I recently had a Zoosk member respond to a "Hi!" and after maybe 7 questions back and forth got the feel the member was actually practicing some hate on the site! The explanation can be convoluted to explain on here. When I finally got a contact on Zoosk "Tizzy" and explained to her what had been said because she cannot see my chat! She heard nothing of what I had called to complain about. When I asked for a supervisor she refused and stood fast on why she could not allow me to talk to a supervisor. "I had not explained a reason for it?" Eventhough I told her racism, discrimination and a derogatory comment as F... Off are reasons enough Tizzy refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor.

Utterly jammed full of fake communications, profiles that are clearly fake, scammers. Please, don't waste your time with this website. The few real members I have met all laugh about how many fakes and scammers there are on the site.

In addition to that, the app is incredibly glitchy... it's like different sections of the website don't talk to each other... one will tell you somebody looked at your profile and when you go to look who, it says the profile doesn't exist. Or someone sends you a message and it registers hours later.

I have not met a single real member that will renew. This thing is a joke.

All these review sites that tell you it's 9.5/10... check them out... none of them allow you to leave your own reviews. That should tell you something in itself.

After cancelling my subscription and confirming my cancellation, they continued to take money out of my account for 3 months. I kept calling, but because of covid there was no one available to take my calls but continued to take my money from my account. I had no activity on the website AT ALL because I did not want to be on there anymore. I didn't trust them anymore. They would send automatic messages to other people that I did NOT approve of that said was from me. That would answer me saying they were replying to my message. They did not update information and they refused to refund the 3 months that I was inactive and couldn't contact anyone. Even though I fully confirmed my cancellation they said that wasn't enough. That I had to confirm it in an email. However, they never told me that at the time. So they basically apologized and said there was nothing they could do about it. This company is a joke and has no problem going into your bank account to take your money. They have no problem sending messages without your knowledge to try to create the connections without your consent. I fully regret ever dealing with this company and feel sorry for anyone that does.

This site is full of lies and fraud! I don't mean the members, I mean the way that the site is run. I constantly receive messages from the website stating that this woman or that woman wants to meet me. Guess what, there is NO "let's meet" option anywhere on this website. Also messages from the website stating that women have viewed my profile and think that we are a match. FALSE! It's just a bunch of crap thrown at you to make you believe that there are viable prospects in order for them to get their hands on your money. I don't know what website if any is good, but I do know that zoosk is nothing but a bunch of money grubbing thieves.

I don't know about anyone else who has tried Zoosk but let me tell you it is absolutely horrible. Why in the world would they have you take all that time doing your profile. Picking out preferences as in who you would be interested in if they are only going suggest the exact opposite when it comes to the smart pick. I think you would be a good match? How the hell do you figure that? I have waisted money and time on this. I canceled my subscription but have until the end of the month before it shuts down. (Good thing bc I am bored af being home during this COVID-19 lockdown) the site is still horrible and a waste of money!

I've been trying to get back into the dating world and haven't had much luck considering the coronavirus and everything, so I looked into online dating. Zoosk was a top recommendation so I gave it a go. Unfortunately Zoosk, like many other dating sites, is nothing more than superficiality and shallow people. It's all about the picture. And yes, while I was getting many likes, they weren't good MATCHES. Sure, you can be a hunk of a man, but so what? I care about your character and personality. Who you truly are at heart and that's the problem with Zoosk and other dating sites. Many people don't focus on one's character and personality. It's all about that picture. Whose hot and whose not. And personally I find that terribly sad and superficial. With the virus keeping things on lockdown it's hard to get out and mingle and meet people like I used to be able to do and I am so sick and tired of the superficiality of these dating apps like Bumble, Zoosk, and especially Tinder. If you're looking for a serious relationship, I wouldn't look on Zoosk.
