasses (3/set) for my daughter's bridesmaids. I received a box with 2 glasses. When I contracted Jonathan with Zulily he said to wait until the weekend to see if the rest of my shipment arrives. He could not help with tracking since there was only one number. Called again Tuesday and was told they could not track the remaining order nor could they contact the company and see if they could send the rest of my order. If you don't get what you order, your just out of luck and they can not help you. I did receive a full refund but I am very disappointed in Zulily and don't trust the companies they represent. I guess they don't check out these companies to see if they are reputable. Buyer BEWARE!

Persistence

As I stated before I was trying to return something. I was contacted by two customer service rep's. Both wanted pictures of the curtains even though I had explained there was nothing wrong with them. I remained persistent and ended up with a third very helpful cuts svc rep. He explained why they wanted pic's but ended up giving me store credit which all I was asking for and having me keep the curtains. I guess you have to hold your ground to get results.

I love Zulily. I've been a customer since 2013 and have purchased more items than I care to admit, but it's over a few thousand dollars worth. Sure, there are limitations such as a no return policy and a long shipping time for most items.

So, the best way to go about using the site is to only purchase items you don't need right away, and that you're pretty sure will fit you. However, the few times with which I've had issues, I was allowed to either return or given credit and told to just donate the item. They are always amazingly helpful and accommodating.

I absolutely LOVE Zulily. 98% of the items I received were perfect. I buy mostly clothes and at times, shoes/boots. Those that weren't perfect, I either altered, or gave to Goodwill. Most items have such deep discounts, it's not much of a loss if it doesn't fit. For instance, I'm currently wearing a Sophie and Freda watch that retails for $600. Google it. And it's currently available on their site. I paid $79 through Zulily. You just need to know what kinds of items you can buy without trying on. That's really it.

I've now placed two orders through zulily. First order was for a few kitchen items, all four of the items were very poor quality and certainly not worth what I paid for them. The price and description made it seem like this kitchen tools would be of high quality (i. E., crate and barrel) but in reality they were no better than dollar store quality. I was bitter, but afte some time I forgave and placed another order.

My second order was two dresses and a pair of shoes. The shoes were described as leather, both in the items title and also in the description, I ordered and paid for LEATHER shoes. Imagine the look on my face when I opened up some cheap plastic made in China with a clear mark sayin "all man made materials" wtf, that ones just an all out lie by zulily. The disses were of VERY poor quality, see through, smelled of plastic, one had a seam not sewn, the other had a gaping hole in it. I can't even think of a store that would sell such crappy merchandise, I've seen better clothing at Walmart. Not worth the money, not worth the FIVE weeks I waited for it to arrive.

Save your money, buy somewhere else.

Worst company

The phone app sucks as the whole company i placed an order once and that was enough for the app to keep my info save so any one that grabs my phone can placed an order. As happen to my when my 4 yrs old daughter placed a over 400.oo order on the 20th, i called on the 21st as soon as I found out by checking my bank account an i was told by an agent that only 36.oo of the over 400.oo order could be order because the other items where already process, they opened a ticket an said that they were going to call me however i called again a few hrs later, because i need it the money to pay my bills spoke with a supervisor who guarantee that they were going to stop the order she called the bank etc i had the money back in my account on the 22nd i decided to paid my bills, but what a surprise that on the 23rd they decided to process the order and remove the money so now am being change by the bank for overcharging the account, hopping for my bill payments to clear otherwise will have to pay extra fees and have to track a stupid order that i didn't placed in order to return the items... crazy that i called on the 21st to cancel and order was process on the 23rd after money was refund and everything... what a nasty way to treat customers

I ordered 3 items from here two of which are the same item, all three from the same area; meaning all three were baking items and not 2 baking and 1 clothes. I ordered these exactly 4 weeks ago. If I knew how this process would have went I would have never ordered! One is in route to me. BUT the same item is not and the other is not. I called Zulily today and they said they haven't even got it yet. Very disappointed. I should have read the reviews but I have didn't think I would have problems with this company like this. The only thing the lady on the phone could tell me is that they will refund my shipping cost. Well, thanks but I want what I spent money on! Frustrating! And the saga continues...
