The first time ordering from this company both items were placed on back order when it said in stock, when I finally got 1st item it's sized way to small and they tell me I have to pay for return shipping won't order from this website or company again.
Almost everything I have ordered off is the site was defective. I took 9 million pictures and sent everything to customer service who only give store credit back, so basically you keep buying crap products. As soon as my store credit is done I will not shop there again and have contacted my states attorney general office

Ive spent thousands buying things from Zulily including furniture. Recently I placed order for 2 dressers, and I had a writing desk in the cart that I thought I took out. I checked out and immediately saw the desk was part of the order. I got in touch with Zulily 2-3 hours later stating purchasing the desk was a mistake. They emailed me stating they wouldn't send it out. Guess what, it was delivered yesterday! I'm not at all happy!
I don't trust them because a relative of mine delt with them before and had nothing but nightmares with Zulily.

I've ordered a lot of stuff over the last few months and here's what I think of zuilly: cool stuff - some gorgeous items that are on a great discount; some heavily discounted item that are of acceptable quality. Not cool stuff - tiny sizes, too much polyester, shipping takes FOREVER - so if you order something for summer it makes to your house by fall. I've learned to look at the item very carefully and order 1 to 2 sizes larger than I wear and no poly!
I ordered two poorly made, ill-fitting garments from Zulilly. After waiting 4 days to hear from customer service via email, I called this morning. BEWARE-only store credits are given. I've purchased better clothing on the street in NYC than what they have to offer. Go to Overstock, Wayfair, Amazon. All of these have better customer service.
Now guys my second parcel came... same old story. Clothes made in china some of them ill fitting. Small sizes eg age 12 would probably fit an 8 year old. Overall disappointment in this site. Clothes look better in the photos if im honest... which i am... dont bother with this site. Only reason i ordered was the outlet sale, otherwise keep your hard earned cash. Well, I'll start off saying that I used to LOVE zulily. Ordered toys and clothes for my 2 year old there constantly! Was never disappointed. But lately, the orders have been taking FOREVER to ship. I ordered something on May 19th for Father's Day. It's June 7th now, Fathers Day is in a week and a half and my order still hasn't shipped. The last package I received had 2 items missing. I called customer service and they refunded me the money. One of the items I did actually receive looked NOTHING like the picture. Overall, I'm beginning to become less and less thrilled with this site. :( This site is a HIT or MISS. Most of the items I've received I've been happy with.
Ordered my daughter some sandals and dresses not only did it take 4 weeks to ship out they sent it TO THE WRONG ADDRESS! They basically told me the shoes were out of stock and I would have to wait another 3 weeks to get my total refund. Oh and I would have to call and remind them to give me my refund. I am so done with zulily!
I have seen the ads for Zulily for YEARS and finally thought I'd give it a try! I'm a big girl so the clothes on the site were so much prettier than the horrible things you find in stores. After picking out several pieces I got cold feet... and with good reason! After deciding to do a "test" order first I found a cute ring that was inexpensive. I chose the size and qty (1) and proceeded to checkout where to my surprise there were "2" items in my cart. I checked and sure enough there were 2 instead of 1 rings ordered! I corrected the qty and hit update and the qty in the cart was 1. Ok I thought, just a glitch. But to my horror after entering my shipping info the qty was back at 2! Luckily I never entered my credit card info! I quickly deleted info I had entered and exited the site! I was SOOO excited to finally find nice things at great prices but as the saying goes if it sounds too good to be true... you know the rest. I'm disappointed but, better safe...
Who sets up sales with "Just 1 left," accepts your order, takes four weeks to give you a status update, and then says "We may not be able to fill your order after all!" Or, "It was delayed from the vendor" or better yet, "Your item didn't make it onto the truck, sorry, you will have to re-order," and then another four weeks goes by? If it didn't make it onto the truck, put it on the truck and freaking ship it to me. In 2016, who takes four weeks to ship ANYTHING and still survive?
It quality is bad... and no return policy... tells u a lot about satisfaction... u get stuck with bad quality stuff (even dyson they sell are fixed NOT NEW) and they get paid full amount! SCAM!
Zulily says they want you to be happy with your purchase, and if you aren't they will make it right. I have to say it is true... I order from them quite often and I can say I'm happy with my purchases. I did receive an item that was defective and contacted them immediately... well they took care of it immediately. Great customer service! Considering the trend I see with how businesses treat their customers now a days... it's a breath of fresh air to see a company actually stand by their customers satisfaction. I have only ordered once from this website, based on my experience first of all shipping takes FOREVER. So if you are ordering for a special occasion order WELL in advance. The quality was good no complaints. Clothing items did run small I ordered for my oldest daughter in her correct size and it did not fit at all. However I have another daughter who is younger by a few years who it fit. So for me personally it wasn't a COMPLETE waste. Side note I won't order from here again.

I have beenordering from Zulilly now for 2 years and have never had an issue with any of the clothing or shoes. They deliver has never been lost, nor delayed. My mistake a couple of times for ordering the wrong size but I just gifted those items to my sister. All and all I would give them 4 stars for quality, delivery on time.
This is the second time I ordered from zulily for my daughter and the package is lost. Although I put the correct address for shipping, it still get delivered to another location. Then they tell me to wait 10 days for a refund and that ridiculous. It was a birthday gift and now its missing. The only good thing, its nice things for cheap price.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it. I hope this helps.
